Hi, I want to know that how I can recognise that I am into depression because most of the time I feel under confident, and short breathing, not able to make any decisions for my life and I am totally lost in to my thoughts.

Hi, I want to know that how I can recognise that I am into depression because most of the time I feel under confident...
The word depressed is a common everyday word. People might say "I'm depressed" when in fact they mean "I'm fed up because I've had a row, or failed an exam, or lost my job", etc. These ups and downs of life are common and normal. Most people recover quite quickly. With true depression, you have a low mood and other symptoms each day for at least two weeks Core (key) symptoms:- 1. Persistent sadness or low mood. This may be with or without weepiness. 2. Marked loss of interest or pleasure in activities, even for activities that you normally enjoy. Other common symptoms:- Disturbed sleep compared with your usual pattern. This may be difficulty in getting off to sleep, or waking early and being unable to get back to sleep. Sometimes it is sleeping too much. Change in appetite. This is often a poor appetite and weight loss. Sometimes the reverse happens with comfort eating and weight gain. Tiredness (fatigue) or loss of energy. Agitation or slowing of movements. Poor concentration or indecisiveness. For example, you may find it difficult to read, work, etc. Even simple tasks can seem difficult. Feelings of worthlessness, or excessive or inappropriate guilt. Recurrent thoughts of death. This is not usually a fear of death, more a preoccupation with death and dying. For some people despairing thoughts such as "life's not worth living" or "I don't care if I don't wake up" are common. Sometimes these thoughts progress into thoughts and even plans for suicide

How Diabetic Patients Can Manage Erectile Dysfunction?

How Diabetic Patients Can Manage Erectile Dysfunction?

It is normal to be disinterested in engaging in sexual activity from time to time owing to the variation in libido levels in the body of an individual. However, disinterest in sex can be a cause of concern if it goes on for a long period. This could be due to stress or an underlying health condition.

Inactive sex drive can be frustrating for both the partners and can play a havoc in your married life if not attended to the early stages. Though it is a common occurrence in people as they age but this condition has now become very prominent in people of a much younger age. Let us look at some of the causes and the possible solutions.

The causes of low libido/sex drive:
Sex drive is something that starts from your brain and leads to the other organs. It is a sync of your organs that results in a climax. Like most human traits sexual drive also varies from person to person. Most of the men have a normal sex urge while some of them are hyperactive. They get addicted to it and could never get enough of it and some of the men do have low sexual urges. The biggest reasons for low libido levels could be stress followed by medical conditions. Apart from it, the family surroundings and the environment can all play a role in the sex drive. In some rare cases, the loss of libido can be a genuine case of low testosterone levels.

Stress can play havoc with such symptoms and since your brain is pressured it may not work in sync with your reproductive organs. The other factors can include medical conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Hormones too play an important role in the sex drive and the lower hormone levels can lead to a low sex drive. It often comes with age and as a person ages his urges start to diminish and he may be unable to perform and satisfy.

Treatment:
Every cause of low sexual desire has its own treatment plan. Most of the cases also involve psychology counseling as a part of its treatment plans. Sex therapy may be imparted to men who lack in the techniques and the strategies for getting their composure back. In case if it has been identified that the lack of libido is due to purely low testosterone, the people can try out testosterone shots for increasing their libido. However, these shots should be taken only under the care of a medical supervisor and not privately as it can lead to many complications. Men can even opt for psychological counseling sessions if their problems are identified on a much more personal level. Their family related issues and their compatibility with their partners can be brought under discussion and treatment plans can be charted out based on it.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Masturbation is essential in order to ensure normal functioning of the body. While masturbation in the case of men can tag along several benefits including respite from excessive stress, masturbating too much can pose a threat to the normal functioning of the body. It sometimes becomes confusing to determine what level of masturbation is dangerous. To answer the popular question of "how much masturbation, or masturbating how many times a day is fine" medical scientists are of the opinion that men shouldn't masturbate more than three or four times in a week. Over masturbation can lead to several complications, driving the body to act in a particular fashion. In this article, we look at the harmful effects of masturbation in general. The focus is basically on over masturbation -- the ill effects of masturbating too much. Let us take a look at the various side effects of masturbating too much. The effects of over masturbation can be determined quite starkly, with the body undergoing both physical and mental changes. Masturbating too much leads to hormonal changes in the body. The effects of hormonal changes depends on the extent to which one indulges in over masturbation. Here are 11 harmful effects of masturbation in men. Read on to understand. This isn't exactly among the harmful effects of masturbation but can be classified as a prominent effect owing to its palpability. If you've realized, masturbation uses up a lot of your energy. Besides, in men, increased weakness is a result of over masturbation Addiction to masturbation can result in scores of biological changes in the body. Men who masturbate too much and are addicted to the act of pleasuring themselves are no less than drug addicts- this, according to a recent medical study published by a leading medical journal. Erectile Dysfunction is among the most prominent side effects of masturbating too much. Men who indulge in over masturbation have an increased risk of suffering from erectile dysfunction. Neurological problems are closely related to excessive masturbation in men. Over masturbation is associated with several severe neurological problems in older men. Excessive masturbation is linked with premature ejaculation. Men who masturbate too much find it extremely hard to control the release of sperm. Over stimulation of the penal nerve is largely responsible for premature ejaculation. This point is linked to the previously mentioned point that makes reference to premature ejaculation. Too much masturbation can seriously affect your sex life, for it dampens the pleasure substantially. Masturbating too much makes you feel drowsy very frequently. This is because of excess dopamine that is released in the brain Excessive masturbation causes hair loss in men. So, if you masturbate more than 6-7 times a week and see yourself losing hair, well, you shouldn't be surprised. Because of the release of excessive dopamine in the brain, over masturbation causes memory loss. Over time, the effects on memory will be more pronounced. Men who masturbate too much will soon realize a decreased interest in sex. Masturbation affects testosterone levels in the body. Men who masturbate more than six to seven times a week tend to age faster, a new study says. This is mainly linked to a drop in testosterone levels.

I have read your concern about pores on your face. There are various reasons that can cause pores to appear larger: oil, dirt, and skin cells can clog them and expand their diameter (and once the clutter has oxidized and darkened, create blackheads); and while they're generally most noticeable on congestion-prone oily skin, they can also flatten out and look bigger If you have oily skin, you are more likely to have pronounced pores. Overactive sebaceous glands (or simply, oil glands) cause oil to constantly pass through the pores, and in some cases, clog them. This may lead to skin's loss of elasticity, which result in enlarged-looking pores. You can apply coconut oil to make skin regularly/ evenly oily instead of the irregular/uneven oiliness which damages look and gets clogged The unproven myth is that pores open and close. While the truth is despite what people believe is that you cannot steam your pores open. 'Pores do not have muscles around their opening to allow them to open and close,' However, steaming the skin can help loosen up underlying debris, making blackheads easier to extract. Homemade sugar scrubs can be of great help in reducing large pores as they exfoliate the skin and remove excess oil and impurities. Mix two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Gently rub it on your skin for 20 to 30 seconds, and then wash it off with cool water. 1. Method-2 Prepare a scrub by combining grounded almonds powder and orange peel powder. Apply it on your face rubbing in a circular motion. It's the best cure for opened skin pores. 2. Mash a banana. Add two teaspoons of sweet almond oil to it. Apply it. Rinse off after 20 minutes.

Dear friend, always keep your eyes guarded by glasses while driving. Use plain cold water to splash on your eyes multiple times in a day and avoid rubbing your eyes.
