Dear low back pain k liyyy you can do it perfectly…. 1, Lying on your stomach, prop yourself up on your forearms. Align your elbows directly under your shoulders. Press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Press your pubic bone forward. You will feel sensations in your lower back, but breathe through it. You are allowing blood flow int From all-fours, bring your right knee behind your right wrist with your lower leg at a diagonal toward your left hip. Square off your hips toward the ground. Bend forward. Widen the elbows and place one hand on top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Hold 2-3 minutes and then switch to the left side for 2-3 minutes. O the lower back for healing. Hold for 1-3 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend both knees with the feet flat on the ground. Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air, bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. Thread your right hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Hold 2-3 minutes and then repeat on the other side 3…Scoot your buttocks all the way into the wall and swing your feet up the wall. This pose is excellent for relaxing the muscles of the lower back and drains stagnant fluid from the feet and ankles. Do this pose after a challenging workout and always after traveling by plane. Hold for 5-10 minutes. I hope you will fit ands fine……

Hi, pain due to lifting weight is due to increased pressure on disc material nucleus pulposus (which is a gelly like substance). In normal condition there should be no pain as bone and muscles are strong to hold the hold of lifting, but when they are weak load transferred to disc.

I am 24 year old female, I have low back pain with multiple lumps in lower back (both sides of spine above hip bone )from the past 2 years. I have visited 2 orthopedic doctors ,after seeing LS spine x-ray doctor said there is no problem with my spinal discs and they advised me to change my seating position when I asked about the lumps they told it was a fatty lump but x-rays doesn't reveal those lumps. I am doing physiotherapy exercises to relief my pain. I am feeling a pain in my lower hip area and spine when I sit for long time and I can feel that those lumps are pressing my nerves and restricting me to bend or stretch. I am scared of those lumps. Kindly help me to have a complete relief from this problem.

No need to worry. These are lipomas (fat only) no medicine to prevent/ treat. If creating problems due to pressure or increase in size suddenly requires immediate surgery. As far as low back pain is concerned - if not being treated with any medicine/ therapy - it can be easily treated with powerful combination of techniques like craniosacral balancing n quantum touch which work both on physical and mental levels by balancing 3rd rhythm, autonomic nervous system, musculoskeletal system of body by releasing suppressed emotions & its effects. Demo session of 15 to 20 minutes is given for introduction techniques distantly. You can contact us on Lybrate. More details about the treatment of incurable diseases & how the mind can be made super mind on website/ Lybrate profile/personal statement column.

Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time.
