Dear lybrate-user, hello, 2 months is quite a time to consult on net for remedy. Anyway. Use a hard mattress on bed, use commode and avoid stairs. Do hot fomentation and apply volitra gel 2-3 times a day and wear a ls belt. Take altraflam 1 after meals for a week or 10 days. If of no avail. Consult an ortho. In your vicinity. Take care.

You should meet with a counselor and explore the possibility of being depressed endogenously. You may not be aware of this depression and are showing some signs of that. This is too much of sleep for your age and cannot be considered normal. Please take your parents to meet with the counselor for some inputs from them about your past. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Hi, please take homeopathic medicine psorinum 1m 3 doses, lyco 30, silicea 30 5 drops in few luke water once a day and apply arnica hairoil, shampoo and report back after with feedback. Drink lots of water, eat high protein diet, and vitamin rich products, and manage stress if any.

Certainly hypo or hyperthyroidism can give rise to many skin problems including dryness, itching, etc. Proper anti thyroid medication along with topical creams and oral will help you depending upon the type of condition.

Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.

Hello, You should take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take Sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day . Revert me after 1 month.

Under Eating - 3 Reasons It Will Not Help You Lose Weight!

Many obese people and people who are concerned about their weight, try to follow a very low calorie diet. This is called as under eating as the essential amount of calories are not consumed. It has been proven that under eating does not really help you to lose weight, but in return causes malnutrition as the essential vitamins and minerals which the body requires are not obtained.

Here are 3 reasons why under eating won’t help you lose weight and causes several health complications in the body.

  1. Metabolism slows down along with side effects: When a person is under eating, very few calories are consumed by the body. This makes it difficult for the body to give you power for carrying out your daily activities and more effort is needed. This may slow down your rate of metabolism. You may feel irritable, sluggish and uncomfortable. Fatigue is also likely. In order to rectify this, you need to stop under eating. The body requires some amount of time to recover the normal metabolism functions.
  2. Loss of essential muscles and organs: The body requires glucose even though you are using ketone bodies. A sufficient amount of glucose in required by the body to keep you alive and insufficient glucose supply may lead to the functional breakdown of valuable muscles and organs within the body. This is a severe long-term problem, as the body does not distinguish between the essential tissues and non - essential tissues. This leads to the breakdown of major organs, which may cause serious health hazards.
  3. Increased risk of nutrient deficiencies: If you choose a very low-calorie diet and follow it strictly, you are likely to miss out several important food items. The variety of food intake will reduce and you will miss out on many essential nutrients. This can make you prone to several nutrient deficiencies. The type of deficiency depends on the food types you do not consume. Every person who under eats is not likely to have nutrient deficiencies. Anorexia is a type of deficiency disease, which occurs when a person starves for a long period of time or believes in crash dieting. Calcium, iron, zinc, vitamin D and vitamin B are common nutrients, the lack of which can cause health problems and deficiency diseases. Electrolyte imbalance and protein malnutrition may also be caused.

Under eating is certainly not a solution to losing weight. Under eating may cause several health complications, which may lead to poor health, instead of loss in weight. Under eating should be abstained from, and physical exercise should be carried out for losing weight efficiently. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

I'm working as sales officer in Tw loan department. Where I suppose to set in showroom where I has to approach customers to take bike for loan. I had to do back office work like filling loan application form and all agreements and get it ready and finally I have to go to branch for file disbursement I prefer going branch by walking hence it might cause me leg and back pain. And while going home I prefer bus I always stuck in traffic in sakinaka. Because of that my leg and back pain start paining more. Whn I reach home I became were dull I don't have any energy so how can I get energy and relief from leg and back pain please suggest me as soon as possible. Consider my age to I m just 23years old.

A) take 2 tsf of SHATAVARI KALP with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast…B) take 60 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey and 1-1 tablet of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA and MOUTIKYUKTA KAMDUDHA VATI at night before sleep…. C) take 10 gm of FENNEL SEEDS along with 10 gm jiggery after meals…D) eat 4-5 seeds of ALMONDS during meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…. Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day Get check eyes for refractive error complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis It may be due to stress This problem can be solved by Meditation you can go for regular Physical exercise consult privately

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.
