Dear Lybrate User, Proper diet and regular exercise will help you to lose weight. Do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga etc. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Use unrefined foods. Extra fish, lean meat etc will help to reduce extra body fat. Drink plenty of water specially before meals.

Hello lybrate-user, a lump in the underarm for a year needs to be evaluated. You need to undergo a mamography test which will determine the nature of the lump. Please do not ignore the lump. If at all it is a benign growth, it can be removed surgically.

To soften rough hair, use fenugreek seeds. Powder the seeds and add water to make a thick paste. For visible results, apply regularly on the scalp for a month at least. You can also apply warm oil with lime and egg on the scalp. Wrap head in a warm towel. Leave until it cools and wash thoroughly. Repeat twice a week to soften hair.

Hello, Mr. Lybrate-user, don't mind your girlfriend are not pregnant, some times any women period start +_ 2 day. Or some times hormonal imbalance or lack of hemoglobin, not coming proper period. Notes never pregnant any lady by touch, cudding and external sex. Or last 10 days of any menstrual cycle or new menstrual period before 10 days are fully safe conceive of baby.

Exercise. Nothing aids sleep at night like a good workout during the day. Try taking a dance or yoga class with a friend, watching your favorite TV show while on a stationary bike, or enjoying outdoor activities such as golf, or even yard work. Aim for 30 minutes or more of activity on most days—or three 10-minute sessions if that’s more convenient—but not too close to bedtime. Avoid naps. Napping during the day can make it more difficult to sleep at night. If you feel like you have to take a nap, limit it to 30 minutes before 3 p. M. Limit caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages at least eight hours before bed. While alcohol can make you feel sleepy, it interferes with the quality of your sleep, and nicotine is a stimulant. Avoid late meals. Try to avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods can take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and spicy or acidic foods can cause heartburn. Stick to a regular sleep schedule. Support your biological clock by going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, including weekends, even if you’re tired.

Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning.

Good to start now. Sprints, races, walks, stretching, sooryanamaskar, hanging exercises, deep breathing, meditation, high protein n iron rich food, greens, cow milk (of desi cow if you can arrange) and it's chhachh, ghee are must. Antioxidant and growth herb combos to be taken regularly. Combos must be of good raw material and properly processed. If factors like hereditary status do not inhibit, you will gain good ht. That's sure. Avoid otc products.

Excessive sweating could be due to 1. Anxiety, nervousness 2 obesity, diabetes, thyroid problem, tuberculosis, gout, head injury 3. Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs (pregnancy, menopause) 4. Investigate yourself to rule out these diseases 5. Avoid anxiety, nervousness, tea/coffee, alcohol, spicy food, chocolate etc 6. Try some anti antiperspirant lotion or roll on.

Hold your breath, then try and push the air in your mouth down your throat, then push the bubbling air knot back out of your throat, resulting in a burp. Medication is usually not required.

Ms. Lybrate-user as you asked about your problems related to menstruation period that is irregular periods. I would like to advise you that irregular periods are only due to harmonic imbalances and metabolic status as well as irregular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as using hot spiced and sour products e. G. Pickles etc and junk food. I would like to suggest you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise, yoga and morning walk every day. You may use protein rich nourishment diets and soups of carrots and beetroots as well as green vegetables and sprouts of black gramm and moong every day. Fresh fruits and fruits juices every day. Warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. Avoid you should avoid oily or junk food, dahi, sour products e. G. Pickles etc. Night awakening, and fasting. You may follow some regular ayurveda medicines as written below. 1-arogyavardhini vati. 1 tab chandra prabha vati. 1 tab rajahprawartini vati. 1 tab laxamana loh. 1 tab twice daily with warm water after meals. 2- laxamanarist. 25ml. Kumaryasav. 25ml twice daily with water after meals. Use the above prescribed medicines for 3-6 months regular.

Narrow disc space (pid) on mri does not necessasarily mean operation. Most of them can be managed without operation. This is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Minimum eight hours sound sleep. That makes 16 hours for all other things. You certainly can mange your time properly avoiding lot of unnecessary time wastage making sleep as essential activity more when you have to memorize.
