Hello, I’m Dr Vinod Raina. I’m a sexologist. Today we are going to talk about male infertility. Nowadays it has been seen that a number of couples who get married are not able to conceive after their marriage.
What is the reason?
It has been seen that the number of males are suffering from infertility problems. The quality of the sperm is not good. The morphology of the sperms is not good and more over the quantity is also not good. Why? What is the reason?
It has been seen that the number of youngsters are smoking very hard, they are chain smokers, this can lead to male infertility and more over it has been seen that males drink very hard. They drink 5 to 6 to 10 pegs a day. They don’t walk. Their lifestyle is not good. You have to walk 45 minutes daily and more over it has been seen that the patients are suffering from severe stress. There are a number of youngsters who work at night and sleep in the day, they work in call centres, definitely those patients are under severe stress. Definitely, those patients will also be suffering from male infertility.
So what we can do to stop male infertility?
Definitely, you to check the quality, quantity and morphology of the sperms. You can go to the pathologist, have your sperm analysis done and it will tell you the exact the quantity quality and morphology of the sperms. Moreover, you can improve your lifestyle. You can walk for 45 minutes early in the morning. You can take the proper good diet. You can increase almonds in your diet. My name is Dr Vinod Raina. I’m a sexologist. We will be talking today on the topic of ED.
What can be the causes for ED?
Basically, it has been seen that number of patients who are chain smokers, who smoke approximate 10-15 or 20 cigarettes a day, they have this disease called ED.
What happens, what are the causes? And why smoking is responsible for ED?
Basically, when a patient smokes, the smoke goes into the lungs, and then from the lungs, the smoke is transported to all the parts of the body through the vessels. These vessels are choked by the smoke, and the microvessels, present in all the parts of the body gets stenosed and then the blood circulation does not take place properly. So, a penis is the first and foremost part of the body which gets affected because there are a number of micro-vessels present in the penis and these arteries, or veins, or micro-vessels get choked and the circulation of blood gets compensated and then this process of ED starts in the body.
So what we can do?
Definitely, you have to stop smoking. There are people who smoke 15-20 cigarettes per day, it is very high. You please stop smoking.
Moreover, it has been seen that some patients who are drinking, who drink heavily and been drinking with smoke, the WHO recommendation is only 2 pegs per day. That means, not more than 60-90 ml of alcohol. But there are people, youngsters, who drink, 5 to 8 to 10 pegs a day, so there’s a huge consumption of alcohol.
What it leads?
It leads to severe stress in the body and this stress leads to the erectile dysfunction. Moreover, it has been seen that there are people who work from morning to evening, they don’t have time for a walk, their lifestyle is not good, they take junk food, they drink carbonated drinks, these things also effect Erectile dysfunction. So, if you want to lead a healthy life:
- You have to walk for 45 minutes a day
- You have to take a proper diet.
- You have to take at least 10-15 almonds every day
- 2-3 walnuts every day, and if you are a non-vegetarian.
- You can take fish two times a week, and if you are a vegetarian, then definitely, you can take broccoli, two to three times a week or you can take kaali urad ki daal.
That definitely will solve your problem.
And if the problem is not solved by these things, then definitely you have to visit a sexologist who can treat your problem.

There are some penis problems that seem to make perfect sense. Got a sore penis? That might be the result of overzealous masturbation or a little too much sex (hard to believe there is such a thing!). Got an itchy penis? That might be the result of using a different cleanser or skipping a night of using moisturizing cream for the penis. But what about a semen allergy? Even the best penis care aficionado might not have an answer for that one!
What's a semen allergy?
Many people have allergies to something, from grass and pollen to animals to dust. Some even have life-threatening allergies to various foods or chemicals. And still others have exceedingly rare allergies, like being allergic to sunlight. A semen allergy falls into that exceedingly rare category.
A semen allergy stems from one specific protein in a man's semen that interacts in an unfavorable way with the immune system. When semen touches the skin, it results in rashes, hives, swelling, burning, itching, and other dermatological issues. For some, the allergy is so severe that coming into contact with semen can cause anaphylactic shock.
The consequences of this for a woman are obvious. A semen allergy makes it difficult, if not impossible, to have intercourse. It also creates problems in other areas; for instance, a woman with a serious semen allergy who wants to get pregnant will likely have to undergo in vitro fertilization, so that the semen of her partner never actually touches her.
Though a semen allergy is most often found in women, men can be allergic to semen, too. In fact, a man can be allergic to his own semen! Talk about a serious entry in the world of penis problems.
What can be done about a semen allergy?
Fortunately, there are a few options. A man who suffers from a semen allergy will want to avoid touching his own semen, for obvious reasons. When he masturbates, he must be sure to ejaculate in such a way that he won't get any of the semen on himself. Sex is a bit trickier, but some men who have only a mild allergy might be able to get away with hopping into the shower immediately after the coupling is done, so as to rid themselves of semen and minimize the effects.
A man who suffers from a severe allergy might need the attention of an allergy specialist to figure out what to do. Desensitizing him to the allergen is usually a good step. This means the man will gradually be introduced to the semen, in small amounts, to allow his body to build up a resistance to the protein without actually going into full-tilt allergy mode. Over time, this can desensitize him so that he will no longer react so violently to the touch of semen on his skin. This works for women as well!
A man who develops a semen allergy needs to pay close attention to his overall health, including regular visits with the doctor, especially an allergist if necessary. He should also take care to use a top-quality penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). There might be times when a man simply cannot avoid his own semen, and that can lead to redness, swelling, soreness and other problems for his manhood. A soothing crème with a healthy combination of alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C, vitamin D and other ingredients known for healing can be applied to help ease the pain. A guy should also look for Shea butter and vitamin E; the powerful hydration of these elements means he can avoid the dryness often associated with rashes and the like.

Eradicating Penis Problems: Get Rid of Pubic Lice
Sometimes a man will face penis itching that takes things to an extreme, making it impossible for him to keep his hands away from his groin. That's often the case with pubic lice, which is one of those penis problems that can make a guy cringe at the very thought of it. The good news is that with prompt and proper penis care, a guy can quickly get on the road to healing from the itch and eradicating those little bugs.
What are pubic lice?
Pubic lice are exceedingly tiny parasites, measuring only about 2 millimeters in length when fully grown. They are usually yellow, grey or red. They are so tiny that it's usually impossible to actually see them, and it might take a strong magnifying glass or microscope to confirm what they are. If a guy does manage to see one, it will look quite like a sea crab. They are similar to head lice, but not the same thing at all - pubic lice almost always wind up in the groin area.
How does a guy get them?
Pubic lice are usually spread by skin-to-skin contact. The contact must be direct, which is usually why they are spread during sexual play. Using a condom doesn't stop transmission of the lice, as they can cling to areas that the condom won't cover. In addition, the lice might be transmitted by fabric that has come into contact with the groin, such as underwear or sheets. When there are lice in the sheets, for example, a guy can get them simply by crawling into bed.
It's very important to remember that even someone with excellent penis care and overall hygiene can easily contract pubic lice. So just because someone "looks clean" doesn't mean anything about whether they have pubic lice - or other infections, for that matter.
How does a guy know he has them?
The first tip-off is the overwhelming itch, which can leave a man scratching so badly that he actually creates irritated skin and possibly even open sores. Another sign is a black powdery look to underwear after removing them, or tiny dots of blood in the area. There might be bluish dots on the skin, almost like tiny bruises, that are the result of bites from the lice. Keep in mind that a man can be infected for several weeks before the symptoms begin to show up.
Getting rid of pubic lice
Pubic lice are tough to eradicate, so it's necessary to get a doctor involved. Prescription creams can be rubbed on the area that will kill off the lice, and prescription shampoos will work as well. But a guy will still need to get rid of the "nits," or eggs, of the lice. Since these are usually attached to hair, many men find that shaving their pubic hair helps a great deal. But even if a man is clean-shaven, he still must use the prescription cream exactly as directed, as pubic lice are notoriously tough to remove.
Finally, all bedding or areas where sexual activity might have taken place - or even where a man might have sat down in the buff, such as his living room sofa - must be thoroughly cleaned. This means watching sheets and all other bedding in very hot water, drying on the hottest cycle, and using sprays that are designed to treat mattresses and other surfaces. The doctor can guide a man to the right products.
Throughout the process, a man must take care to prevent other penis problems that often result from itching. A specially formulated penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin), used every day, is a great idea. Look for a crème with vitamins A, C, D and E, all of which are known for their healing properties. Also look for a crème with Shea butter, which is known for deep hydration that can alleviate some of the itching a man suffers when battling pubic lice.

AIDS and HIV are words that can still provoke feelings of fear and anxiety in many people today and this in spite of the fact that this viral infection is no longer the killer it once was. With the advent of sophisticated drugs used in combination therapy, HIV has become a largely manageable condition, something that can be successfully lived with. Where HIV was once shrouded in mystery, and even called 'God's vengeance', today we know that HIV is a viral infection that may be acquired through a few well-established routes. We know that HIV transmission can occur through sexual contact, blood-to-blood contact, such as sharing hypodermic needles, and passed from mother to baby during pregnancy, the birthing process or through infected breast milk. HIV simply cannot be transmitted through activities such as hugging or most kissing, nor can it be acquired from toilet seats, shared eating utensils, glasses, cups or plates etc. because of this there is no real need to be anxious about these particular areas.
In fact, HIV is such a fragile virus - or, to be exact, a 'retrovirus' - that the virus can survive for only a brief period of time when outside of the body.
A Look at Penis Skin: Is a Red Penis Bad?
For most men, penis skin tone varies from time to time. A very light-skinned man might have a red penis, especially when it is filled with plenty of blood during an erection. On the other hand, a man who has darker skin might actually have a lighter-skinned penis. But even when a man has a rather predictable penis skin color, he might notice that it varies from time to time. For instance, an erect penis might become various shades of red, then settle back down to its usual color after the fun is over. But what happens when penis skin takes on an unusual hue for other reasons? That's when good penis care becomes even more essential - and it might warrant getting checked out by a doctor. Here's what a man needs to know.
What's normal, anyway?
As with most things concerning the human body, there is actually a wide range of normal. Some men might have a penis that is all one uniform color, for instance - but another guy might notice that his penis is lighter at the tip and darker at the base, or vice versa. Most men will find that their penis is an entirely different color than the skin on the rest of their body. And still others will notice that their skin color barely changes during an erection, while others will see it turn a serious red, almost purple!
What are some other penis concerns?
Sometimes a man might notice that a certain area of his skin, such as a tiny spot near the tip or the base, it red while the rest of his penis is the usual color. These spots on the penis might be cause for concern, depending upon what they are and where they came from. Here's a brief rundown of the various issues a man might face.
1) Skin irritations. For men who have been getting it on, whether with a partner or their own hand, there might be tiny irritations on the penis that can lead to red spots or splotches. These are often tender to the touch, and that's a sure sign that a guy has simply overdone it a bit. A few days of rest should ease away the redness and the soreness as well.
2) Lesions or dark bumps. These are more of a cause for concern, as they might indicate a sexually transmitted disease. Lesions might look like large bruises and are likely tender. Dark bumps might be entirely painless, but they can look unsightly and make a man worry about what is causing them. This warrants a visit to the doctor.
3) Unusual color changes. Any color change that doesn't really make sense - such as sudden white splotches on the penis or a darkness to the skin that doesn't go away when an erection does - could mean some underlying medical condition. Any changes in color that worry a man are a good reason to visit the doctor and show off the problem.
4) A red penis with fever. When a man has a penis that is very red and is also showing signs of fever - either systemic or inflammation at the penis itself - it is a sign of potential infection. A man who suffers from this should immediately seek medical attention, as there might be a medical issue that requires antibiotics or other medications to treat.
On a day-to-day basis, a man can help keep his penis skin in great shape through the use of a high-quality penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). A crème should contain plenty of vitamins and nutrients, such as vitamins A, B5 and C, as well as Shea butter and vitamin E for softness. These ingredients can help keep a man's skin tone as even as possible while hydrating to avoid any areas of dryness.
Simple Tips to Get the Most Handsome Penis Around
As every man knows, a handsome penis relies a great deal on proper penis care. The right care regimen can help keep the penis skin smooth, supple and ready for action. It can alleviate bumps and irritations that lead to an unsightly look. It can even help ensure that a man sports a healthy, red penis filled with blood at the most opportune moment!
But sometimes, even men who feel like old pros at good penis care will find that something is missing. They want to have an even more handsome penis, but nothing they try is working. That's when these important tips come into play.
1) Never use the death grip. Using the 'death grip' during masturbation produces intense friction, which can lead to intense orgasms. But it can also lead to a serious decline in penis health, as the grip disrupts the flow of blood and can leave the penis sore, raw and irritated. Go easy, and use lube, to keep the handsome penis every man desires.
2) Pay attention to overall health. Just as bad habits can affect skin on the rest of the body, the same is true of the penis. For instance, smoking is notoriously bad for the skin, as is a lack of sleep, among others. Taking good care of overall health can result in a vast improvement in penis skin.
3) Brush up on penis cleaning skills. Though most men are sure they know how to clean their equipment, it never hurts to look for new tips to help keep the skin looking its best. Use a gentle cleanser, one that is specially formulated for use on very sensitive skin. Avoid soap, as this has a drying effect. Gently clean every bit of skin, including under the foreskin and in the area around the balls. Groom carefully if using a razor or other tool to shave the area. Then dry off with a soft towel by patting the skin thoroughly, never rubbing - that could lead to more irritation.
4) Avoid potential irritants. Be wary of changing what works. For example, if using a particular detergent has always worked just fine, stay with that brand - don't switch, even for a much better deal at the store. A new detergent can be the culprit when it comes to rashes or other irritations. The same is true of other products used in the home on a regular basis.
5) Catch problems as soon as they start. A daily inspection of the penis can help ensure that all is well. If something looks odd, such as a surprise irritation on the shaft or a lesion or bruise on the head, pay close attention. If it gets any worse, take the time to go to the doctor. By catching small problems well before they can become big ones, a man makes certain to keep his penis skin and overall penis health in great shape.
6) Use a superior penis health crème. Wrap up every day with the use of a powerful penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). The right crème will contain a plethora of ingredients in a formula specially designed for penis skin. These ingredients should include vitamin A for odor control, vitamin B5 for skin health, and vitamins C and D for their overall health properties. L-carnitine is a good idea, as it promotes better health of the nerve endings, and so is L-arginine, as it promotes healthy blood flow. Finally, look to Shea butter and vitamin E to keep the skin supple, smooth and ready for action.
The Serious Problem That Can Lead to a Small Penis
When a man is old enough to think about his penis as a source of pleasure, he begins to think about the pleasure it might bring others - and that ultimately leads to questions about just how well their penis stacks up against that of other men. And inevitably, that leads to questions about penis size. For some, the idea of having a small penis is a frightening prospect, so they focus on great penis care to keep what they have in tip-top shape.
But unfortunately, sometimes men will overlook certain easy penis care issues that can actually lead to a small penis. These issues can result in Peyronie's disease, which can lead to major penis health problems, including the loss of length from the member.
How does a man develop Peyronie's disease?
The most common cause of Peyronie's disease is small traumas, over a long period of time, that create micro-tears in the skin of the penis. Those tiny tears and irritations heal over and over again, eventually forming scar tissue to protect the area. That scar tissue becomes a problem, as it inhibits the movement of the penis, especially when a man becomes erect. Instead of having a very slight, natural curve, the man winds up with a more severe curvature that can become worse as time goes on.The result of this is a gradual shortening of the penis. In fact, a man can wind up losing up to an inch - possibly more - and he can experience other penis problems too, such as pain when he becomes erect, or difficulty with penetration when he's with a partner.
It's important to remember that some men do have a curvature of the penis that is entirely natural - this curvature is often quite mild. Almost all men have this, so that's not something to worry about. However, a man should keep close watch on that curve and make sure it doesn't get worse over time, or that the penis doesn't begin to bend the other way - either of these could indicate a problem with scar tissue inside the penis.
How can a man avoid losing inches from his penis?
Avoiding Peyronie's disease should be the goal of every man. But it can be tough to make changes when it doesn't appear that certain pleasurable habits are causing any problems. For instance, a man who uses a "death grip" during masturbation might not notice any consequences of that act for many years - but once he does, it's too late to turn back the hands of time. That's why the best way to prevent losing inches from the penis - or any other penis problems - is to engage in good penis care every single day, without exception. This means treating the penis properly during masturbation, using plenty of lube during either masturbation or sex, and avoiding the minor irritations that add up over time. A guy can also take steps to ensure better penis health at all times, such as wearing a cup during contact sports to avoid the possibility of penis injury, taking care of any health issues as soon as possible with regular doctor visits, and wearing a condom at all times when with a new partner.
In addition, a man can use a top-notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) every single day. The use of a penis crème with powerful amino acids, such as L-carnitine and L-arginine, can enhance the nerve endings as well as the blood flow received by the penis, which can both help improve penis function. A guy can also look for Shea butter and vitamin E as key ingredients, which keep the skin supple, smooth and more able to fight back against those minor irritations.
How to Protect Against Penis Injury While Riding a Bike ?
Many men love bike riding, and why not? It's not only a great physical exercise, but it can be done in a wide variety of places - mostly outdoors, along some of the most scenic routes a man could ever hope to find. For some, bike riding isn't just exercise. It's a way to relax and refresh the soul. So it can definitely come as a dismaying surprise when a man learns that all his penis care might be for naught if he's not paying attention to the potential penis injury bike riding could cause.
Common penis injury from bike riding
Many men who bike for long distances become accustomed to soreness or some level of penis pain, especially when they spend some of that time resting on the seat of the bike. But do those men really understand what that discomfort is all about?
Numerous studies have been conducted on the question of penis function among those who often ride bikes, and the results are sobering. In one study, 61% of riders reported feeling numbness in the genital area after a ride, while 19% of those men complained of problems with erectile dysfunction. Further testing revealed that 70% of the men in the study suffered from a lack of proper blood supply to the penis during and immediately after their ride. This might be because when a man rides a bike, the seat pushes against the genitals in such a way that it slows the blood flow that is usually running through that area. It's also the blood flow that is responsible for making a man hard when he gets excited. Though that blood flow might 'bounce back' immediately at first, over time and many bike rides, the area can become permanently damaged, leading to decreased blood flow at all times and eventually, to problems like penis pain and erectile dysfunction.
How to solve the penis injury problem
Fortunately, there are some things a man can do to protect his penis while still enjoying the ride. First, he should speak with a professional bike trainer to make sure his seat and handlebars are properly aligned, thus taking some pressure off the groin. He can also look for a padded seat or an alternative shaped seat, both of which can help reduce the pressure. Padded shorts can also help.
Many people love to ride a bike outdoors because of the scenery and fresh air. However, a man who is dealing with erectile dysfunction issues or penis pain might want to go to the gym, where he can use a recumbent bike to avoid the pressure on his groin that leads to these problems.
When a man chooses to take a long bike ride, he should take frequent breaks to get off the bike, walk around and let blood flow in the groin return to normal. But what about men who race their bikes? Those guy should look to their trainers for advice on how to best alleviate the blood flow problems without sacrificing their speed and distance on the bike.A man can also help keep his penis in better shape by reaching for a specially formulated penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). A crème that contains L-arginine, known for helping to increase blood flow, as well as L-carnitine, known for protecting the penis from nerve damage, is always a good idea. Other vitamins can help the skin "breathe" and Shea butter with vitamin E can provide the hydration the skin needs, especially if it becomes chapped and sore from hours on the bike.
What Every Guy Should Know About Penis Warts
When a man sees anything that comes close to resembling a wart on his penis, he might freak right out - and for good reason. Anything that mars the equipment not only has the opportunity to put a damper on his sex life, but the idea of genital warts can really make a man wonder where he got them, what it might mean for his future, and much more. It's important to understand this rather common penis problem and how to handle the issue of penis warts if they do show up.
How common are penis warts?
Though penis warts might seem like a terrifying ordeal, they are actually quite common. Skin warts are caused by HPV, an extremely common virus that most people will be exposed to in their lifetime. In fact, there are over 70 strains of HPV, and though most of them show up with no symptoms at all, some of them do lead to penis warts. The good news is that penis warts caused by HPV are not a life sentence. In most cases, the immune system fights back and gets rid of the warts within two years of their first appearance. However, the idea of living with warts on the penis for two years can be enough to make a man look for treatment alternatives.
How to treat penis warts?
As with most penis problems, the best way to treat penis warts is to visit the doctor. Once there, a few treatments might be recommended:
1) Prescription creams. Many men will opt for prescription creams, which can lessen the appearance of warts while it helps to shrink them. It will still take a while for them to disappear, but the time a man must live with them can be shortened considerably.
2) Cryotherapy. Men who have dealt with other types of warts, such as those that commonly appear on the hands or feet, will be familiar with this treatment. It involves the use of liquid nitrogen to "freeze" the wart, thus killing it. The wart will then fall off within a short period of time.
3) Electric cauterization. In this treatment, a man is given a local anesthetic to numb any pain, then an electrical current is applied to the area of the wart. The result is killing the wart and just as with the liquid nitrogen, the problem should clear up rather quickly.
4) Watch and wait. Though most men will not like to hear this as an option, many doctors will choose the "watch and wait" policy when it comes to penis warts. This is especially indicated if a man has other problems that might mean he shouldn't undergo treatments, such as an underlying medical condition that might make the treatments dangerous for him. In this case, a man will want to do everything he can to boost his immune system in the hopes that it will take over and eradicate the warts sooner rather than later.
When a man has penis warts, it's best to avoid sexual contact with anyone. This is because even if a man uses a condom, the HPV in his body can be alive and well on the skin elsewhere in the genital area, and that means he can pass the problem on to a partner even if they practice safer sex. HPV vaccinations might be helpful in lowering a man's risk of contracting HPV again. And if a man does choose treatments rather than "watch and wait" methods, he will want to avoid sexual activity during the time it takes the body to heal.
No matter the penis problems a man might face, it pays to keep the penis in excellent health so it can better fight off penis warts and other issues. This can be helped along with a powerful penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). In addition to a wealth of vitamins and nutrients, a guy can also look for a crème that contains alpha lipoic acid, which helps fight excess free radicals that can lead to premature aging of the skin.
3 Simple Tests for Adequate Penis Sensation
There are many articles out there about penis sensation, but few of them answer the fundamental question: Just what is really good penis sensation? After all, a guy only knows what he feels - he has no idea what his best friend or neighbor feels when it comes to penis sensitivity. Given that, how can he know if he has adequate penis sensation in the first place?Of course, a man can usually tell when his penis sensation begins to decrease from what it was in the beginning. He might find that he doesn't respond as quickly to touches, takes longer to reach a climax and finds that he has to go further to get the same response from masturbation or coupling as he did before.
The good news is that there are some benchmarks a man can take into account to determine whether his penis sensitivity is where it should be - as well as help him decide whether he has lost a bit of sensation along the way. This is best done with a partner, if possible. Here's how.
1) Start in a standing or sitting position. With eyes closed and penis erect, a guy should run his fingertips over the penis, starting at the base and working his way to the tip. He should take note of any spots where the touch seems a bit "less" or doesn't give him the same "zing" as other spots do. If a certain spot feels numb or has very little sensation, note that as well.
2) Now do the same thing, but with a small ice cube. The idea is to determine which areas of the penis respond best to temperature changes. If there is an area that is far too sensitive for the ice, that's just fine! The idea is to look for places where the ice isn't a bother, or where the skin doesn't seem to register just how cold the sensation really is. Make note of any places that feel this way.
3) Finally, let the penis warm up a bit and do the same test with a soft feather. Note any areas where the touch of the feather isn't felt, or where it doesn't seem to be as strong as in other places.
Obviously, there will be some places where the sensation is a bit less; for instance, it's perfectly normal for penis sensation at the base of the shaft to be much less than the sensitivity at the tip of the penis. But when a man notices areas that don't give him any pleasure at all, or where he can't feel the touch of his hand, ice cube or feather, those indicate that penis sensation might be lacking.
How to improve penis sensation
So what does this all mean? It might simply mean that the penis has had some rough handling and needs a few weeks to recover. Many men will find that giving it a little time will help the nerves recover and restore penis sensation.
But if that's not the case, it's time to visit the doctor and look for the underlying causes. These might include circulatory problems (especially if a man is overweight), neurological issues that affect the nerves of the penis, or simple thickening of the skin caused by too much friction - such as callouses that appear on hands and feet over time. The doctor can recommend ways to counter all these issues.
To help ensure the best penis function possible, a guy should always do what he can to keep the penis healthy. To that end, he should reach for a daily penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). A crème that contains L-carnitine is especially helpful, as this powerful amino acid is proven to help preserve the delicate nerve endings that make an erect penis so enjoyable.
