Good evening sir Am 29 years old guy and unmarried, Am feeling pain at lower back. Its no much, but when I sit at least 30 min am feeling discomfort at my lower back, In bend over position also, the same discomfort raises. While am in standing position or walk, I never feel any pain or discomfort at my lower back. Please suggest any solution for my problem thank you.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Use protective goggles while driving and use andreplus eyedrops twice or thrice a day. For back problem consult a bone specialist.

Correct Lifting Technique to Save Your Back - Whether at Office or Home

Throughout the lift you must attempt to retain the hollow in your low back

The lift should be applied by straightening the legs. Avoid using the back as a crane to lift the weight.

Correct lifting technique involves the following: 

• Stand close to the load; have a firm footing and a wide stance.

• Accentuate the lordosis.• Bend your knees to go down to the load and keep your backstraight.

• Get a secure grip and hold the load as close to you as possiible.

• Lean back to stay in balance and lift the load by straightening the knees.

• Take a steady lift; do not jerk.

• When upright, shift your feet to tum and avoid twisting the low back.

Lifting objects with your back rounded  has been found to raise the pressure in the discs to a much higher level than that existing when the weight is held with the body upright and the lordosis present. Just as back problems associated with bending seem to occur very frequently in the first four or five hours of the day, so it is with lifting; especially so if you are lifting repeatedly and frequently. If you use an in correct lifting technique while lifting heavier objects, you may cause damage and, of course, sudden severe pain.

In order to minimise the risks involved in lifting, you should always use the correct lifting technique

You should stand upright and bend backward five or six times immediately before and after lifting, especially when a Single heavy lift is involved. If there are many objects to be lifted, you should frequently interrupt the lifting and repeat the backward bending exercise. By standing upright and bending backward before lifting,you ensure that there is no distortion already present in the joints of the low back as you begin the lift. This is particularly important if you have been in a stooped position or have been sitting for a prolonged period immediately before you start lifting.

For example, many truck drivers after driving for prolonged periods are then called upon to remove heavy objects from the back of the truck. Removing heavy suitcases from the boot or trunk of the car immediately after a long ride is another example of this high-risk situation. By standing upright and bending backward a few times before and after lifting, you correct any distortion that may have developed in the joints as a result of lifting.If at present you are suffering a bout of low back pain, especially when this is caused by lifting, it is best to completely avoid lifting for a few weeks so that healing of damaged tissues may take place.Should this not be possible, then you must at all times use the correct lifting technique and avoid lifting objects that are awkward to handle and heavier than 30 pounds (15 kg).Once you have developed recurrent low back problems you should never again handle awkward or heavy objects by yourself,even though you may be completely pain free at the time of lifting.In addition, you should familiarise yourself with the correct lifting technique. After some practice at this, lifting correctly will become a habit.

घुटने के दर्द का आयुर्वेदिक इलाज - Ayurvedic Treatment Of Knee Pain!

घुटनों में दर्द होने से अक्सर कई लोगों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है. ये एक बहुत ही आम समस्या है. आमतौर पर यह समस्या ज़्यादातर बुजुर्गों और वयस्कों द्वारा महसूस की जाती है. जबकि महिलाएं, पुरुषों के मुकाबले अधिक घुटनों के दर्द से परेशानी होती है. घुटनों में दर्द, हड्डियों के किसी भी क्षेत्र में हो सकता है. जैसे फीमर, टिबिया और फिबुला, घुटने की ऊपरी हड्डी, पेटेला या फिर लिगामेंट और कार्टिलेज आदि. घुटने में दर्द सामान्य से गंभीर हो सकता है. इस लेख में हम आपको बताएंगे घुटने के दर्द का आयुर्वेदिक इलाज, जो इस प्रकार है.

सरसों का तेल
आयुर्वेद के अनुसार सरसों के गर्म तेल से मसाज करने से सूजन दूर होती है. रक्त संचरण में सुधार होता है जिससे दर्द दूर हो जाता है. इसके प्रयोग के लिए आपको सबसे पहले दो चम्मच सरसों का तेल लें और उसे थोड़ा गर्म कर लें. इसके बादज उसमें लहसुन की फांकों को डालें और तब तक गर्म करें, जब तक लहसुन भूरा न हो जाएं. अब तेल को छान लें और ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें. इसके गुनगुने हो जाने पर अपने घुटनों पर मसाज करें.

कोल्ड बैग का इस्तेमाल
घुटने में दर्द होने पर कोल्ड बैग का इस्तेमाल करें. इससे आपकी सूजन और दर्द में आराम होगा. साथ ही इससे रक्त की नसों का संकुचन होगा, जिससे इफेक्टेड जगह पर रक्त का प्रवाह कम होगा और सूजन भी दूर हो जाएगी. इसके बाद मुट्ठीभर बर्फ लें और उसे किसी तौलिये या कपडे में लपेटकर रख दें. इसके बाद 10 से 20 मिनट तक इफेक्टेड क्षेत्रों पर तौलिये या कपडे को लगाएं.

हल्दी का उपयोग
हल्दी में करक्यूमिन मौजूद होता है, जिसमें सूजनरोधी और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण होते हैं. ये गुण दर्द को कम करने में मदद करते हैं. हल्दी हीउमाटोइड आर्थराइटिस को कम करता है जो कि घुटने के दर्द का मुख्य कारण है. हल्दी का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए एक कप पानी में एक या आधा चम्मच अदरक और हल्दी को मिलाकर इसे दस मिनट के लिए इसे ही उबालें. अब इस मिश्रण को छानकर इसमें हल्दी को मिलाकर इसे पूरे दिन में दो बार ज़रूर पिएं.

नींबू का उपयोग
उम्र दराज़ लोगों में घुटने के दर्द का प्रभावी इलाज नींबू का उपयोग कर किया जा सकता है. इसके लिए सबसे पहले नींबू में सिट्रिक एसिड यूरिक एसिड क्रिस्टल मौजूद होता है. साथ ही यह एक द्रावक की तरह काम करता है, जो कुछ प्रकार के गठिया का कारण होता है. इसका इस्तेमाल करने के लिए एक या दो नींबू को छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें. जिसके बाद कॉटन के कपडे में इन टुकड़ों को बाँधकर तिल के तेल में डुबाएं और इस कपडे को इफेक्टेड जगह पर दस मिनट तक लगाकर रखें. इससे घुटने के दर्द में काफी आराम मिलता है.

नीलगिरि का तेल
इस तेल का ठंडा एहसास गठिया के दर्द में आराम पहुंचाता है. नीलगिरी के साथ पुदीने और जैटून के तेल की पांच से सात बूंद मिलाकर मिश्रण बनाए. याद रहें कि नीलगिरी के तेल में एनाल्जेसिक या कहे दर्द को दूर करने वाले गुण होते हैं, जो घुटनों के दर्द से निजात दिलाने में मदद करते हैं. इस मिश्रण को सूरज से दूर रखे और किसी डार्क जगह पर ढक कर रख दें.

सेंधा नमक
सेंधा नमक में मैग्नीशियम सल्फेट होता है, मैग्नीशियम प्राकृतिक तरीकों से मांसपेशियों को राहत दोने का काम करता है. इससे ऊतकों से अधिक तरल पदार्थों को निकालने में मदद मिलती है. इससे इलाज के लिए गर्म पानी के टब या बाल्टी में एक या आधा कप सेंधा नमक मिलाएं और 15 मिनट के लिए अपने पैरों को इस पानी में डालें लें. ह्रदय से सम्बंधित समस्या, हाई बीपी और शुगर वाले रोगियों को ऐसा करने से बचना चाहिए.

मेथी का बीज
मेथी के बीज में सूजन को रोकने के अलावा एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण होते हैं. यह घुटनों के दर्द से राहत दिलाने में मदद करते हैं. इसके अलावा मेथी के बीज प्राकृतिक रूप से गर्म होते हैं और उन लोगो के लिए बेहद लाभदायक होते हैं जिन्हे गठिया की वजह से घुटनों में दर्द होता है. इसके लिए रातभर एक चम्मच मेथी के बीज को भिगोकर रख दें. सुबह पानी को निकाल लें और उन बीजों को चबाएं. इस प्रक्रिया को पूरे दिन में एक या दो हफ्ते तक करें.

If you can post any reports of x ray of your knee it would be helpful to find out the exact cause for your pain. Meanwhile you can try applying" mahanarayan taila" or" murivenna taila" externally. A gentle massage everyday for 15 min to each knee would be helpful. Please discontinue use if in case pain aggravates or develops rash.
