The following remedy would help you Natural home remedy using ginger and honey: 1. Crush a little raw ginger to make paste 2. Press the paste on a sieve 3. Extract ginger juice 4. The eruption of pimples, acne, black heads, black spots, scars, pores and oily face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face. Precautions- * Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage---scars and black spots. * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *For your information, many skin creams (mostly fairness cream brands) are considered harmful and banned by Central Govt, Health ministry during March, 2016. The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) supported the ban. *Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Blocking pores by creams may cause more pimples. HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy. Homeopathy has good treatment without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root of the problem unlike face cream which is a surface treatment. How to lose fat from hips and thighs Dietary changes – •Check the oil that you are using. Vegetable-based and olive oils are good for you. Cut down on ghee, butter, cheese, paneer and margarine. •Limit your carb intake. Restrict yourself while eating potatoes, white rice, sago, pasta and other products made of refined flours. •Use only skimmed milk and skimmed milk curd. •Give up on all the fried foods until you get that shape. Nothing will come easily. Avoid fries, pakodas, samosa, fried momos, chips, and other fried snacks. •Increase your fibre intake. Eat whole cereals, oats, broken wheat / daliya, brown rice, brown breads, fruits with skin and a lot of green veggies. If possible mix bran into your flour. •If you are a non-vegetarian and enjoy fish, you will love this diet. Eat fish upto 4 times a week. Bake it, grill it but don’t fry it. You can have other lean meats up to 2 times in a week. And egg whites for breakfast are a good idea. •2 tsp of Triphala churn, along with ginger water is excellent way to help you liver to break down fats speedily and effectively. •Cut the intake of wheat. Extra carbs always end of on hips and thighs. Include other cereals like jowar, bajra, and mix these flours with horse gram flour and soya flour. •Go very light with your dinners. A plate full of salad made out of veggies, sprouts, fruits along with soups will help. Fill in with a very small portion of brown rice or daliya. In short have a fiber and protein rich dinner and go low on carbs. Eat dinner around 7.30 pm and having a small walk after it will only add up to your goal. •Consume as much of water as you can and eat different varieties of melons for better results. How to lose fat from hips and thighs through exercise •Walking is the best exercise for your hips and thighs. Walking up to 4 km per day will make your goal appear closer and closer. •If I ask you, “how to lose fat from hips and thighs”? You would probably answer cross trainer or the cycle at gym. Frankly you are not helping yourself if you are doing these to lose fat from hips and thighs. These exercises will only help you in tightening your muscles and then bulking them up. •If you have been walking already, but don’t see much result, then you might need to increase the distance by a km and the intensity of walks from the 30thminute onwards. Also check your diet to ensure you are following the tips above. Lunges and squats will help you too. Remember to check your posture while you do these exercises. Wrong posture can cause pain. Running and jogging, hiking and trekking will help you too. Now that you know how to lose fat from hips and thighs all you need to do is tailor the above given tips to suit your plan. You could slowly increase your exercise and go easy with the diets.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, whereas when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) You may be anaemic so pl have your blood for haemogram test, and show to me, mean while for your fever take two times morning & evenng simple ardrak kashay 25 to 30 ml. Fever will come down.

Sugar control depends on optimum treatment and strict adherence to diabetic diet and regular walk. If anything not optimum outof above 3 things you will not achieve gud sugar control. Also regular follow up with your doctor with advised sugar reports mandatory for treatment revision. As diabetes advances in time your treatment need be adequate and may require optimisation.

Thank you for the query I would like to ask whether you have any problems like diabetes or do you take alcohol. Fatty liver commonly arises due to faulty lifestyle. Diabetes and alcohol are both reasons for developing fatty liver. Sedentary lifestyle and intake of food rich in fat content can also cause it. Udiliv and golbi are the same medications, though medications are not very helpful to reduce this condition. Your diet needs to be modified. Avoid refined carbohydrates and saturated fat intake. Avoid intake of carbonated beverages. Intake of dietary fibres is needed. Try to develop an exercise plan daily and if you are overweight, weight loss must be attempted. You can go for some blood tests like liver function test and lipid profile. Any abnormalities in these tests must be dealt as needed. Please visit your physician for further advice.

Hi  First: medicines are mandatory.  Otherwise you might have weight gain, muscle ache, sleep and anxiety issues as well as gynaecological and cardiac issues later. You need to get an USG neck done  and an FNAC USG guided of thyroid gland. FT3/FT4/TSH  If you have already done these tests Share on Lybrate I can help you better. Any history of alcohol  intake /fatty food /sugary food How much exercise do you get done every day? Ideally you should be doing a good mix of cardio, weights and crossfit  exercises to keep you healthy Together  with a balanced diet with optimum  healthy fat protein and carbs.  Avoid  deep fried fatty food and fast food. No soft drinks /sugary drinks. I am outlining  food you should avoid or restrict in Hypothyroidism. It's important  you maintain  your body weight exercise regularly. Weight gain increases thyroid hormone requirements.  Avoid cruciferous   group of veggies  like cabbage and broccoli. Avoid soya bean in all forms. No soya, nugget, chunk, tofu or milk. Limit their intake: Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, turnips, and bok choy. Cooking the vegetables can reduce the effect that cruciferous vegetables have on the thyroid gland. Limiting your intake to 5 ounces a day appears to have no adverse effect on thyroid function. Decrease gluten  intake from processed  food. Always try whole grain varieties of cereals which is rich in fibres and help improve  bowels (Take your thyroid replacement  medicine several hours before or several hours after food rich in fibres. Otherwise problem  with absorption  of hormone. 20 to 35 gram of fibres daily from all sources. Avoid excessive fatty (deep fried) and sugary food as hypothyroidism  causes your metabolism  to slow down &weight gain. Avoid highly salted food, chips, pickles, sauces as they Contain  large amount of sodium. Hypothyroidism  puts you at risk of high BP and excess sodium in salt aggravates Coffee  in excess. And coffee with thyroid hormone  replacement  can prevent absorption.  Alcohol. It is toxic to thyroid gland and prevents  hormone production and absorption. The problems of hypothyroidism  gets better with medicines, diet and exercise.  You will start  Better as the levels of your hormone normalises.  Initially  you need to do the TSH test every 6 weeks till normal TSH then every 3 months You can share your reports on Lybrate. Hello- Ayurvedic concept of pcod (poly cystic ovarian disease) says that, it generally occurs due to irregular food and daily habits done specially at the time of menstrual bleeding period. Pcod effect the ovulation process thus makes it difficult for the female to conceive and get pregnant.

Its wrong. Go to pulmonologist and check whether she is really asthmatic or not. Or she may have anxiety. Less blood in body we called it anemia. Something that causes sudden air hunger to her? find it with help of Doctor n investigation like complete blood count n x ray chest.

Hello and welcome to lybrate. A stone size of 4-5 mm, usually flushes out in almost 90 per cent people, provided, one drinks 12-15 glasses daily. It also depends on position of stone in kidney. Get your ultrasound scan repeated in 1 month, to confirm the stone is out. Wish you a speedy recovery.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
