7 Benefits of Oranges

Oranges are a winter favorite and one of the most loved fruits around the world. The fruit is low in calories, it is good for the skin, the nervous system and the digestive system and it also lowers the risk of many diseases. It can be also included in our diet in several ways- from a morning snack to exotic desserts. Here are a few benefits of oranges:

1. They are good sources of vitamin C - Humans are unable to produce vitamin C endogenously, which is essential for our body and so it needs to be included in your diet. Vitamin C reduces inflammation related to arthritis, muscle injuries and also helps in reducing the risk of heart diseases by blocking the oxidation of cholesterol. Oranges are very rich in vitamin C along with other nutrients like vitamin B9, vitamin A, calcium, and potassium.

2. They are an excellent source of fiber - Fiber-rich fruits like oranges have been proven to moderate the levels of blood sugar after a meal because of their natural sugar- fructose content. For this reason, diabetic patients can also have oranges without worry. Moreover, the roughage present in the fruit reduces chances of constipation and diarrhea.

3. Help prevent cancer - The fiber content in oranges can also play a significant role in keeping cancer-causing chemical components away from the colon. Moreover, vitamin C helps build the immune system so as to resist cancer cells. The antioxidants may also help with breast cancer, skin cancer, stomach cancer and lung cancer.

4. Improves the quality of sperm - A vitamin called folic acid, which is present abundantly in oranges, helps to improve the quality of human sperm and the locomotive abilities. Folic acid also protects the sperm from most kinds of genetic damage.

5. Can prevent loss of hair - Production of collagen, which is one of the most important proteins in our body, is done with the help of vitamins, especially vitamin C. Collagen keeps the tissues in the hair together. So, oranges and other foods rich in vitamin C can help keep a healthy growth of hair even in your old age.

6. Checks the formation of kidney stones - Juice of citrus fruits like orange can increase the pH value of urine and can lead to increased excretion of citric compounds from the body. This reduces the possibility of the formation of calcium oxalate stones in the kidney considerably.

7. Promotes brain development - Vitamin B9 and folic acid keep the brain healthy. The polyphenols in orange help in accelerating the learning and memory functions of the brain and facilitate neurological development in the fetus.

You are having natural problem which occur after delivery once feeding the child with mothers milk starts, mothers do develop these problems. These are due to loss of Calcium and decrease of total iron . One needs to maintain good health by adding lot of green leafy vegetables and diary products in diet. Pain in the neck is possibly due to bending your neck for feeding your baby and such strains and stresses on the neck muscles leads to Muscle spasm and even some cervical spondylitis which resulets in stretching over the nerves thus causing pain in the hands and arms. Similar thing can occur which lower back muscles and lead to pain in the legs. The culprit here is lack of calcium. You must get you Vit.D levels checked and take Vit D , Calcium and iron tablets. Do some neck muscle and lower back muscles exercises, deep breathing and walking . Have good diet and good stable mind with positive mind set such things do happen in post natal period and are not chronic and are manageable very easily with change in Life style .

Dear friend don't worry please sleep early and wake up early go for morning walk in fresh air and greenery do some breathing exercises like pranayam do some light exercise daily avoid direct air to face give rest to your brain by sitting calmly for 5 to 10 minutes 2 to 3 times a day take tab prothiaden 15 1 at nt tab dynapar 5 1 sos for headache keep your self relaxed take vicks inhalation thrice a day re consult me on lybrate after 5 days for further advice.

I am getting cuts around the corners of my mouth. What is the reason for it? Is it infectious? It comes frequently.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. CAUSES ? It is caused by infection with a yeast called Candida. Candida is often present in the mouth and if it spreads to the corners of the mouth it can cause angular cheilitis. ? It can also be caused by infection with the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus. This organism is present without causing problems in the nose of some people. If it spreads to the corners of the mouth it can cause angular cheilitis. The chance of getting angular cheilitis may increase: ? If you have some chronic bowel problems ? If you are low in iron, vitamin B12 or folic acid ? If you have a condition where you drool saliva at the corners of the mouth ? If you wear dentures that do not adequately support the corners of the mouth HOME REMEDY 1. Honey 2. Aloe Vera Gel 3. Lip Balms and Moisturizers 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Cocoa Butter 6. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

You are having premature ejaculation. It may be due to 1. Anxiety, depression 2. Fatigue, stress 3. Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 4. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco etc 5you can take the following measures a) avoid stress, anxiety, depression b) avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption c) go for regular exercise d) lead a healthy living style e) practice relaxation technique by deep breathing exercise (take deep full breath for 5 seconds, hold it for 3 seconds, exhale slowly for 5 seconds). Do it for 5 minutes without breaking the rhythm. It controls arousals and tension that lead to early ejaculation. F) use condom to reduce sensation g) take foods to increase testosterone like eggs /asparagus/dark chocolate/carrots/oats/ashwagandha/avocado/blue berries/ banana/walnut/cereals/onion/garlic/almonds/bean/ mushroom h) consult sex therapist/sexologist for advice.

Sleep all times means you are not active. It is called laziness. Because of laziness you are unable to concentrate on studies. It leads to remember problems. Walking and running helpful to you. Sleep properly at that time. Remaining time you should be active. Make friendship with who are top in studies. Discuss with them always study aspects. Take the steps what they are following. Plan good plan of studies. Solve slowly. Study systematically. Make active all the time. Take light food. Take two time or three time bath. Read very well. When free time remember the old lessons. Discuss with your teachers. Wish them all time in a good manner. Better to practice yoga and meditation all the best.

The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex.
