I am actually not so strong as I don't get proper food since I am outside from home (in the government hostel) from 6th class till today as a second year engineering student so my parents always say me that you are not eating properly. But I think that I am not getting proper food so I don't have the mental strength that my age should have. Please suggest me proper idea about my problem and what are the possible reason and what way I can handle it like by eating fruits and many more. Please sir/madam tell me proper idea about this issue.

Mr. lybrate-user this is the problem of most of student they face this problem. I suggest you following measure toovercome this problem 1.Don't take stress and startremaining happy all the time you should devlop feelings that you are not ill because you are not ill. 2. Go for Morning walk daily. 3. Take 2 glass of luke warm water before going for walk daily. 4. Do Mild excercise with meditation for 30 minutes daily. 5. Take sprout in your breakfast daily oats one fruit like apple milk 200mi daily. 6.Avoid oily spicy junk food and processed food totally 7. Avoid dairy product except curd 8. Take plenty of green vegetables ,salad including cucumber ,carrot, boiled brokly, and fruits. 9 high protein diet like soyabeen products 10 whole wheat i.e. Wheat flour mixed eith Bran (Chokar) 11. Take plenty of water. Whole day 12. Follow thumb rule of early rise and early sleep. 13. Go for sleep after 1 hour of lunch. 14. Avoid excess of tea and coffe 15. NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHAL, NO TOBACCHO CHEWING. 15. AVOID COLD DRING ABSOUTLY.

Thinking when going to bed brings about a chain of thoughts and sleep gets disturbed try to relax before you go to bed and finish all your thoughts try counting your breathing and you will fall asleep.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Hi! There are no medicines or creams for neurofibromas. They need to be removed surgically or excised by laser.

Hi my age 23. I have kidney stones in left side. The size of the stone is 5mm and also I have pain in left testis in sometimes. testis pain is related to kidney stones are not. And previous 3 months I use homeopathy medicine. Recently I was joined a gym. My gym master suggest me take 3 boiled eggs per day. It is any harmful to take eggs to my body. Do not worry you can take, but in gym you do not lift heavy weight because you complaining testis pain, it may increase the pain after completing treatment you do other wise it may become complicated, first you check kidney stone size reduced or not.

There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. If your pain is occurring once in a year and not regular then such types of pain could be amoebic infection, worm infestation or premenstrual cramps. If pain is occurring frequently then get ultrasound abdomen done. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Please avoid spinach, tomatoes, milk n its products, calcium rich food. This will help reduce formation. Drinking lot of water is another tip one can do. But to get relief for long you can try homoeopathy. Thanks.

As here it was mentioned there is h/o c/ohypothyroid, that also causes constipation. But in general for daily regular free evacuation, you need to first set your biological alarm in that way, that you can maintain suffficient hrs of sleep&food properly. You need to follow spcfc timings for food intake. For breakfast, lunch& dinner. For easy stool, the dinner part shows more impact, thats why, its always suggestable to take light, bland diet& more fibre rich food, with more proteins. Like whole wheat. Pulkas, or jawar roties is good. Even in day also, you should take more raw veg salsds, fluids, water, solids also, like sprouts, dal, veg curries, fruits. You should avoid or lessen the intake of oily, junk, spicy, fast food, which will show impact defntly on next day evacuation. Taking minimum 3-4 litres. That to 1/2-1 litre in morning itself with empty stomach will give great results. Always keep in mind that early to bed, spcfc timings for food[not too late& not after 9 pm], maintaning of quality in food like rich fibre, more fluids, proteins is always good.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hi. Yes. There is permanent cure of asthma in homoeopathy! Asthma is thought to be caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Medication: Bronchitis/ Asthma can be treated with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for the time being. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take Bakson's Astha-Aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Hye, Thanks for the query. Supplements don't help in isolation. It has to be a part of a calorie dense diet. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.cold sponging Sos 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice
