Say some tips to be healthy .I am so much thin. How can I became healthy.and how can I gain weight.
Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. You can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too if you are non vegetarian. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don't cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd, paneer, cheese, at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. DIET CHART TO GAIN WEIGHT - Breakfast: • One, big glass of orange juice or banana shake • A bowl of oatmeal to which dried nuts like almonds, walnuts and raisins are added—using skimmed or low-fat milk and some sugar • 2-3 whole eggs, scrambled or boiled if non- vegetarian • 2-3 slices of multi-grain bread coated with a bit of butter Pre-Lunch/Mid-day Snack: A bowl of yogurt made from low-fat milk Or A few granola bars that are fortified with raisins and sesame seeds Or Whole fruits like apples or chiku or mango Lunch: • At least one form of animal meat like chicken or meat, i.e. One to two servings.(if non- vegetarian) • 4-5 rotis made from whole wheat or multi-grain flour, smeared slightly with ghee. • A big bowl of dal • A cup full of boiled rice • If eating meats is a problem, supplement it with cottage cheese made from tofu or low-fat milk Early Evening Snack: The better choice is a glass of low-fat milk to which an energy-inducing mix has been added. You can choose from a variety of malted mixtures. Try to add more of the malted mix rather than using synthetic sugar. You can use a few high-fiber biscuits or cookies to dip and munch upon. Dinner Options for Gaining Weight Dinner needs some planning since you need to end your day on a calorie high. You should combine at least one type of green vegetable along with a dal or a serving of chicken or fish with some gravy. It is better to have more of rice for dinner rather than rotis from the perspective of gaining weight. Ensure you ask the person cooking meals to use lentils with higher calorie content. This includes black grams and kidney beans. Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts, like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results. A jelly belly can be embarrassing, but more important it can also affect your health. A large belly is a sign of dangerous visceral fat, which can amass between the internal organs and cause hormonal imbalances. Visceral fat leads to insulin resistance, which in turn leads to Type 2 diabetes. It can also cause high cholesterol, contributing to cardiovascular disease. Losing stomach fat requires all-over fat loss, as there is no such thing as spot reduction. The fastest way to get rid of excess fat is with a combination of diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. Being that you want to lose your belly fast, reduce your daily caloric intake by at least 500 calories. When you eat meals, take a bite of food, place your fork down and fully chew and swallow before reaching for another bite. When choosing foods, do not eat anything that is high in fat, sodium and sugar. Keep your diet clean and high in nutrients by eating fruits, vegetables, lean meats, poultry, fish, whole grains and beans.

Delayed ejaculation is a troublesome problem for sexually active males. Though inability to relax perineal musculature remains the only possible etiology behind it, certain medications are also implicated in its causation. The medicine you are taking" rexipra" is an ssri which canalso delay ejaculation by retrograde ejaculation. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist for replacement of the said medicine with an alternative and add some anxiolytic as an add on. Also consider consulting a psychiatrist with your spouse for couple counselling and sex therapy.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, so decrease ur calories intake and increase ur calories consumption. So you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily 10. I'm suffering from ulcerative colitis. I was diagnosed in 2011 Nov. After doing colonoscopy my doctor told that it has affected my whole colon and suggested me methylprednisolone from 36 mg and decreasing it 4 mg every 5 days and stop it. And I used Azathioprine and mesacol for 4 years. After I started using these medicines I started feeling normal but used to have inflammation sometimes and with using ornidazole for 3 days I used to become normal. In Nov 2015 after doing colonoscopy again my doctor confirmed that it has cured very well and asked me to stop using Azathioprine and continue using mesacol. Now almost after 1 and half year again y symptoms for Ulcerative colitis came back and I had to consult doctor and again after doing sigmoidoscopy it is confirmed that ulcer has started again in my colon. Again I was suggested to methylprednisolone and Azathioprine. Currently I'm under medication. Now with my experience I figured out that over masturbation has caused ulcerative colitis to me. Actual in when I was 12 or 13 I got to know something that happened in my family and it disturbed me a lot and got me into masturbation and now it is causing so many health issues for me. As mentioned earlier I used to have increased inflammation sometimes under medication too, that used to happen when ever I had done masturbation. So, I have decided I won't do it again and by end of 2015 everything was fine it got cured well. Now recently in Feb 2017 I had masturbated twice and my ulcerative colitis came back. Until then I was fine without any problem. Now my question is only masturbating twice has got me again into worse ulcerative colitis, if I have sex then will it worsen my condition? I'm 24 and my parents are started searching matches for me and I'm very confused about what to do. If having sex increases ulcerative colitis then I don't want to get into it as this may lead to colon cancer and surgery all those things. I don't want to risk my health and life. Also my ovaries functioning has decreased. I think the reason for that is also excessive masturbation. Please suggest me something on this.

There is no connection between masturbation and ulcerative colitis. Ulcerative colitis is a life long disease which has relapsing remitting course. Stop worrying about masturbation. It has no connection with ulcerative colitis.

You have night fall problem from two years. I advise you to take be vegetarian. Take plenty of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take light dinner always and don't take milk and milk products at night. Follow this and be happy.
