A healthy and strong immune system prevents us getting any diseases even a simple cough and cold. So, to build up a strong immunity, you need to alter few changes in your daily routine. If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1.Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2.Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. These "good fats" are found in corn, sesame, safflower, soybean, and cottonseed oils. 3.Eat limited amounts of carbohydrates. Consuming appropriate amounts of wheat, corn, and cereals helps to create the energy required for the body to produce white blood cells. 4.There are a number of particular foods that can help to boost-up your immunity. These include: Garlic, Almonds, Kale, Navy beans, Reishi mushrooms, Blueberries and raspberries, Yogurt, Green, Matcha, and Tulsi teas. 4.Eat antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that help repair damaged cells in the body. Exercise increases the flow of blood through different parts of the body, and it increases the body's excretion of harmful metabolites, helping your immune system function properly. Dust allergy is partly genetic and partly environmental. Thus it never goes away. With better, less dusty environment  the extent if the problem gets reduced. Medicines help to downregulate the immune response of your body to these environmental allergens. Long term lifestyle  changes with gradually tapering medication  helps to tackle chronic sinus problems.  Start taking Steam inhalation twice a day. *For chronic allergic rhinosinusitis you will need to take a long term course of antibiotics  together  with Nasal sprays. *You will need to avoid dusty environment  and dust mites, animal dander etc. Regular cleaning of AC air filters. Wearing mask while driving 2 wheelers/working in dusty  areas Medical  management  is done for 3 months and then patients  condition is reviewed.  Intermittent treatment is not beneficial  in the long run. Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. Masturbation does not produce premature ejaculation. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease. Phimosis is" a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back" in these cases, any energetic manipulation of the penis can be problematic. A small percentage of men suffer from postorgasmic illness syndrome (pois), which can cause severe muscle pain throughout the body and other symptoms immediately following ejaculation, whether due to masturbation or partnered sex. The symptoms last for up to a week. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. Hi you can also make decoction of cinamom 1/2 tsf+honey1 tsf+ginger juice 1 tsf +tulsi leaves 1-2 in 1 cup of water reduce it to 1/2 and have it twice a day for 10 days. If not controlled see a good physician.

I have constipation, and inflammation in the stomach. My main problem is bowel movement, and stimulation doesn't happen at all. It has to be forced with medicine or physical activity. Fiber is been suggested for me. If I take fiber supplement, motion will happen but, hunger increases like anything. I can't control at all. I feel hungry all the day. It is uncontrollable. I feel eating all the time. How much ever I eat, feel like eating more. But bowel movement happens. But severe hunger. What can be done. Please suggest Thank you.

Due to lying down the congestion in the head neck region increases and this may block your ventillation tube which connects your ear and the back of nose. Try to sleep with your head raised or do steam inhaltion before sleep. It will surely help.

It is important you eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and fibres and do regular exercise. Reduce all junk and oily foods .Reduce weight. Whether you need medicines after this will depend on the response to healthy lifestyle measures. You can have plain Isaphgul at night in a glass of water to help with constipation.

Dear lybrateuser, -Your tiredness is due to parkinsons disease, have a nutritious well balanced diet, do regular aerobic exercise for 30 min like walking, swimming, stretching as this will improve your muscle strength, flexibility & balance -get investigations done & start medication, consult a doctor, medication helps improve symptoms rapidly & you will feel much better.

there is no harm in masturbation.its not create any problem in body . If you are feeling that masturbation is interfering with your normal functioning, you can do same work: 1. Improve your social life by spending more time with friends and relatives,not alone. 2. Keep your mind active and busy 3. Have a diet rich in fruits, vegetables. 4. Avoid fast foods / smoking & alcohol. 5. Keep away stress, 6 avoid porn etc 7. Think positive.

Piles - Ayurvedic Remedies For It!

Piles or haemorrhoids is a condition in which the rectal veins become inflamed, thus causing bleeding and swelling. Hemorrhoids are clumps or cushions of tissue which get aggregated around the anal canal and are full of blood vessels, muscle and elastic fibres. Piles can be of various sizes and are found inside the anus or around the anal region. However, piles found inside the anal canal are way more common than the external ones.

In most cases, this condition can be treated by taking required medicines along with following a high-fibre diet. However, in some cases, the piles might be severe and need to be removed surgically. The common symptoms of piles are blood discharge while eliminating faeces and abnormal enlargements around the anal region. Piles might also be characterised by excessive itching of the anal region and pain during defecating.

Causes

The most common and persistent cause of hemorrhoids is constipation. The straining action during constipation, for the evacuation of bowels, is among the biggest reasons for this condition. However, this is not the only cause of piles. Some of the other causes include:

  1. Untreated gastric conditions like dysentry,
  2. Weight of the increasing uterus and constipation during pregnancy,
  3. Sedentary lifestyle,
  4. Obesity, and
  5. Genetic constitution

In Ayurvedic terms, piles are called ArshaShoola which translates to extremely painful conditions akin to the piercing of needles. This condition can be gotten rid of by availing of various Ayurvedic remedies.

Treatment

Surgical treatment of piles is not necessary; rather it has been observed that recurrence of the condition is experienced by people who usually undertake surgery. Treatment of piles using Ayurveda usually includes dietary and lifestyle changes; making most of the remedies easily implementable. Listed below are some Ayurvedic remedies:

  1. Herbs: Herbs used for ayurvedic treatment of piles include Haritaki and jimikand.
  2. Diet: Permanent moderation of diet is needed for the treatment of piles. Some dietary changes include:
    1. Starchy foods such as yellow pumpkin and potato should be avoided and replaced with fibrous foods.
    2. Inclusion of mango and sesame seeds adds bulk to the diet and helps in preventing constipation.
    3. Natural food softeners such as ‘jambul’, ‘amalaki’, dried figs and papaya are also recommended.
    4. Vegetables having larger amounts of roughage, such as turnip, onions, radish, ginger and bitter gourd should be added to the diet.
  3. Lifestyle Changes: Some of the basic lifestyle changes include:
    1. Regular cleansing of the colon
    2. Regular exercise is mandatory
    3. A normal and healthy sex life should be followed. Aggravation of symptoms of piles is caused due to abnormal or excess sex.
    4. Avoiding sitting for long periods
    5. Consume enough water in a day (about 2-3 liters)

Masturbation is not harmful to physical or mental health. It does not affect sexual performance or satisfaction. Viagra can be taken after discussing with a doctor.Viagra is helpful only if normal erection does not happen for various reasons. It does not increase performance time.

Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.
