1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 1-2 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc.

Excessive masturbation around 5 to 6 times a day can get addictive and cause you loss of concentration in doing your regular activities and prevent you from doing your job and study. The appropriate masturbation frequency is 2 to 3 times a week and not more than once in a day. You can do other activities like listening to music, talking to friends and reading a book when you get masturbation thoughts. This will help you to control masturbation. There is no need to stop masturbation completely as it is a normal behavior when done within limits. Please do not worry.

Ejaculation is the extreme of sexual satisfaction where secretions (semen in men and some milky fluid in women) come from urethra.Masturbation is ejaculation by stimulating sex organs manually instead of a straight sex. Prolonged foreplay, avoiding anxiety,patience during sexual act, some exercise like squeezing and holding urination,diverting attention can delay the ejaculation.

Hi Well let me inform you stds is not a single entity, it is a constellation of many diseases. And every disease in it has different incubation period. Some remain latent for years and then produce symptoms as in case of hiv. So, doing test just after few days of unprotected sex and getting result is of no significance. There are couple of tests which you need to do to rule out stds and then we can plan accordingly for your problem of joint pain.

My mother has been getting ulcers very often in her mouth and those are paining below her mouth. She had consulted many doctors but their medicines did not gave a permanent cure for those ulcers. Please give me a reasonable answer for those ulcers. She is in depression too.
