Dentist,
You can get orthodontic treatment to get them aligned properly. If you don't have time or are uncomfortable wearing braces then you may even go for crowns/ veneers with or without root canal depending on the severity of the problem.

Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of OSMF .Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw. Hi doctor I have a problem that during sleep my saliva get accumulated in my mouth. It means at wakeup my buccal cavity is full of saliva what should I do? Is it is a problem. How can I get rid of it?

BDS, Master of Hospital Administration

You can ask your dentist or physician for some anti salivation drugs. Or you can go for bananas with milk in the night. Be sure to have constipation if you try to stop the salivation by medicine. You may also feel dry mouth.

Dear Doctor, My mother, aged 50 years is experiencing tooth ache sporadically. Up on consultation, we realized that the lower wisdom tooth grew inclined and impacting the adjacent tooth. It even started causing infection a little in the gums surrounding that tooth. Do you recommend tooth extraction surgery? If yes, will there be any complications post surgery?(she is diagnosed with diabetes a few weeks ago) Where to get the surgery done and what prerequisite care need to be taken to ensure no complications afterwards.

Dear lybrate-user, if the impacted tooth has affected the adjacent teeth and gums, its essential to get rid of it to avoid long term infections to which diabetics are already prone. So go ahead with the treatment. A good oral surgeon would handle the case gently and there won't be any dire complications except for some moderate swelling due to anesthesia and some post-op pain for which you would be prescribed pain killers and antibiotics. Because she is not a diabetic since a very long time so it won't be a problem. Take your medications properly, follow the dentist's instructions and get it extracted.

Hello, from the above description it seems that the gums are weak due to deposits between your teeth. So get a cleaning done from the dentist to keep the gums healthy. Also, get a full mouth x-ray done to check the bone support. If it is less, you need to go for splinting. Ask your dentist for it.
