Gud question. You need to do exercise of your hand to make it muscular. And for that you need to go to gym where there are special instructer who will guide you to do exercise for your hand. In addition if you want to make your hand muscular you need to take high protien diet. If you are a vegetarian you can take cereals like mung chana etc. Soyabine is a very good source of protien. Soyabine vadies are available in market that you can add to your sabji. Or you can have soyabine floor which you can mix it with wheat flour in apropriate amont nd make roti ot paratha from that. Drink more milk and milk products like cheese. You can also take protien powder. So many such powders are available on online market. And you can also ask the gym instructer for this powder. They can guide you for that. And if you are nonveg its easy as most nonveg food are rich in protien. You can eat eggs. Or tandoori chisken which is very rich in protien. You have said that you are 66 kg. So you need to take 66 gram of protien per day. And for that if you eat only eggs you can have 6 to 7 eggs per day.

On 16th oct my wife aged 57 years slipped and felled on hipps and was having severe pain on upper side of hipps & in spine area. On next day I took her to Doctor, he prescribed medicine for five days & Xray of Dl Spine AP after 2 days of incident there is no relief in pain & swelling. Dear Doctors I am mentioning below the highlighted text of xray report and please send the medical advice urgently. 1. There is decreased vertebral body height of D11 and D12 vertebra. 2. Hi lybrate-user X-ray report conveys compression of D11, 12 vertebral body. I would suggest wearing of Taylor brace for back in whole day except while in bed at night, she must sleep on firm mistress in most comfortable posture. This would lend immobilization of spine and relieve pain and provide healing. It may take up to 8 to 12 weeks for complete healing. Nothing to worry. Just support in brace and avoid any bending and twisting of back, avoid forward bending specially. She may use English comode and avoid squatting in toilet. Pain medicines till acute phase is over. Apply vivaran gel after hot fomentation of back before wearing brace. Intake of calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements to promote healing. Attend spine clinics in your city or hospital for orthopaedic consultation. Breathing exercises, light non constipating diet, avoid foods causing acidity, flatulence, and take isapgol daily at bed time. Hope this will take care of her needs. Best wishes Thanks.

Advice. Correct your sitting posture. Sit tall. Take frequent breaks. Exercise your back by standing an bending backwards 5 times every 2 hrs.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can bear the weight of the upper body. For this exercises of the back muscles are very helpful. Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight. I am a male age 66 yrs. I am a diabetic since long and it is my family history. I am suffering with high blood presser, it was two times I had stunts fitted with my arteries I had my gold bladder removed. Now I come to current problem. Hi do 1 thng it just a simply thng whch joints r paining there do the exercise (flexion, extension, medial rotation, lateral rotation, and curcumdaction exercise) and apply hot formatation. If you have any doubts revert me back.

Last month I felt on my hands, since then my both angels are paining, it pains occasionally, the pain goes and comes. My hand gets warm when it pains and from some days my left hand thumb with middle finger is PAINING. I feel like my thumb is locked. Hello Abhishek, It might be possible that you are suffering from tendonitis that is a swelling in the tendons which join the bones or which joins the muscle to the bones. Sudden jerk, lifting heavy weight or excessive twisting of the hand can cause such swelling. The best solution for this can be to give absolute rest to your arm for a week. If that is not possible, you can take medicines

Its very bad disease. We are helpless as there is no cure. You have to do regular exercises and keep joints mobile. If your joints get ankylosed, Joint replacement becomes the only option to give pain relief and joint mobility

Hi Take brahmi vati. Smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit. Make its powder and mix it. Then take these medicines with honey twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Do pranayama early morning for freshness. Avoid oily food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption. Eat green vegetables. Walk for at least 45 minutes a day.

There is some new kind of disease mostly in delhi ncr where you have high fever for 2-3 days and then you have pain in joints mostly in knee joints for 2-3 months. Almost everyone in my locality is suffering from this trying different doctors and medicines. Symptoms are like chikungunya but not sure if it is. Please suggest something effective to recover soon.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Hello I think you mostly sitting so backache so you do some time walking & do rest middle time you can also elactric pads or hot water bottle use in back 5-10 days regular then release.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

My MRI LS Spine done on 25-may-2016 final impression says-"Grade 1 spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 which along with degenerated and posteriorly herniated intervening L4-L5 IV disc, causing indentation of thecal sac with encroachment upon bilateral lateral recesses, both neural foramina and the bilateral exiting nerve roots (Right >Left)" Few days back I got lower back pain during playing cricket, though in initial days the pain is not that much and after few days rest I join back office, but after 5 days of my office my back is again start pain and now I am not able to stand straight, my back is tilt towards left over my naval point, Now my question is - what kind of bed rest should I prefer though doctor suggested me complete bed rest for three weeks and 4 mg of steroids thrice a day and pain killer with Caltok M2, I usually stands in morning for loo and bath and during day for food. From last 5 days of medication last 2 days I feel no pain in morning but my posture problem is as it was, but as day progresses pain develop again. Is it because of my moment or what? please help me to get early relief as I can't take more leave then three weeks.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.
