how much fluid you need to drink during a workout is by measuring your sweat rate. Sweat rate is the amount of fluids that you lose through sweat during a workout session The reality is that most people actually consume plenty of water each day, just not in the form of pure water. When considering total water intake, all forms of common beverages — such as water, coffee, tea, soda, and juice — help keep us very well-hydrated. Also, the moisture content in the foods we consume contributes significantly to our daily total water intake. Keep in mind that water needs vary tremendously by individual, and are dependent on numerous factors such as activity level, geographic location, and temperature. water intake is still necessary for maintenance of bodily functions.

u need to take a balanced diet. stop irregular food habit. eat after 2 hours. eat more fruits and vegetables. drink 4-5 ltr water / day

With sever swelling Nd pain you need to go for an X ray, till then don't move the knee, do not take weight and apply ice packs for 15 min with intervals of 2 hrs, this will help in reducing swelling and pain till some extend.

Take ashwgandha + shatavari powder 1tsf with milk twice a day. Add green leafy veg and fruits in your diet. Do yoga and exercise regularly.

1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplemen.

It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods .

I am feeling tired and fatigue even though I am not doing any work. Sometimes I feel like blurred vision, unstable mind, loss of memory and concentration. My legs starts paining if I stand or walk for more than 15 minutes. Do I am suffering from thyroid or diabetes?

1. Avoid weight bearing on fracture limb. 2. Take over the counter available anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for decreasing pain and swelling. 3. As told earlier many a times it could be due to vitamin d deficiency in growing children. You can get her tested or just ask your doctor to give her empirical vitamins d supplements, which are pretty safe. Hope that helps. Regards.

B-protein by british pharmaceutical is one of the best. Also you can take whey protein. I will advise you not to go for this type of things. Have a healthy diet. Take high protein diet. Lots of green veggies. Fresh fruits. Walnuts,almonds, dates,cashew soaked chic peas and pea nuts.

Eat lean protein as much as you can. Lean chicken, whey protein, Salads, Whole Grains, daals, sprouts and Paneer. Keep detoxifying your body with Green tea, Wheat Grass, Alfalfa sprouts.

Modify your lifestyle. Do regular exercise. Eat foods 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals. Take nuts, seeds. Use unrefined foods. Take fish, egg, meat etc more. Use healthy fats. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Drink plenty of water. Take proper sleep. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight.
