Hi before washing hair, apply coconut oil and gently massage. You can do this previous night. Don't use antidandruff shampoo at all. Use mild shampoo and conditioner. Tab scalptone (sbl 4tabs to be chewed thrice a day for 1mth phos acd 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days and revert back for further treatment.

This secretion of penis head. Known as smegma. Clean it daily with normal water. Otherwise concretions will be formed.

I am 22 years old and once had small pain in chest and fast heartbeat that usually passes away in few seconds. My B. P is 130/80 And probably on those days I suffered from eosinophilia. Mental stress will be mostly the reason for disturbances. Earlier your life style was good, but now, your profile changed the pattren. Try to maintain 6-7 hrs sleep anyway in n8. If still you feel dull, take a nap after lunch, if possible try to follow pranyama, yoga, any breathing exercises (will b taught in art of living, isha foundation etc) will relieve your mind from stress&keep quite. But do not take any allopathic medications. For that purpose.

Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water.. Consume more of dairy proteins, including milk, lassi (buttermilk), and panir (fresh cheese made of milk Eat soaked almonds or soaked walnuts (you can grind them and add them to your vegetables). Sweet, juicy fruits such as mangoes, peaches, plums, and pears are recommended. Avoid high-fat foods and foods containing preservatives. Refined carbs, such as white bread, pasta and rice, should be limited. Smoking, eating a lot of meat, or drinking alcohol is not recommended.

Respected Doctors:- Question for my daughter:-14 Year old girl (Height 156 cm Weight 46Kg). Every day morning, she is getting sneezing continuously for around 8-10 times within 15 minutes. Also one of the eye gets reddish. When we asked our local doctor, doctor told both sneezing and eye reddishness are only due to an allergy. Doctor told to put a eye drop OLOPAT OD and another eye drop HICool (one after the other after 10 minutes) for one month for curing the redness. For the sneezing trouble, doctor prescribed a tablet Mont air for 10 days. We have put eye drops for 1 month and she has taken the tablet Mont air for 10 days. But still she is getting eye reddishness, even after one month now. Sometimes the reddishness disappear without any medicine, after few hours. Since this issue is continuing, I would like to know (1) What would be possible cause for this issue. (2) Do we need to really worry and take care about this immediately? What is the name for this kind of allergy?(3) Could you please kindly let me know any eye tests to be taken to identify the real issue. Thanks a lot for your kind suggestion/help.

Your daughter is suffering from allergy. Allergy may be due to change in weather, dust, pollution, etc. Best solution is use some kind of oil drops in her nose daily. One drop both nostrils. This remedy will help only after 1mth. Meanwhile ask her to take four black pepper pills with 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey twice a day.

Hello, tamoxifen eventhough well tolerated, can cause many side effects. One of those is difficulty in getting sleep. So it is possible that her sleep disturbance is due that drug. One way to over come this is to exercise regularly for about an hour, brisk walking can be a good option. Because of regular exercise body will need better rest and sleep may be induced faster. She should also learn ways to relax through positive suggestions which can also help in inducing sleep. Soothing music like classical (hindustani) santur or basuri can also help. Thanks.

Try few home remedies for heel pain rest - avoid running or standing for long periods, or walking on hard surfaces. Avoid activities that may stress the heels. Ice - place an ice-pack on the affected area for about 15 minutes. Do not place bare ice directly onto skin. Footwear - proper-fitting shoes that provide good support are crucial. Athletes should be particularly fussy about the shoes they use when practicing or competing - sports shoes need to be replaced at specific intervals (ask your trainer). Foot supports - wedges and heel cups can help relieve symptoms. If these doesn't help please see a physiotherapist who can teach you exercises which stretch the plantar fascia and achilles tendon, as well as strengthening the lower leg muscles, resulting in better stabilization of the ankle and heel. You may also be taught how to apply athletic taping, which gives the bottom of the foot better support. Prevention of heel pain involves reducing the stress on that part of the body. Tips include: barefeet - when on hard ground make sure you are wearing shoes. Bodyweight - if you are overweight there is more stress on the heels when you walk or run. Try to lose weight. Footwear - footwear that has material which can absorb some of the stress placed on the heel may help protect it. Examples include heel pads. Make sure your shoes fit properly and do not have worn down heels or soles. If you notice a link between a particular pair of shoes and heel pain, stop wearing them. Rest - if you are especially susceptible to heel pain, try to spend more time resting and less time on your feet. It is best to discuss this point with a specialized health care professional. Follow advises given below 1. Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered trainer) 3. You can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4. Maintain proper posture of body while watching tv/ studying get cervical x ray ap and lateral done and review with reports.

Hi, Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed because they don’ t have proper knowledge about the size of their organs. It is important to know that size of penis doesn’t matters unless it is too small to perform sexual intercourse. Sperm count/ volume, penis size (if it does not hinder sexual intercourse), scrotum size, duration of ejaculation has nothing to do with sexual life and stamina. Heart-healthy behavior is penis-healthy behavior. You should quit smoking, eat more low-cholesterol foods, and get plenty of regular cardio exercise—particularly squats, hip thrusts, and leg lifts—to send blood rushing to the pelvic and gluteal area. In case if it is really small to perform intercourse, PLEASE do not waste your time and money with quacks/ new paper adds/ various miracle pills. Consult some doctor preferably urologist/ endocrinologist to seek help.
