Mr. Lybrate-user, you are talking about two totally different conditions. I will give details about one of them diabetes mellitus. This is a disorder occurring due to either deficiency of insulin or resistance to its action or both, particularly in t2 diabetes. In t1 there absolutely no insulin secretion. Diabetes has to be treated by appropriate oral anti diabetes drugs or insulin injections. At times both may be required for better control. Along with this strict diet control and regular exercise for more than 1 hour is also important.

You are 20 kilos more than what you should be. With such an over weight, you will have snoring problem. You can fix up an appointment with bariatric physician (specialist doctor for weight loss) and under go the weight reduction treatment. Please note that if you are a brilliant student you can study in a short time interval only. It could be any time day/night. It is not necessary to wake-up at 4/7 AM and then study to be the best boy in your school. It depends on person to person --some like studying till late night and then wake up at 7-8 am However if you rise by 5 am - its ok.

This is Because of csom i. E chronic suppurative otitis media means perforation and infection of middle ear that can only be corrected by surgery only when ear is dry after taking medcations. Keep cotton plug while taking bath.

Do your hba1c. Hba1c will show you exact diabetes control. Fasting and post meals sugar will show particular day glucose reading. Fbs and ppbs is trailer of diabetes, hba1c is entire movie. Do your hba1c from srl or metropolis and aslo what medications are you taking. Alterations of medications will help if your diabetes duration is too long.

Your hemoglobin level is okay but your smoking is not okay at all. You seem to be on a reactive mode i.e. you will only want to deal with it after some medical problem presents itself. Sometimes, that might be too late: some problems will be permanent e.g. BP. So my advice is to quit immediately.
