Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

In both medications alcohol is not allowed at all. So please do not consume alcohol, even if the dosage is very mild as in beer because the reaction could cause problems.

Hye. Thank you for your query. The moment you are an athlete, whatever is your workout or practice routine, does not justify taking a protein supplement. Your body needs carbs, proteins and healthy fats. Proteins are not stored in the body like other nutrients. Your body will utilize only as much protein it needs and the rest will be broken down for energy purpose which is it's secondary function; main being building/repairing muscles. Depending on the exercise (ie. Strength training/cardio or activities like gymnastics or weight lifting) your body's needs for proteins varies. Although whey is natural and the most easily and quickly assimilated form of protein - it is not needed to be exclusively included in your diet. You have to have a balanced healthy protein rich diet for the supplement to be utilised. Supplement means exactly what it is supplement - it adds to your basic diet. Get yourself assessed by a nutritionist to find out your protein intake and needs before randomly adding supplements to your diet.     Protein need totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels.

Need suggestion on family related issue. I am 35 year old working women. Five year back, I got married. It was love marriage with acceptance of both families. Now, I have two kids. We have joint family. My husband is having a brother and a sister and he is the eldest among them. All of them are married and have kids. My husband's sister, her husband and of course their kids used to live with us at our home with his husband and kids. They have allotted a government quarter in the same city.  Earlier, sometimes they used to go to their quarter, but for more than one and half year she has not moved towards her quarter for a single day. After my marriage, initially up to about 2 years I was quite happy to live with them, but the problem arises when she always used to control the each and every house hold things, decision etc. Even she always used to give her advice to me also. Though I am elder than her, I am working, more educated than her, more updated with the technologies. Actually I don't need anyone's free advice, if I need I'll ask to them without any hesitation.   Now, the situation is that almost all the decision (related to house) is by her. Even our cook used to ask her that what and how much is going to be prepared for lunch or dinner. She is everywhere. In our any small celebration, picnic, outings, shopping everything. She is very dominating also. She influence my mother-in-law. Because of her existence my mother-in-law and I have built-up a good relation.  She is main reason of dispute between me and my husband. My in-laws and my husband support her to do everything.  Now, I cannot tolerate her at all. Still after five years of marriage I have found my place in the home. I don't feel that it is my home. At this home, I am happy and can manage with everything, except the presence of them. Sometimes, I feel that I should leave the house with my kids and stay at any rented house.  Still we don't have a single argument yet, and it is just because I never say anything to her and my mother-in-law. My husband all the situation and always appreciate me for being quite. Sometimes he also feel that their presence put many nuisance at our home, but overall he is happy with them, after all she is his sister. I just fed up with all those things, and always be in stress. Please give me good suggestion to solve the problem by not hurting anybody.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hello lybrate-user. It is generally very difficult to increase the height in age of 21-22. Moreover your height should be according to your body weight. You can try simple exercises and yogasanas to make increase your height. Tadasana hastpadasana chakasana vrikshasana and most of all surya namaskar you can try khechri mudra also but it is very difficult to achieve.
