Hello lybrate-user I can completely understand your concern. Pimples can be very frustrating at times. It is better to treat pimples at the right time or else they leave scars and marks. There are different types and grades of pimples. I need to see your skin to guide you properly. For that you will have to start a private chat. Meanwhile you can avoid scratching the pimples and also use a good gel based sunscreen of atleast 15 SPF to prevent further damage. Take care.

Please start exercising everyday so that your body gets (muscles and bones) good strength and stamina. Eat only healthy food and increase the calories slowly. It would be much better if you go for a routine check up with a doctor. Also get some basic tests to ensure all is well. Have fruits and vegetables everyday. They have good nutritional value along with fibre. You should also learn Yoga (with pranayam and meditation) because it can bring harmony between the mind and body. Have patience and let your body gain weight naturally.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Weakness can be due to many reasons such as hormonal imbalance, disturbed lipid profile, improper sleep, certain deficiencies in the body and many more, get your tsh, t3, t4 and lipid profile profile test done so to know the exact cause. Take proper sleep and drink lots of water and take balanced diet.

Madam only with oil hair falling will not be reduced you have to start medication along with that medicated oil.

The platelet-rich plasma is then injected intotarget areas. This plasma rich in platelets, stem cells, and growth factors is very useful for tissue regeneration and healing. The prp injections are followed by corona injectionsdesigned to enlarge the girth of the head of the penis.
If you’re unhappy with what you’ve got down below, you’re not alone – a lot of boys and men want to trump nature and increase the size of their penis.
A new research product injects platelet rich plasma (prp) into your penis to make it bigger.

Technique: First, your own blood is drawn, then the platelets are concentrated. This platelet-rich plasma is then re-injected into your penis. The treatment is supposed to stimulate regrowth of new tissues and after one or more injections, lead to a bigger penis. The injection will increase penis size as much as 10 to 20% in length and girth.

In theory, the idea makes sense: use the body’s own healing mechanisms, goosed to new levels, to rejuvenate your penis to be bigger and work better.

But there are a couple of problems with this theory.

Prp injections prompt healing, not growth. Platelets accelerate healing of an injury by increasing inflammation (swelling) and growth of microscopic blood vessels. Platelet-rich plasma is often injected at the site of an injury to accelerate the rebuilding of the damaged tissue and restore the area to its original condition. So, prp injections can be a helpful means to boost healing and tissue regeneration after orthopedic injuries, plastic surgery or for bad arthritis, but they’re not going to make those areas bigger or better than they were before the injury.

There are several studies on platelet-rich plasma injections in penises – and those are in rat penises, after their genital nerves had been crushed.

He has presented his research paper at several international sexology conferences, held at china, dacca, singapore, europe etc,

At singapore conference his paper was adjudged as the best research paper.

Risks: Though I am sure that some men will complain of pain, I am more worried that repeated injections might lead to scarred, disfigured penises. Plus there are some concerns about rare risks leading to life threatening blood-clotting problems.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Dear Lybrateuser, -The precautions are in respect of diet, exercise & stress -take a well balanced heart healthy diet, avoid fried & processed foods, salt, sugar, have more of fibre in diet ,more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains, whole wheat bread/chapatti, brown rice, corn, oats, beans, pulses, peas, sprouts, low fat dairy products, lean meats, sea food, skinless cicken, a handful of dry fruits, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, peanuts, seeds, flax, sesame, chia, pumpkin -do regular exercise, aerobic like walking, jogging for 30-40 min on maximum days, also include yoga, deep breathing & meditation for 10-15 min in the morning to reduce stress & keep fit -sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs in the night -have medication on time & regularly monitor BP, blood sugar & cholesterol levels, keep weight in check.

To stop hair fall change food habites. Avoid to. Oily end ghee prepretions, spacy, fast,junck foods. Take simpal veg food with green vegitabales, salad,do arobic excersices, yoga,walking will help. You use Maha Bhringraj taila morning end night with finger tips. Wash hair with keshraj powder two times in a week. Take 1calcium tablet or capsule after dinner with milk.

You are underweight. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Please check ur haemoglobin level,mostly it might b low,,if low start homoeopathic treatment it ll give u a proper cure n also keep proper check on ur diet n take lot of fluids...
