You can't change this timing so work around it. Avoid heavy meals late at night. Try to have your dinner early. Later at night try and have a very light snack or meal and early morning you can have a fruit or milk or dry fruits. Have a healthy breakfast. Sleep well after an hour of breakfast. Try to do some yoga or walking etc at least thrice a week or whenever you get time. Avoid fasting for long or feasting late into the night. If you manage a discipline you can avoid major health issues.

Hi, having unprotected sex a day before expected menstrual date wouldn't make you pregnant; if you want to rule out pregnancy, get a pregnancy test done after 2nd april (early morning's first urine's mid-stream).

One of the main causes of foot pain is wearing shoes that do not fit properly. You can also develop foot pain if you are injured during high-impact exercise or sport activities, such as jogging or intense aerobics. There are a few general tips that can help relieve your discomfort. These include: 1. Applying ice to the affected area 2. Taking an over-the-counter pain reliever 3. Using foot pads to prevent rubbing on the affected area 3. Keeping the foot that is causing you pain elevated 4. Resting your foot as much as possible you can take many measures to help prevent ongoing foot pain. For example: 1. Choose comfortable, roomy, and well-cushioned shoes 2. Avoid shoes with large heels and narrow toe areas 3. Maintain a healthy weight 4. Stretch before engaging in vigorous exercise 5. Practice good foot hygiene 6. Always wear some type of footwear when outdoors to protect your feet. For knee pain: there are many conditions that can cause knee pain. - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport you need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you this pain. It is normal to have ulcers in the mouth.. Many reasons like stress, vitamin deficiency, injury etc can cause it.. It usually disappears in a week or 2.. You cannot completely prevent ulcers from coming.. It is a way of our body to tell us that " Boss, reduce your stress and eat nutritious food" 😊

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. Take pranacharya heman syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya heman capsule 1-1 twice a day.

Hi, according to your height your weight is little high. Your ideal body weight is around 75-77 kg. Ok I advice you, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello, a normal cycle is between 23-35 days, so delay by more than 7 days is considered abnormal. But the symptoms that you are experiencing are likely pms, in absence of pregnancy (if ruled out by urine pregnancy test), which indicate that the delay is likely stress induced and menses shall start in next few days. So wait for at least 5 more days for menses to start. Regards.

Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.

Hi lybrate-user, you have to stop caring about what people feel about you. Im sure there are people who like you even love you and are there in need of help. Do not dwell on negative and ignore the positive things in life. There are things bigger than outward beauty, the real people will like you for your inner self not brightness on your face. We all are flawed in some or the other way but if we do not accept ourselves and do self love how can we expect love from others? we need to respect ourselves to gain respect of others. You should be upset or stressed as you are already taking treatment and it will take time. If it happens good even if it doesn't you should not feel less about yourself. Concentrate on work and building up a career be surrounded with positive people and you will start counting your blessings soon.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

•Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. •Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. •Reduce your alcohol consumption. •Stop smoking. •Cut down on coffee. •Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry. •Chew sugar-free gum after eating, to stimulate the flow of saliva. This will help clean away any remaining food particles. •Don't use toothpaste to clean your dentures, as it can scratch the surface and cause stains. •Clean your dentures thoroughly using soap and lukewarm water, denture cream or a denture-cleaning tablet. •Use a separate toothbrush to clean your dentures. •Make sure you visit your dentist for regular check-ups. Having regular dental check-ups will ensure that any plaque is removed from your teeth, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. •Your dentist can recommend the best way to clean your teeth and gums, and point out areas you might be missing. They can also identify any signs of gum disease and ensure early treatment. •Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. •If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. Pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist. •Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. •You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite. Supplements and medications don't work unless your basic diet is not worked on.

To stop hair fall you have to change food habites. Add on your food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, dry fruites, fruites, milk end milk products will help you. Message maha bhringraj taila morning end night with finger tips. Wash hairs with kashraj powder two times in a week.
