Mr. Lybrate-user, to keep away from any addiction is very simple. You need very high moral for dat along with some motivation by any one or more your loved person - may be your mother, sister, father, brother etc. Meditation also helps. But most important thing is your mind nd determination. If you determine it strongly you can easily keep it away. Distraction is another way:- means you can engage your mind in some other productive thing you like. All the best, just do it. Before you say I can not, say I will try and then give it your best.

Move your eyes -- this shifts the fluid around. Look up and down, that usually works better than side to side. If you have so many that they block your vision, your eye doctor may suggest surgery called a vitrectomy. He'll remove the vitreous and replace it with a salt solution.

Hello I am 28 years my weight is 48 kg. I am computer operator. My diet is overall right. My body is also active. But I am so thin. I am not going to latrine regular basis. After 1 or 2 days I relief better after discharge my latrine. I am facing same issue more than 5 to 6 years. Is it any big issue or What can I do for my body.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water per day. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help. A good diet and exercise routine should help your constipation issues. If the issues don't solve you might need a diet intervention for which we may have to go for a personalised diet plan.

Please get eye tested and wear specs if power is affected. Do exercises for eyes left right and rotational far look and near look. Take carrot juice.

Eye sight generally gets stabilized by the age of 20-21. In case it keeps increasing rapidly, try rgp lenses.

Hi lybrate-user, to have to take all leafy vegetables and fruits to maintain your eyesight. Add amla to your daily diet carrot juice, beetroot juice, pomegranate juice should be taken you can do trataka, pranayama and eye treatment like tharpanam to regain your eye sight. Avoid watching tv from nearby. Do not give more stress to eyes drink 2 ltrs of water daily have a sound sleep of 6-8 hrs daily avoid morning sleep.

Whenever you stood up from my bed or anything else after 5 second I can't see any thing everything is black for some seconds and I feel detour what's the reason? And what should I do?

It is mostly positional hypotension. You should continuously monitor your blood pressure. And when you wake up then first sit up in the bed. Stay there for few seconds. And then gradually stand up. If you still feel the episodes frequently then consult a cardiologist once.
