Ginger Moxa

Ginger moxa is a therapy used in Chinese medicine to treat impotence that marries the properties of ginger with practice of moxibustion, a technique that involves burning selected herbs at various acupuncture points along the body. Usually, the herb of choice is mugwort, the leaves of which are rolled into a "moxa stick" much like a cigar. With ginger moxa, a thick slice of ginger becomes the insulation between the moxa stick and the skin. The ginger is pierced with a few small holes into which the moxa sticks are placed, and the sticks are allowed to burn down just far enough to produce perspiration and redness on the skin. The procedure is typically repeated several times in succession.

Many ancient civilizations have used garlic to increase and heal the sexuality. I have personally tried garlic and can vouch for its powers. It is not only good for vitality and little jhony it is also great for your general health.

How to Use:

You can eat three to four garlic cloves daily for a if you are having difficulty getting an erection. You can cut that down to three times a week after a month. that is if you start feeling better down there. you can also use grated garlic in your meat to get the desired result but raw garlic cloves work much better. Your breath will be awful but I am sure your partner won’t complain after your performance in bed.

Fish is one of the great things for your heart and as the saying goes what is good for your heart is good for sex. We should add fish to our meals and have some sort of fish at least once a week. Salmon, mackerel, tuna and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. These are great to help elevate the dopamine levels in the brain which help trigger arousal. Studies further show that high levels of Omega-3 help a person be happier and more at ease, which in turn helps them with arousal and sex.

Fruits are a great way to give your body energy, they have also shown to increase the sperm motility in men. Our Industrial lifestyle and hectic schedules mean that our sperm is in constant attack. Add to them the bad habits of smoking and drinking and the motility of men takes a nosedive.  There are a number of studies that indicate this phenomenon as the quality of sperm and motility is decreasing in men every year.

Fruits packed with vitamin C seem to be the answer to the problem according to recent research conducted by the University of Texas. The study had a test group of men aged 20 to 35 all of them smokers with poor sperm quality. These men were divided into three groups, one of the group was given 200 mg vitamin C daily the other was given 1000 mg vitamin C daily and the third were given a placebo.  After a month the daily vitamin c takers significantly improved their sperm quality and the 1000 mg takers had the greatest change among the group.

In another study, infertile men who had vitamin C daily were able to impregnate their partner in 60 days or less. In some extraordinary case vitamin C restored fertility in as low as four days.

So when you are grocery shopping make sure to pick up to pick up fruits packed with vitamin C and make sure to add them to your daily diet. Another great fruit for Sex is the watermelon which is packed with phytonutrients lycopene, beta carotene and citrulline.  These are all great for your sexual health specially citrulline which relaxes the blood vessels. You can add cucumber to your lunch with your sandwich or just eat a bowl of green salads at night. It will do wonders to your health and you will start feeling the difference in a month or so.

Effects of Smoking on Sexual Health

Smoking, in general, has a negative effect on the human body. It can cause a host of disorders such as mouth cancer, blood pressure problems, and lung cancer. Smoking affects the sexual performance of both men and women.

Here are some effects that smoking has on sex :-

1. Impotence: Smoking can damage the blood vessels that lead to erectile dysfunction (a condition where the penis cannot sustain an erection).

2. Decrease in libido: Smoking can cause various physical problems such as stamina reduction and lack of desire for sex. An individual who smokes won't be able to give an optimal sexual performance and this can further lower satisfaction levels.

3. Erectile dysfunction: Smoking can cause problems related to the circulation of the blood in the body. It can narrow the arteries that supply blood and this is directly linked with erectile dysfunction.

4. Tissue damage: Smoking can damage the tissues inside the penis thus impairing your ability to have an erection during sexual intercourse.

5. Early onset of menopause: It can affect the estrogen (a sex hormone) levels in the female body; so, women who smoke tend to reach menopause early.

6. Reduction in penis size: It can reduce the penis size in men by damaging the blood vessels and the structure of the tissue around the penis. This is more common in younger men.

7. Reduction in stamina: Smoking can cause a reduction in the stamina, thus a person will not be able to perform well sexually. It can lead to fatigue and tiredness during sex.

The size of the male reproductive has always been a huge topic of discussion.  This discussion cannot have a conclusion as two school of thoughts exist, which have their own take on this debate. One set of women/homosexual men believe what matters more than the size, which takes both the length and the girth into consideration, is the technique of a man. The other set of people believe that the size is crucial for an enjoyable and satisfying experience of intercourse and an even better orgasm.

  • Some women believe that a longer penis is necessary as it hits the G-spot more easily in between strokes made during the intercourse. However, there is no concrete proof available for this as a lot of women have claimed that if a man is able to last longer and provides more clitoral stimulation, it is sufficient to attain an orgasm.
  • A set of women have also condemned the large size of the penis, which said that if a penis is above the average size, it actually hurts during intercourse as the average vagina is approximately 6 inches in size.
