Just daily in morning do Yoga and Suryanamaskar for atleast 15-20 mins. And then if possible, go for walking. This will help you a lot. No need for any gym and all. Just our Indian traditional workouts are best for Indian. ;) And try to have warm water as much as possible. :) Take care. :)

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems including irregular menses are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Take 8-9 glass of water regular avoid spicy food and beverage take healthy diet. Sprouted beans and nuts. 30 min brisk walk from your hectic life is most important.

Hi lybrate-user, Increase in weight leads to inactivity and laziness .and it further adds to weight Take small steps towards health, start with avoiding fries, sweet and maida product and be active like walking or yoga for 20 to 30 minutes daily.

The problem is in fact that you are not eating. You need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Have an early dinner if possible. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least 3 times a week. Exercise can be anything that interests you. Maybe swimming jogging cricket football. This will ensure at least initial weight loss. Lastly. Be commited. Any thing that you do and then leave is not the right thing. Diet is something you don' t go on or off. It' s what you take for life to nourish your body. So stick to a sensible eating plan and exercise routine that you can maintain. Not some diet that is in fashion.

its very low chance to grow your height at the age of 20 yr if it will grow then very slowly I suggest you some natural remedies 1.flaxseed powder 1tsp with warm water after lunch and dinner 2.lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day
