If the combination is glimepirde 2 mg & metformin 500 you can definitely take it. Amoral is too expensive. Tab k -glim m2 (blue cross lab) is only 26 plus for 10 tabs you take any one of these instead of amaryl.

If You're Craving Potato Chips, Try These Healthier Alternatives

While you may be controlling your portions and ensuring that your meals are healthy, the snacks in between the big meals may still be causing your body harm. The packets of chips that you may open will not only add calories but other harmful chemicals as well.

There are other healthier options out there which you can use to replace it and still satisfy your cravings:

  1. Kurmura or puffed rice: A staple snack in many parts of India, kurmura comes in many varieties and mixtures that are quite popular. Some examples are jhalmuri, bhelpuri and others. While mixing it with other things, such as farsan, nuts and chana are good, excessive use of oil or sweet spices may increase its calorific value. Thus refrain from these additions.
  2. Khakra: A great Indian snack that comes from Gujarat, this is a form of flatbread, which can be consumed on its own or with chutneys. This is very low in fats and oil and is one of the tastiest snack alternatives around.
  3. Masala corn: Corn is considered to be a very healthy and nutritious snack on its own. However, you can add various types of masala or have a roast corn cob with salt and lime dressing, which is an already favoured snack all over India.
  4. Nuts: Assorted nuts, such as almonds, peanuts, pistachios can be a very filling snack without the need for large quantities of it. However, don't consume too much of it as certain varieties do contain considerable amounts of fat and thus moderation is the key here.
  5. Soya sticks: A new entrant into the Indian market, soya sticks are baked and then laced with spices. Soya tends to have protein while not much fat and thus it can be a healthy as well as a tasty snack. Soya sticks are usually laced with various kinds of masala.
  6. Chickpeas or chana: This is another snack, which can come in many forms such as roasted, boiled or even as a paste in the form of hummus. It contains a lot of protein, but very little fat. Chickpeas can be had either on their own or mixed with nuts or other forms of mixture.
  7. Baked snacks: Various forms of snacks, which are baked instead of fried can be a good alternative as well. Baked versions of potato chips and other snacks are increasingly available in stores across India.

Along with these foods, one should also go for regular full body check up, in order to know how healthy they are.

Hello- kulathi is a very good stone dissolver, if you are not facing any stone than it might be possible that your stone is flushed out or it might become so small to cause obstruction hence pain. Don't stop kulthi, stop your alpha blocker and continue neeri syrup 2 tsp twice daily from now on to remove stone completely and to prevent its recurrence.

Hi lybrate-user, generally we desire to be idle, to do nothing and resist effort. It is a state of passivity and of letting things stay as they are. Simple tips for overcoming laziness: 1) break down a task into smaller tasks we often avoid tasks because we find them too big, too overwhelming, too tiring, or taking too much of our time. Breaking a task into several smaller tasks can solve this problem. Then, each one will not seem so difficult or intimidating. Instead of having one big task, we will have a series of small tasks, which do not require too much effort. This approach can be applied not only to tasks, but also to goals and everything else we have or need to do. This will tend to melt much of the laziness and inner resistance we often experience. 2) rest, sleep and exercise in some cases, laziness is due to being tired and lacking energy. If this is true in your case, you need to give yourself the rest and sleep you need, and also give your body enough exercise and fresh air. 3) motivation in some cases, the reason for laziness is due to lack of motivation. You can strengthen your motivation through affirmations, visualization and thinking about the importance of performing your task or chore or achieving your goal. 4) have a vision of what and who you want to be frequently reflecting on the person we want to be, the goals we want to achieve, and the life we want to live, can motivate us to act. 5) think about benefits think about the benefits you will gain if you overcome your laziness and take action, instead of thinking about the difficulties or obstacles. Focusing on the difficulties of carrying out the task, leads to discouragement, avoidance of taking action and to laziness. It is important that you focus your mind and attention on the benefits, not on the difficulties. 6) thinking about the consequences think about what will happen, if you succumb to laziness, and don't perform your task or chore. Thinking about the consequences of not acting, can also push you to take action. 7) doing one thing at a time focus on doing one thing at a time. If you feel you have a lot to do, you will probably feel overwhelmed and let laziness overcome you, instead of you overcoming laziness. 8) visualization your imagination has a great influence on your mind, habits and action. Visualize yourself performing the task easily, energetically and enthusiastically. Do so before starting with a task or goal, and also when you feel lazy, or when your mind whispers to you to abandon what you are doing. 9) repeat affirmations tell yourself" I can accomplish my goal" I have the energy and motivation to act and do whatever I want or have to do" doing things makes me stronger" doing things makes things happen. 10) regards a task as an exercise consider each task as an exercise to make you stronger, more decisive and more assertive. 11) procrastination avoid procrastination, which is a form of laziness. If there is something you have to do, why not do it right now and get through with it? why let it stay nagging at the back of your head? 12) learn from successful people watch successful people, and how they do not let laziness win. Learn from them, talk with them and associate with them. Overcoming the habit of laziness is achieved through a series of daily actions and activities, when you choose to act, instead of remaining passive. Every time you overcome your laziness you get stronger. Every time you choose to act, you increase your ability to win, achieve goals and improve your life. If you have any further query do get back.

Dear don't use such products. Do kegel exercise if you have sexual weakness. Eat well balanced diet and do regular exercise and drink lots of water to detoxify body. You can also try start and stop technique. But don't trust such products for this purpose. Many products of patanjali are good but not these ones.

tab pan 40 empty stomach daily morning for 15 days, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, isabgol in a glass of water at night, if required get u/s whole abdomen done and back with report it will help. thanks

dont worry about size as far as you get good erection and timngs. women vagina initial 2 inches is sensitive so size aythg bigger than 2 inch is sufficient. imprtant is good erection and timings. consult for detailed discssion and solve your erection and timing issues. no oil or pill can increase size neither it matters.

Phimosis is associated with increased rates of recurrent bacterial and yeast infection, and pain during sexual activity. It can also develop into paraphimosis, a condition in which a retracted tight foreskin is trapped below the head of the penis leaving it exposed.
