Overall sex stamina improves by healthy lifestyle. Regular sleep,exercise and meal are the foremost things. In diet cow milk, cow butter and garlic are proven sexual tonic. I work in a mnc company so basically we have to sit and work continously sometimes. Is there any effect to our health if we sit and work prolong. I have developed belly by this work. I don't do some exercises because of heptic schedule. Is there any way to decrease my belly and gastric problems.

You can check by dieting only. Take less food many times and drink maximum water as you can. And follow some normal freehand exercise daily basis when you wake up in the morning.

I am diabetic since 18 years. Taking medication, Amaryl 2 mg, Metformin 500 or 850 and now Janumet tablets 50/500. HbA1c report on 14 Jan shows 7.3. Somettime sugar level goes to 170 fasting and 250 PP. Sometime it comes down to 90 and even 70 also. So far not on insulin. Please give some suggestions to control this. Exercise is less. Thanks in anticipation !

Eat food with less carbohydrates and learn to count carbohydrates in grams in your food ask your primary physician how much carbs u can have in a day according to your BMI

Dear lybrate user, It's not necessary to take 100 grams protein. Any how if you want to take , you can take it by taking 100 grams cheese daily and boiled eggs four to five daily.

2. Load Up on H2O
Drink at least 8 more cups of water throughout the day, preferably with lemon juice added to each. Lemon juice breaks down acid waste in your body and restores your blood and tissues to slightly alkaline levels.

3. Breathe Deeply

Please quit smoking. Smoking is more dangerous then we think. Please see doctor to examine you and do some test. Smoking can also cause sexual problems. There are some nicotine chewing gums available in market to help you with quitting smoking. Take care.

Cleanliness does not prove a person does not have HIV. You should have never taken off the condoms. The escorts are periodically tested for HIV, but during the window period they can have the virus, but may show negative results. Some escorts who are HIV +, deliberately can carry a duplicate card to fool unsuspecting customers. When was the exposure? Check for HIV antibodies 3 months after the last encounter, if negative do not worry. If you want to test early there are tests which can show the HIV antigens around 2 weeks from exposure.
