If you have neck pain along with headache means may be you have a cervicogenic headache .so go for physiotherapy and in that hand manipulation is and neck isometric exercise is Best for you.

Hi sir, By the finding you observed it is crepitus mostly it is arthritis. Please rule out by taking an x-ray in standing position and consult your orthopedician.

Hi Do share your investigation reports. Check your calcium, Vit D . Take 8 to 10 sessions of S.W.D and I.F.T followed by customized exercise , consult physiotherapist for same.

Do take ift and vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for pain relief for 12 days followed by static quadriceps exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day 7 days regularly use western cumord do come back with detailed reports for further assistance best wishes.

First of of apply Ice 4- 6 times a day 5-7/session. Have some anti inflammatory pain killers. Support your knee with knee cap or crape bandages.

My father is around 65 years. Last 30 years he was a habitual alcoholic. But from last 6 months he quit from alcohol. But since 3 months his belly and leg ankles were swelling .Today by the USG, LFT test we found he is suffering liver cirrhosis. But the test was negative from hepatitis b, and C.So I need your valuable suggestions. therefore I will give him better medicine for his long life.

Hi Mohanty, Thanks for posting your query on Lybrate. Alcohol can cause Liver Cirrhosis. Since your father was a habitual drinker since 30 years, it would have caused Liver Cirrhosis. Good that he has stopped drinking. Kindly take your father to a General Physician for treatment.

Hello lybrate-user. Commonest type of back pain is mechanical in nature. If you have such a pain then try the following remedies 1. Hot fomentation. Minimum 10 minutes at a stretch. 2. Drink a lot of fluids. 3 litres a day minimum. 3. Posture: correct posture is to be maintained in sitting and standing 4. Exercise: google following exercise a. Extension in lying b. Extension in standing. Hope this helps.
