Hi, take arsenic alb. 30, 5 drops thrice a day. Alpha cf 2 tabs, thrice a day. B. C. No. 06, 4 tabs every 4 hourly. Take alpha wd, 20 drops with water once daily. Drink warm water at short intervals.

Lots of people complained of weakness from masturbation and wants some medicines, if one feels sexual weakness (erection problem, low desire, etc) from masturbation then it could be psychological, low testosterone level, and poor nutrition so people should not feel guilty regarding masturbation, should check their testosterone level and get treated, and improve nutrition status. There are some homeopathic medicines, which if given according to over all symptoms of patient can improve the weakness apparently caused by masturbation and help regain lost vigour. Masturbation if done excessively and poor food intake can lead to sexual problems/erectile dysfunction.

Equal balance on both legs during standing time apply ice pack and pain relief ointment on the swelling area. Avoid standing and walking do strength exercise if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment must.

You can overcome by practising meditaion and yoga .Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

Dear lybrate user. 1) do yogasan regularly (pacchimottasan, halasan, sarvangasan, pavanmuktasan, bhujangasan) upto 15-30 minutes. 2) walk upto 4-5 kilometers daily. 3) do exercises like running, jogging, swimming, aerobics, cycling. Do all these things for 30 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user, you have undergone some treatment in the past! your skin may be photosensitive. You should avoid sun exposure. Still you may use a sunscreen with spf 30. Few treatments can help you. Face wash addressing your skin texture and some medications can offer relief.

Dear Lybrate user. Please don’t panic. You must understand erectile dysfunction. There is nothing called erectile dysfunction while having masturbation. Loosing erection in the initial stages of sex or not having erection at all or having late erection or lack of sexual desire are called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or psychological condition. It can cause stress, relationship strain, and low self-confidence. The main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. If treatment of the underlying conditions doesn't help, medications and assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed. Yoga, meditation and diet could be prescribed once we know the basic reasons for it. Two natural treatments for ED that have shown promise are red ginseng and pomegranate juice. Ginseng is thought to increase nitric oxide production, leading to improved blood flow. Pomegranate juice is a potent antioxidant and can help too. Psychological reasons usually get cleared with sex therapy. I suggest online sex therapy. Take care.
