Do stretching and strength exercises. Not cure permanent only you can maintain. Surgery is last option but no need surgery. Tk physiotherapy treatment. Avoid long sitting toward bending. Posture correction must.

I had three times THR Left Hip in last three years. My last replacement was done at CMC Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab in Sep 2014. I have at stitch point on left hip. What is your advice.

Increase vat can produce pain in your back - if your posture is wrong during sitting or sleeping - if any type of sprain in your back than pain is more - you take proper vat shamak treatment to ayurveda doctor. Panchkarma is also helpful. Take MAHARASNADI KWATH - 2 TEASPOON WITH 1/2 CUP OF WATER - 2 TIMES IN A DAY.

Hi, take cap. Tonsari 1-1-1 with hot water after food and tab. Lakshmivilasa ras 1-1-1 after food. These medicines should be taken for 6-8 weeks continuously. Take tab. Tribhuvanakirti ras 1-1-1 till the fever subsides. Avoid cold and refrigerated food, sweets and oil fried food. Do salt water gorgling 2-3 times a day.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hi and what about vitamin d? you can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the joint, stabilize the joint, and improve your range of motion. The therapist will use techniques such as ultrasound, heat or cold therapy, electrical nerve stimulation, and manipulation. My mother is 60 years old and is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis from last 4-5 years. We initially opted for allopathic medicine then physiotherapy and at last homeopathic medicine but anything helped her.

Change her food habites. Add in her food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales salad, milk, dry fruites. Give her r compound tablet 2 in morning after break fast 2 after lunch 2 after dinner with water or milk. One cup milk she should take daily. Massaje miostol oil on painful area daily for one month than feedback to me.

Having pain in lower back since 2 years. My x-ray says: there is slight posterior wedging of l4 and l5 seen. Bodies of vertebrae are normal. Intervertebral spaces are normal. Skiogram shows slight posterior wedging of l4 and l5 may be associated with injury? adv - follow up and mri scan if needed.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi lybrate-user, it seems you have ligament sprain. You need to give rest to the limb. If you do walking and running before the ligaments heal, the pain continues. So give crepe support to the limb and rest.

Although you have provided a limited information regarding your leg pain in your age but I will try to figure out few important reasons for leg pains ------------------------- 1. As you have not mentioned your weight, so overweight can be a major reason for your leg pain as legs pains in overweights can be a referred pain from your back------------------------ 2. Muscular cramps due to many reasons and the major one is dehydration due to drinking less water during the day-------- 3. Leg bone pains due to exhaustion due to vitamin-d deficiency----- 4. You need to see spine specialist for thorough clinical & radiological evaluation of your neck & back pain if it is persistent or recurrent or associated with radiating arm or leg pain. If it is mild pain from short duration can take tab paracetamol 650 mg twice or thrice daily till pain relief or max 5 days. Apply oxalgin nano gel locally. Do not massage. If not better with above see spine specialist.
