Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

You should do kegel exercises to tighten your vagina. It should be done continuously for 3 to 4 months to get the results. For doing kegel exercises you have to tighten vagina with the help of surrounding muscles. To contract the correct muscles, you can insert a finger inside your vagina and try tightening around your finger. You don't need to put your finger every time you do the exercise. Once you tighten your vagina and its muscles, you start counting from 1 to 10 and then only relax the vagina. Keep repeating similar exercises 5-6 times in a single setting.

I had pain in my heel of right foot. Mostly after inactivity or after waking up. Pain used to go down with activity and some times after passing urine. Got my uric acid test done it was ok. This occuted an year ago as well but got ok after I changed my shoe. This time also it has started after I bought a new shoe. I shall change my shoe. But does it mean some other problem. Or is it only shoe.

It is shoe and heel. You have stiff tendo achilles. You need to do some exercises for stretching and you will be fine.

Hi. You do not have to take any precausions just because you have undergone open heart surgery for asd. Just once ask your surgeon doctor or your heart doctor about any particular precautions for you. Some of the heart parameters like pah etc, if they are normal, then you are allowed to do all things that you want to. Take care.

You are underweight teenager with demands of resources by a growing up teenager and junk food will not give you nourishing food. Stop the habit and eat healthy food rich in proteins, vitamin and minerals like milks and curds and boiled eggs plus proteins supplements plus seasonal vegetables and fruits, some carbs and healthy fats like desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Get investigation done for thyroid profile and blood for sugar and lipids and cbc for hb and infections. Get back here with reports. You will get more guidance.

Get in a routine. If you’re depressed, you need a routine depression can strip away the structure from your life. One day melts into the next. Setting a gentle daily schedule can help you get back on track. 2. When you're depressed, you may feel like you can't accomplish anything. That makes you feel worse about yourself. To push back, set daily goals for yourself. "Start very small,” "Make your goal something that you can succeed at, like doing the dishes every other day." As you start to feel better, you can add more challenging daily goals. 3. Exercise- It temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins. It may also have long-term benefits for people. Regular exercise seems to encourage the brain to rewire itself in positive ways. How much exercise do you need? You don’t need to run marathons to get a benefit. If depression tends to make you overeat, getting in control of your eating will help you feel better. When you’re depressed, you may want to pull back from life and give up your responsibilities at home and at work. Staying involved and having daily responsibilities can work as a natural depression treatment. They ground you and give you a sense of accomplishment. If you're not up to full-time school or work, that’s fine. Think about part-time. If that seems like too much, consider volunteer work. 7. Challenge negative thoughts. In your fight against depression, a lot of the work is mental -- changing how you think. When you're depressed, you leap to the worst possible conclusions. You might feel like no one likes you, but is there real evidence for that? You might feel like the most worthless person on the planet, but is that really likely? It takes practice, but in time you can beat back those negative thoughts before they get out of control. 8. Check with your doctor before using supplements. "There's promising evidence for certain supplements for depression," Those include fish oil, folic acid. Always check with your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you’re already taking medications 9. Do something new. When you’re depressed, you’re in a rut. Push yourself to do something different. Go to a museum. Pick up a used book and read it on a park bench. Volunteer at a soup kitchen. Take a language class. "When we challenge ourselves to do something different, there are chemical changes in the brain, "Trying something new alters the levels of [the brain chemical] dopamine, which is associated with pleasure, enjoyment, and learning." 10. Try to have fun. If you’re depressed, make time for things you enjoy. What if nothing seems fun anymore? "That's just a symptom of depression," You have to keep trying anyway. As strange as it might sound, you have to work at having fun. Plan things you used to enjoy, even if they feel like a chore. Keep going to the movies. Keep going out with friends for dinner. When you're depressed, you can lose the knack for enjoying life, you have to relearn how to do it. In time, fun things really will feel fun again.

It depends on what the length of your cycles are. To be effective in delaying periods you have to take them at least 3 days before your expected date . Progesterone only pills are better for this purpose as they have less side effects unless you want to continue with pills for a longer duration for contraceptive purpose as well .

Yeah you can go for root canal treatment but not for removal if you want to have home remedy then you can use cloves or garlic make them into paste apply to the tooth which is paining.

1st thing avoid any type of oily food, junk food, spicy food. 2ndly take 3-4 ltrs water daily. Then clean your face properly with oil r dirt control face wash thrice daily. Then use rose water. Lastly contact with me for proper treatment.

Though technology has progressed so much that many diseases are getting cured, people still have myths in their minds about mental illness. Mental illness is not considered as an ailment, but often considered as just a passing phase. In fact, having a negative perception of people with psychiatric issues is a matter of concern, known as stigma. 

Due to the stigma around psychiatric issues, people suffering from such issues face a multitude of problems, some of which are: 

  1. Patients may feel afraid to disclose their problems and to seek help, 
  2. Miscommunication may happen between the person and his or her friends and family members, 
  3. Lack of opportunities in case of academic as well as professional fields, 
  4. Facing of both physical as well as emotional bullying by people around, 
  5. Health insurance does not cover mental illness yet, 
  6. The myth that such conditions and situations can never be dealt with completely. 

Stigma is not a short term problem, and there can, of course be, solutions for people with psychiatric issues to deal with it. 

Get Education and Treatment 

It is very important for both the patients as well as the people around to get educated about their psychiatric issues. Today there are some options and ways through which patients can be successfully and adequately managed for many psychiatric issues. If people around you are not able to understand this, you need to ignore them and get proper treatment yourself. 

Do Not Let Stigma Affect You 

If you get affected by the stigma around you, you may get affected by other issues such as depression that may become even more serious. Hence, you need to learn to avoid such people and to gain confidence in yourself. If you have confidence in yourself, you will be able to perform all such activities in life that are performed by any person in an academic, professional or any other field. 

Socialize 

One of the most common problems that you may face is getting isolated. It is your right to lead a normal life, and hence, you need to go out and socialize. If you are not comfortable around your friend circle, you can join a support group that has members similar to you. 

There are many associations that run workshops and seminars to educate people for decreasing the stigma around mental health issue. You can also become a part of such associations, but of course, before that, you need to gain confidence in yourself. take overnight soaked Fennel Seed (2 spoon seeds in 1 glass water ) as first thing in morning . Have your breakfst by 08:00 am ( add Barley Daliya in regular diet) , Take 1 Spoon GUlaknd + 1 spoon fennel seed with 1 glass milk ( about 11:am) . Eat fennel seeds after meals. Dont take anything Sour much ( like tamarind, Lemon JUice , Amchoor etc. ) Avoid Spicy food.
