Hello Do not get dishearten as your hard work and abilities will take you to another field if not medical. Try looking for other options and can also try giving Neet exam next year with better preparation. Discuss with your family and friends and take guidance from then too. Also try consulting a clinical psychologist for better management of the symptoms.

Hi lybrate user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

How much exercise do people ...
Physical changes in the body happen as you grow after the age of 50 it's very important to get your health checkups done atleast every year memory loss osteoarthritis are not necessarily happening to everyone you can keep a medical check on it regularly and take preventive measures in time like exercises and oral supplements and it's very important to take care of your diet sleep is also individual body's requirement and not a fixed schedule for everybody.

Mr. lybrate-user, Long standing diabetes invariably causes ED. Particularly if there's persistent hyperglycemia. Therefore, primary need is strict glycemic control, with FBS around 100 mg, PP150 to 160 mg & HbA1c < 6.8℅ . However, damage caused is hardly repaired. Apart from achieving strict control, you may have to use certain drugs like PDE - Inhibitors for temporary relief. Thanks.
