Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. \nAvoid bending in front. \nPostural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

Hello Doctor My age is 32 I have cervical spondylitis I had done a ct scan which detected cervical in the mnth of June. Now from past 15 days I am having daily pain in my back neck. My Dr. has recently given me tablet lubrijoint 1 daily for 60 days and Saso 500 for 10 days 1 daily. Are these tablets safe will they help me. I feel like doing a xray to recheck if the problem is same or has increased. Which xray is done for cervical spondylitis Pls let me know. Will these medicine help me.

You need to get good quality x-rays of shoulder with special views. Most likely the fracture would have united but the position may not be optimum leading to these symptoms. Also it depends on which part of your shoulder got fractured. If x-rays are ok then a course of physiotherapy with posture training may help. Also if you sit for long hours hunched in front of computer then that may be a cause for your current symptoms.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Dislocated shoulder after the shoulder bone is repositioned by orthopaedic doctor, you can start physiotherapy treatment to reduce pain and swelling. 1) ice your shoulder to reduce pain and swelling. Do it for 20-30 minutes every three to four hours, for 2 to 3 days or longer. 2) use a sling or shoulder immobilizer to prevent further injury. 3) take medicines as prescribed by doctor. 4) practice stretching and strengthening exercises as prescribed by physiotherapist.

Sir/Madam, I am often getting back pain (only in the early morning). After finishing morning activities, pain will go away. Secondly, I got bubbles and rashes on my skin. First instance bubbles will arise and immediately after bubbles will go away (till I use steroids) and rashes will come. This system is repeating. Are these symptoms of kidney failure. Sr one accident in 2012 year my right leg fractured. Surgery to my leg and fixed a plate in my leg, now i am alright but some body tells about that plate will be throne my leg. I am not interested putting plate in my body in future there is harm to my body, please suggest

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Dear sir when I was born my one leg palm was tilted after consulting the doctor they plaster my leg for 6 months which result was good but my one leg becomes thin compared to another one and there was a difference of length 1-2 inch in the infected leg. Sir please tell me can I overcome with this difference as now I have attain my age 18.

You probably had ctev. The discrepancy stays but if you want length equalization that can be done but if you want increase in girth that' s not possible as muscle will increase with exercise only.
