WEIGHT 1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat. Negative energy balance & nutrient deficiency may lead to fatigue. You need to ensure that you are having a balanced diet. Crash dieting & excessive exercising can be very harmful. Have small frequent meals at regular intervals (2-3 hrs). Drink 3 litres water daily. Have enough good quality protein in all your meals- fish, chicken, egg, low fat dairy products (milk, curd, lassi, buttermilk, channa) nuts, oilseeds, soybean, sprouts, cereal-pulse combinations. Have plenty of whole fruits & vegetables daily. You may include coconut water (1 no) daily esp post workout. If you are gymming, you may have a whole fruit & buttermilk 45 minutes before gymming.

I want to loss my weight specially stomach, I am 46 year old, pure vegetarian, what I do for loss the weight.
Make flaxseed, drumstick leaves, curry leaves powder and sprinkle 30 gm daily on all the foods you consume throughout the day. Follow no oil, no carbohydrate diet twice weekly with only cabbage, onion, tomato, capsicum, salt and pepper soup, 6 bananas, 500 ml milk throughout the day. Do not consume outside foods, deep fries, roots and tubers, junk and street foods. Do not consume any carbohydrates after 8pm daily. Do not sit or lie down immediately after you eat. Make sure you maintain minimum 3 hours of gap between your meal and sleep time. Sprinkle wheat bran, wheat germ, on your foods you consume throughout the day. Physical activity is compulsory.

I eat 3 chapathis in the morning with a glass of tea, noon three chapathis with curry,and night a small quantity of rice with curry i do not eat anything else other than this still i do not loose weight, i do a lot of house work and even go to office.

To reduce weight following small meal pattern is very important. Instead of having 3 major meals break it up into 5-6 small meals. Mid morning: eat a fruit/veggies/soup/fiber biscuits/tender coconut water lunch: along with 3 chapathi and curry add a bowl of mix veg salad+ curd snack: sprouts chat/fruit bowl/lime juice/multigrain rusks/sandwich /fistful of nuts night: 8pm: try if you can switch on brown rice/veg curry +big bowl salad+buttermilk/milk

According to your height your ideal weight should be 66 kg. So you have to reduce 24 kg. Along with exercise you have to take care of your diet. Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.

I am 22 year old female. It's been around 5 years to my gall bladder removal surgery. I often face indigestion problem When I consume fried food. I am thinking about to lose weight by using fat burners like lipo 6. I will be taking care of my diet as well. Like not consuming caffeine and rich food. Since this product already has caffeine. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

If you have the determination then only you can loose weight, diet is the first and most important thing in case of loosing weight along with exercise or walking jogging, in the early morning take honey and lemon in warm water, the take gourd, bitter gourd, carrot ,tomato and make a juice and take it, after that take green tea without sugar, in breakfast take oatmeal, boiled egg, salad and fruit of your choice, at lunch take one bowl rice, lots of veggies, chicken or fish, curd, before taking meal take one cucumber, in the evening take sprouts, or soaked chic peas and pea nuts or legim or nuts like walnuts, roasted almonds, etc,take your dinner as early as possible in dinner take salad, chicken soup, one roti or chapati, lots of veggies ,after 30-45 mins go to bed, if you can follow this along with exercise or jogging you will loose weight for sure.

Hi salauddin - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Stop nonveg and fried, junk foods, veg and animal proteins, day sleeping, yogurts. Use liquid and soups of carrots and beetroots with ginger and haldi, moong daal, green vegetables and sprouts of black gramm and moong every day. Morning walk for one hour daily and yoga and exercise every day.

Do exercise daily in the morning and also walk for an hour. Take less cereals, more pulses, half kg of skimmed milk, more fruits and vegetables. Never take water in between meals. Drink water upto 3 or 4 lts. Everyday. Take dinner before 09: 00 pm and walk upto 1 mile.

Hello, your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.
