It looks like she is pining for him after the break up. You could help her analyze why they had this fallout? If it her fault, then she needs to apologize and see if he is amenable. If not she may have done something quite unforgivable. In any relationship there must be love, respect, commitment, honesty, trust, and freedom in the romantic scene. Now whatever went wrong and if it cannot be helped, then she has to leave all this far behind. Good friends, like you, can make a huge difference by distracting her, making her feel worthy, lovable and above all to not become too negative. If you see that she has serious problems about the break up please take her to a counselor and make sure that she follows that person’s advice. Help her remove all associations of his: gifts, notes, letters, cards, emails, and any reminders to get him out of her system, not mind. Help her keep the good memories but don’t indulge in them. Get back to her old pals and revive those contacts. Normally when we get a boy friend, we drop all our friends and live exclusively with him. This is not a good thing to do, generally. So do help her to get back with them and get into good social circles. They will help her get over him. Do not let her talk ill or malign her ex to his friends or to him, whatever was the reason. That is unfortunately a very bad habit many of us have – we must still respect his reputation and treat him with dignity. Since this break up is so serious for her, do meet up with a counselor and talk about her feelings, openly. This is not the end of the world and he is not the only boy in life. She will find another but teach her not to repeat the mistakes that led to the breakup. This time she needs to choose wisely and behave like a true lady. You must help her do that and improve her self-belief.

Because of your age you may have hormonal imbalances which may impact your memory because of the chemical but also the distractions that come with it. But you may work on the following even if the hormones kick in: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling.

I am 45 year old woman married. I am having relationship with 32 year person. He is also married with 1 year son. He is very much possessive. Of me. Hi, on reading your problem it appears that the person about whom you have talked is suffering from delusion of infidelity. In this, person who is suffering from this remains involved in such activity. The best way to get help is to get help from a psychiatrist. However it is very difficult to treat this but still many cases improved significantly specially in cases in which person suffering from this used to take alcohol.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Kindly get a usg abdomen done and revert.

Premature ejaculation is a condition that causes a lot of stress, especially as you age. In order to know more, you should understand premature ejaculation well. It is a condition wherein one ejaculates before or immediately after sexual penetration, with little or no sexual stimulation. This leads to poor sexual performance and anxiety issues.

Causes:

There is no specific cause for premature ejaculation. Regular issues such as sex with a new partner of having sex after a long time might trigger this condition. Factors such as anxiety, stress and guilt may also result in premature ejaculation. It may also be caused by medical issues such as an injury to the genitals or other hormonal problems.

In this article, the factor that will be focused on is anxiety that most often leads to premature ejaculation. Being anxious or nervous about one s sexual performance can result in this condition. Your mind may be preoccupied with whether your partner is enjoying the entire experience or about the proper functioning of the genitals. Both these factors bring about anxious thoughts and thus, may make one unable to control his ejaculation. One ultimately stops focusing on the entire experience and starts to overthink.

How to Control Anxiety Before and During Intercourse:

Go Again: If it happens the first time, then shoot again. Try another round and you may find that you are able to control your ejaculation better.

Be honest about it: Being honest about the entire situation will reduce anxiety about the performance. Your partner may be understanding and would process the situation better. Thus, with subsequent sexual encounters, you are sure to get better.

Take matters in your own hands: If the partner is aware of all the limitations, one can use other methods such as oral sex or other foreplay methods (read fingering and fisting) to satisfy her.
