This may be sign of urinary infection. Please get urine routine and culture sensitivity test done. Have plenty of water. Crannberry juice also helps.

Hi, There is no vaccine to prevent dengue fever except in homoeopathy. Take Eupatorium Perf. 200/ twice daily for 1 week as a preventive to all the family members. The best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes, particularly if you are living in or traveling to a tropical area. This involves protecting yourself and making efforts to keep the mosquito population down. To protect yourself: Stay away from heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks. When indoors, use air conditioning if available. Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets. If you have symptoms of dengue, speak to your doctor. To reduce the mosquito population, get rid of places where mosquitoes can breed. These include old tires, cans, or flower pots that collect rain. Regularly change the water in outdoor bird baths and pets' water dishes.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Looking at your height and weight it is clear that you have grade 1 obesity with a BMI of 32.95 kgs/M2 (normal <23 kgs/M2). It means you are carrying 25 kgs of excess weight. On top of this if you continue to eat fried food products and milk products, there will be further increase in weight. Obesity itself is a serious condition, plus it an lead to diabetes and high blood pressure and many other issues. There is no medicine which can help reduce your eating habit. It has to be done by you only. Plus you will have to exercise daily for at least 1 hour and reduce total food intake to bring the weight down. Also get your thyroid assay done, to check if you have hypothyroidism. Thanks.

Recheck your urine for pregnancy test. Missed period dosen't alwyz means your pregnant. It may happen due to hormonal imbalance. Thyroid,prolactin hormone etc. Wait until your next period if that also irregular or you miss consult with a gynaecologist.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment Take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitaminD (60000iu) once a week for six months and we can start with statin group of drug for high cholesterol levels and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water
