There are lots of protein supplements available in market but, in my advice do not use these supplement or any medication for building body, as these are very harmful for the body. Just take diet full of carbohydrate and protien (like- milk, egg, meat, pulses, daal, rajma, chhola, rice). Just take these food in which milk is soo much necessary.

Yesterday I swam longer distance than usual. Since then I feel quite out of breath with chest tightness. I'm also quite tired. I am often getting tired sooner than people my age. I often have chest tightness although today it is much worse. I am just lying down this afternoon. Could this be caused by anxiety? Am I making something out of nothing? How can I tell?

Being concerned about ones health issues is not anxiety. Swimming more than your usual, means you crossed your usual physical limits, that is natural to create strain on your physical health. I think rest and relaxation should bring you relief. About your capacities, physical I assume, being less as compared to people of your age ma need some evaluation. Two years back I shifted to pune. After 3 -4 months I started getting acnes. Big ones. I suffered for around 6 months. After that ive used Erytop, and finally it really helped. Butim still using it. And acnes still pop up occasionally. Also those acnes left scares on my cheeks. What should I do to get rid of the scars. If it works 60-80℅, I will b grateful.

Use rose herbal face pack. Or take multani mitti 1 tablespoon add 1/4th tablespoon of jaiphal powder and 1/4th tablespoon of turmeric. Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on the affected area of skin and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

I m 25 year old male, and I m suffering from fatty lever. And my weight is 58 kg. What to do?

Take green tea. Avoid coffee, tea, carbonated beverages. Drink buttermilk or spinach use in the mid morning. Use yoghurt in your regular meal. Roasted walnuts or roasted pumpkin seeds can be used as a snack in the mid afternoon. Oatmeal, rice flakes can be used in breakfast. Beans, bell peppers, spinach can be used in routine meals as they rich in fiber, calcium. Fruits like banana, watermelon, orange can be used with meals. At least one fruit should be taken a day. To do walking for at least 45 minutes a day. The more you are inactive you will you are weak. So, it is good to be active your daily lifestyle. Be always accommodated yourself in or the other thing

How many days takes to cure a wound on scissor which was treated with 10 stitches? It's paining more. Do we need to have a tablets for that & how many days it will take to cure?

To clear the stitch marks - • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. *Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. *Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if hypothyroidism is in control with tsh values aroun 3 to 4 mu/l, then efforts to reduce weight do succeed. So please see that her tsh levels are maintained in that range. Then let her take a diet that gives exact calories based on her ideal body weight (54 kgs), plus she should exercise daily for at least 1 hour, brisk walking is a good option. Thanks.

Your posture counts more for good health. Do neck exercise after getting up up in the morning by moving up and down, moving sideways left and right, rotate left to right and right to left circularly. Massage with your thumbs from the mid of your shoulder blade towards the neck upwards upto the level of lower part of the ears. By using water or oil. Move only upwards and not dowan wards. You will be alright within 4 days.

Hair loss and dandruff/hair whitening can be controlled by - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. I have an oily skin. Will Himalayas cucumber soap reduce the amount of oil on my face? This oiliness dulls my face.
