6 Positions For Sex During Pregnancy

During pregnancy, your body is subjected to several physiological changes including increased hair fall, continuous indigestionheadaches, development of varicose veins, skin pigmentations and so on. The growing baby bump hinders free movement as well. Quality time with your husband or partner is helpful but is not the best way to relax you. During pregnancy many partners stop having sex due to body issues. Intercourse is extremely important to comfort an expecting mother. Going by a few sex positions cited below, partners can enjoy pregnancy without a speck of stress.

1. Spooning- In spooning a woman lies on one of her sides while the male partner lies behind her on his left or right side. Both partners should lie on the same side or if not they will end up turning their backs at each other. Penetration happens from behind. This position enables shallow penetration which is good for the baby.

2. Do it like a clip- In this case two bodies should align like a clip. The man lies on his back while the woman is on the top facing him. Her knees are folded next to him and she is in the shape of an arch. Her hands serve as support as they are firmly placed on the bed behind her arching back. There is ample space for the bump.

3. Perch on him- It is healthier to avoid pressure on the abdominal region when pregnant. Make your man sit on a stable surface; say a stool or a chair. Sit on his lap with your back against his chest. This way the woman can regulate the depth of penetration by moving backward and forward. She is on her toes and her abdomen faces no weight. 

4. Do it the Amazon way- The Amazon style of intercourse needs to be carried out on a chair or a stool. The male partner remains seated while the woman sits on his lap facing him with her legs across his sides. The baby bump is comfortably positioned between the partners and the lady takes charge by moving up and down. 

5. Doggy style- The doggy style keeps the expecting mother away from exertion. She crouches on her hands and legs while the male partner enters her body from behind. 

6. Living Room style- Let your rounded belly rest against the softness of the living room couch. Kneel on the couch to suit your feasibility while your partner penetrates you from behind. Taken ipill in 72 hours on 4 the February after non penetration sex. I got light bleeding on 12th February ,I missed my periods on 16th February. I took pregnancy test on 23 February ,25 feb ,3 march, 10th March and 20 March and 25th Marchall shown negative results. Today I got my periods but it is very light bleeding on first day. Why this change in my periods?

Get your ultrasound done to confirm intrauterine pregnancy and duration of pregnancy .then medical abortion pills can be taken, its better to consult a doctor before taking them.

Hi lybrate user, you have to modify lifestyle like exercising daily for 40minutes, Diet should be rich in protein, low in carbohydrates. Along with this continues thyroid medication. Once your thyroid levels are under control you will get regular periods.

gd afetrnoon. shravani if you have a BP of 140/110 at 16 weeks, you need a complete gyne evaluation and a set of investigations. there is no single drug , you should be under close supervision of a gynecologist, in a centre which can handle emergencies.wishing you luck

What Is Peak Bone Mass?

As a kid grows older, the calcium content in the bones increases. It reaches a peak in early adult age, around 25-28 years and then there is a gradual reduction of calcium from the bones at a slow pace during the rest of the life. The loss of calcium from bones accelerates after menopause in ladies. That means their bones loose calcium at a much faster rate and become weaker and weaker, leading to porous bones. That is called Osteoporosis. Weak bones fracture easily and affect the lifestyle in old age.

So, it is clear that the lower the peak bone mass one attains, the higher are the chances of developing osteoporosis and fractures in old age. That is why it is important to try and reach a higher peak bone mass during growing years of your life. 

That can be achieved by calcium and vitamin D rich diet, adequate exposure to sunlight and regular exercises. Ladies after their menopause should check their bone density by DEXA scan atleast once in two years. Discuss with your doctor the risks of developing osteoporosis and fractures, and prevention tips.

1. Heart diseases:

Mix the juice of ripe bael fruit with some ghee. Include this mixture in your daily diet to prevent heart-related diseases like heart strokes and attacks. This can reduce blood glucose levels by nearly 54%.

2. Gastroprotection properties:

Being flexible is not always about doing splits or doing some random bending. It is about achieving a level of mobility that will not hold you back from doing whatever you are able to do. Most people think that stretching or flexing your muscles and body as the first method to defend you from pain. But if stretching and flexing can be done correctly, it can lengthen one's muscles and give one relief from pains and aches. Stretching is also done to increase the functional range of one's joints and muscles. There are various ways by which one can stretch their muscles. However, the question which looms over here is which is the correct procedure and which is the wrong one.

The Wrong Vs the Right Way: Before discussing about the correct way, let us talk about the various wrong ways in which stretching can be done. The first rule is that if stretching is causing you pain or if it is hurting you, then you are probably taking it too far. A muscle needs to relax as much as possible, if it needs to stretch. If one is stretching so hard that he or she cannot relax then the muscle will not lengthen. Stretching should never be painful.

One should also avoid stretching for an insufficient length of time. Only a few seconds of stretching will not hold the therapeutic effects of stretching.

The following methods are few of the correct ways to stretch:

  1. Always start with the warm muscles. Warm your muscles by doing some aerobic movement or by applying heat with the help of a warm bath.
  2. After warming your muscles, monitor your level of discomfort. Let it go once you feel pain.
  3. Hold any stretch for at least 30 seconds.

Stretching the Correct Muscle: There are muscles, which need to be stretched and there are muscles, which should not be. So getting to know the correct muscles to be stretched is as important as knowing the correct procedure to stretch your muscles. Every muscle, which does not hurt should not be stretched. There are different types of muscles that cause pain like stiff, tight, short muscles and long muscles. Muscles that are tight should only be subjected to stretching. Stretching muscles that are too long is not a good idea.

Using Physiotherapists: Most people who cannot determine which muscle should be stretched and which should not be should consult a physiotherapist. Physiotherapists can quickly and easily diagnose muscular issues. They will also show ways to stretch which are most effective for particular needs.

Stretching should be made a part of one's life. It is a way by which one can become their healthiest self and avoid muscular imbalances.

आज मैं कैसी लग रही हूं?.. ये हर रोज पूछा जाने वाला सवाल है। कभी दूसरों से तो कभी खुद से, क्योंकि दुनिया में ऐसा कोई नहीं.. जो सुन्दर ना दिखना चाहता हो। बेदाग़ निखरी त्वचा का हर कोई दीवाना होता है। 
पर मुश्किल ये है कि चेहरा कितना भी खूबसूरत क्यों  ना हो। उसपर एक छोटा सा भी मुहांसा हो जाए तो पूरे चेहरे की सुंदरता को तार-तार कर देता है। ख़ासकर टीनएज में हम में से ज्यादातर लोगों को इस तकलीफ़ से जूझना पड़ता है।

कारण  
हार्मोनल चेंजेस, ऑयली स्किन, किसी चीज से एलर्जी, ज्यादा तेलहनयुक्त भोजन, पेट की बीमारियां। कास्मेटिक्स, पर्याप्त पानी न पीने की आदत, और धूल-मिट्टी गन्दगी के संपर्क में आने जैसी कई वजहों से अक्सर कील मुहांसे हो जाते हैं, इनसे बचने के लिए हमें अपनानी पड़ती हैं कुछ सावधानियां और कुछ घरेलु उपाय।.. 

1. मुंहासों को न फोडें 
जब भी आपको मुंहासे आएं, उनसे झुंझलाकर या छुटकारा पाने के लिए उसे फोड़ें नहीं। क्योंकि जब आप इसे फोड़ते हैं। तो इसका सीरम निकलकर पूरे चेहरे पर फैल जाता है, जिससे पूरे चेहरे पर मुंहासे हो जाते हैं।
2. तौलिये से न रगड़ें 
मुहांसों को कभी तौलिया से ना रगड़ें। क्योंकि ऐसा करने से आप अनजाने में एक जगह के मुंहासे को पूरे चेहरे पर फैलने का मौका दे देते हैं। इसलिए बेहतर होगा कि चेहरे पर आये मुहांसों के साथ इस तरह की छेड़छाड़ ना करें।
3. भाप 
मुहांसे होने पर स्किन के उस हिस्से को भाप देने से स्किन के पोर्स खुल जाते हैं। इससे स्किन के सेल्स को सांस लेने में आसानी होती है। त्वचा की सारी गन्दगी और एक्स्ट्रा ऑइल। जो कील मुंहासे बनकर चेहरे पर जमा होते हैं। वो ख़त्म हो जाते हैं। भाप लेने से त्वचा के दूसरे इन्फेक्शन भी ख़त्म हो जाते हैं। भाप लेने के लिए आप स्टीमर या किसी बड़े बर्तन में पानी उबालें। पानी उबलने पर अपने चेहरे को बर्तन की ओर झुकाएं। ताकि भाप चेहरे पर आए। इसके बाद चेहरे को गुनगुने पानी से धोकर तेल मुफ्त मॉइस्चराइजर लगाएं। ये नुस्खा कुछ दिन रेगुलर आजमाएं,और कील मुहांसों से हमेशा के लिए छुटकारा पा जाएं।
4. कपूर और नारियल तेल  
कपूर तो हम सभी के घरों में होता है। कपूर के औषधीय गुणों से भी हम सभी वाकिफ़ हैं। यह  पूजा पाठ आरती में तो हमेशा इस्तेमाल किया ही जाता है। साथ ही शरीर के जल जाने पर। हर तरह की स्किन रिलेटेड प्रॉब्लम से निपटने में भी अहम् रोल अदा करता है। तो कपूर हमारे मुंहासों के लिए भी कुछ कम कारगर नहीं।
जब भी आपको मुंहासे परेशान करें। आप बस थोड़ा सा कपूर नारियल के तेल में मिला लें। इस पेस्ट को अपने मुहांसों पर लगाएं। और 10 मिनट बाद धो लें। थोड़े ही दिनों में आप अपने चेहरे को मुंहासो से मुक्त पाएंगे।
5. पुदीना और हल्दी 
आमतौर पर सभी जानते हैं कि पुदीने से चटनी बनाई जाती है। जलजीरा बनाने में इस्तेमाल होता है।लेकिन पुदीने में कई तरह के औषधीय गुणों के साथ-साथ आपके चेहरे का सौन्दर्य निखारने की विशेषता भी होती है। इसमें मौजूद मेंथोल त्वचा को स्वस्थ बनाता है और कील मुंहासों को दूर भगाता है।  और हल्दी के गुणों से तो आप वाकिफ हैं ही, सो थोड़ा सा पुदीना पीसकर उसमें एक चुटकी हल्दी मिलाएं। और रोज रात चेहरे पर लगाकर 30 मिनट बाद चेहरा धो लें। इससे आपके चेहरे से मुंहासे अलविदा कहकर चले जाएंगे।
6. चन्दन पाउडर 
चंदन का पाउडर मुंहासे भगाने में बहुत कारगर इलाज है। यह न सिर्फ आपके चेहरे को फ्रेश रखता  है। बल्कि मुंहासों को दुबारा लौटने से भी रोकता है। अगर आपके चेहरे पर मुंहासे हैं। तो चंदन पाउडर, हल्दी  और कपूर को मिला कर एक पेस्टट तैयार करें। इसे मुंहासों पर लगाएं। और 2-3 घंटों के बाद चेहरे को ठंडे पानी से धो लें। इसे रेगुलर इस्तेमाल करके आप हमेशा के लिए मुहांसों से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं।
7. काली मिर्च और गुलाब जल 
काली मिर्च खाने का स्वाद तो बढ़ाती ही है। मुंहासों को ख़त्म करने में भी काली मिर्च जादुई असर रखती है। जब भी आपको मुंहासे परेशान करें तो बस आप काली मिर्च की मदद लें। काली मिर्च के कुछ दाने गुलाब जल में पीसकर रात को चेहरे पर लगाएं। सुबह चेहरे को गर्म पानी से धो लें। इससे आपके मुंहासे तो सूख ही जाएंगे। साथ ही चेहरे की झुर्रियां भी ख़त्म हो जाएंगी। और आपका चेहरा चमकने लगेगा।
8. बेकिंग सोडा और शहद 
वैसे तो बेकिंग सोडा हम खाने – पीने में इस्तेमाल करते हैं। पर ये मुंहासों की अचूक और चमत्कारी दवा है। कील मुंहासों से निजात पाने के लिए एक चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा में एक चम्मच शहद मिलाएं और थोड़ा गरम पानी डालकर इसका पेस्ट बना लें। अब इस पेस्ट को क्रीम की तरह चेहरे पर लगा लें। दस मिनट तक इसे लगा रहने दें। उसके बाद चेहरा ठन्डे पानी से धो लें। कुछ ही दिनों में आपका चेहरा चमकता हुआ बेदाग़ दिखने लगेगा।
