कलौंजी के लाभ.
डायबिटीज से बचाता है, पिंपल की समस्या दूर, मेमोरी पावर बढ़ाता है, सिरदर्द करे दूर, अस्थमा का इलाज, जोड़ों के दर्द में आराम, आंखों की रोशनी, कैंसर से बचाव, ब्लड प्रेशर करे कंट्रोल. कलौंजी एक बेहद उपयोगी मसाला है. इसका प्रयोग विभिन्न व्यंजनों जैसे दालों, सब्जियों, नान, ब्रेड, केक और आचार आदि में किया जाता है. कलौंजी की सब्जी भी बनाई जाती है. कलौंजी में एंटी-आक्सीडेंट भी मौजूद होता है जो कैंसर जैसी बीमारी से बचाता है. कलौंजी का तेल कफ को नष्ट करने वाला और रक्तवाहिनी नाड़ियों को साफ़ करने वाला होता है. इसके अलावा यह खून में मौजूद दूषित व अनावश्यक द्रव्य को भी दूर रखता है. कलौंजी का तेल सुबह ख़ाली पेट और रात को सोते समय लेने से बहुत से रोग समाप्त होते हैं. गर्भावस्था के समय स्त्री को कलौंजी के तेल का उपयोग नहीं कराना चाहिए इससे गर्भपात होने की सम्भावना रहती है. कलौंजी का तेल बनाने के लिए 50 ग्राम कलौंजी पीसकर ढाई किलो पानी में उबालें. उबलते-उबलते जब यह केवल एक किलो पानी रह जाए तो इसे ठंडा होने दें. कलौंजी को पानी में गर्म करने पर इसका तेल निकलकर पानी के ऊपर तैरने लगता है. इस तेल पर हाथ फेरकर तब तक कटोरी में पोछें जब तक पानी के ऊपर तैरता हुआ तेल खत्म न हो जाए. फिर इस तेल को छानकर शीशी में भर लें और इसका प्रयोग औषधि के रूप में करें. आयुर्वेद कहता है कि इसके बीजों की ताकत सात साल तक नष्ट नहीं होती. दमा, खांसी,

एलर्जीः एक कप गर्म पानी में एक चम्मच शहद तथा आधा चम्मच कलौंजी का तेल मिलाकर सुबह निराहार (भोजन से पूर्व) पी लेना चाहिए, फिर रात में भोजन के बाद उसी प्रकार आधा चम्मच कलौंजी और एक चम्मच शहद गर्म पानी में मिलाकर इस मिश्रण का सेवन कर लेना चाहिए. इस प्रकार 40 दिनों तक प्रतिदिन दो बार पिया जाए. सर्दी के ठंडे पदार्थ वर्जित हैं

. मधुमेहः एक कप काली चाय में आधा चाय का चम्मच कलौंजी का तेल मिलाकर सुबह नाश्ते से पहले पी लेना चाहिए. फिर रात को भोजन के पश्चात सोने से पहले एक कप चाय में एक चम्मच कलौंजी का तेल मिलाकर पी लेना चाहिए. चिकनाई वाले पदार्थों के उपयोग से बचें. इस इलाज के साथ अंगे्रजी दवा का उपयोग होता है तो उसे जारी रखें और बीस दिनों के पश्चात शर्करा की जांच करा लें. यदि शक्कर नार्मल हो गई हो तो अंग्रेजी दवा बंद कर दें, किंतु कलौंजी का सेवन करते रहें.

हृदय रोगः एक कप दूध में आधा चम्मच कलौंजी का तेल मिलाकर प्रतिदिन दो बार प्रयोग करें. इस तरह दस दिनों तक उपचार चलता रहे. चिकनाई वाले पदार्थों का सेवन न करें.
नेत्र रोगों की चिकित्साः नेत्रों की लाली, मोतियाबिंद, आंखों से पानी का जाना, आंखों की तकलीफ और आंखों की नसों का कमजोर होना आदि में एक कप गाजर के जूस में आधा चम्मच कलौंजी का तेल दो चम्मच शहद मिलाकर दिन में दो बार सुबह (निराहार) और रात में सोते समय लेना चाहिए. इस प्रकार 40 दिनों तक इलाज जारी रखें. नेत्रों को धूप की गर्मी से बचाएं.

अपच या पेट दर्द में आप कलौंजी का काढा बनाइये फिर उसमे काला नमक मिलाकर सुबह शाम पीजिये. दो दिन में ही आराम देखिये.
कैंसर के उपचार में कलौजी के तेल की आधी बड़ी चम्मच को एक ग्लास अंगूर के रस में मिलाकर दिन में तीन बार लें.
हृदय रोग, ब्लड प्रेशर और हृदय की धमनियों का अवरोध के लिए जब भी कोई गर्म पेय लें, उसमें एक छोटी चम्मच तेल मिला कर लें.

सफेद दाग और लेप्रोसीः 15 दिन तक रोज पहले सेब का सिरका मलें, फिर कलौंजी का तेल मलें.

एक चाय की प्याली में एक बड़ी चम्मच कलौंजी का तेल डाल कर लेने से मन शांत हो जाता है और तनाव के सारे लक्षण ठीक हो जाते हैं. कलौंजी के तेल को हल्का गर्म करके जहां दर्द हो वहां मालिश करें और एक बड़ी चम्मच तेल दिन में तीन बार लें. 15 दिन में बहुत आराम मिलेगा. एक बड़ी चम्मच कलौंजी के तेल को एक बड़ी चम्मच शहद के साथ रोज सुबह लें, आप तंदुरूस्त रहेंगे और कभी बीमार नहीं होंगे; स्वस्थ और निरोग रहेंगे .

याददाश्त बढाने के लिए और मानसिक चेतना के लिए एक छोटी चम्मच कलौंजी का तेल 100 ग्राम उबले हुए पुदीने के साथ सेवन करें.

पथरी हो तो कलौंजी को पीस कर पानी में मिलाइए फिर उसमे शहद मिलाकर पीजिये, १०-११ दिन प्रयोग करके टेस्ट करा लीजिये.कम न हुई हो तो फिर १०-११ दिन पीजिये. किसी को बार-बार हिचकी आ रही हो तो कलौंजी के चुटकी भर पावडर को ज़रा से शहद में मिलकर चटा दीजिये.

अगर किसी को पागल कुत्ते ने काट लिया हो तो आधा चम्मच से थोडा कम करीब तीन ग्राम कलौंजी को पानी में पीस कर पिला दीजिये, एक दिन<में एक ही बार ३-४ दिन करे.

जुकाम परेशान कर रहा हो तो इसके बीजों को गरम कीजिए ,मलमल के कपडे में बांधिए और सूंघते रहिये. दो दिन में ही जुकाम और सर दर्द दोनों गायब . कलौंजी की राख को पानी से निगलने से बवासीर में बहुत लाभ होता है.

कलौंजी का उपयोग चर्म रोग की दवा बनाने में भी होता है. कलौंजी को पीस कर सिरके में मिलकर पेस्ट बनाए और मस्सों पर लगा लीजिये. मस्से कट जायेंगे. मुंहासे दूर करने के लिए कलौंजी और सिरके का पेस्ट रात में मुंह पर लगा कर सो जाएँ.

गैस/पेट फूलने की समस्या --50 ग्राम जीरा, 25 ग्राम अजवायन, 15 ग्राम कलौंजी अलग-अलग भून कर पीस लें और उन्हें एक साथ मिला दें. अब 1 से 2 चम्मच मीठा सोडा, 1 चम्मच सेंधा नमक तथा 2 ग्राम हींग शुद्ध घी में पका कर पीस लें. सबका मिश्रण तैयार कर लें. गुनगुने पानी की सहायता से 1 या आधा चम्मच खाएं.

Extremely Less chance of getting HIV infection but chance is there. To relieve your anxiety you can go for HIV testing.

Hi, Hb of 7 gms is too low in any human being and thus your BP is also low. It is better to take 2-3 bottles of whole blood after consulting a physician which increases the Hb very fast and then continue with oral haematinics. You already have 2 children and done the tubal ligation, so whats the reason for conceiving the third child risking your life, as both of your deliveries were by c- section. See still if you want to conceive you can go for ivf.

Hello, There is no harm in having sex on daily basis. The frequency of having sex does not increase your conception chances. I would rather suggest having regular sex during your ovulation phase as this is the prime time for conceiving.

if you are uncomfortable with anal sex. stop doing it. there can be anal tears or sphincter damage. more over the chances of contracting sexually transmitted diseases like HIV increases exponentially.

Pain which comes frequently and for short time called spasmodic pain is more likely to be related to pregnancy rest you may not rush if not severe. Your history suggests some infection-enteritis so best is to get treatment from concerned Obstetrician. If one has not worked he/she would give another.

1. Lose Weight If you're overweight, shedding the excess pounds may increase your testosterone level. Overweight men are more likely to have low testosterone levels to begin with. If you are serious about losing weight, you have got to strictly limit the amount of processed sugar in your diet, as evidence is mounting that excess sugar, and fructose in particular, is the primary driving factor in the obesity epidemic. So cutting soda from your diet is essential, as is limiting fructose found in processed foods, fruit juice, excessive fruit and so-called "healthy" sweeteners. Ideally you should keep your total fructose consumption below 25 grams per day and this includes fruits. This is especially true if you have insulin resistance and are overweight, have high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol.In addition to eliminating or severely limiting fructose, it will be vital to eliminate all grains and milk in your diet. Milk has a sugar called lactose, which has been shown to increase insulin resistance so it will be wise to avoid it if you are seeking to lose weight.Refined carbohydrates like breakfast cereals, bagels, waffles, pretzels, and most other processed foods also quickly break down to sugar, increase your insulin levels, and cause insulin resistance, which is the number one underlying factor of nearly every chronic disease and condition known to man, including weight gain.As you cut these dietary troublemakers from your meals, you need to replace them with healthy substitutes like vegetables and healthy fats. Your body prefers the carbohydrates in micronutrient-dense vegetables rather than grains and sugars because it slows the conversion to simple sugars like glucose, and decreases your insulin level. When you cut grains and sugar from your meals, you typically will need to radically increase the amount of vegetables you eat, as well as make sure you are also consuming protein and healthy fats regularly.The foods you choose to eat will be the driving force behind successfully achieving your weight loss goals -- high-intensity, short-burst-type exercises, two to three times per week, combined with a comprehensive fitness plan, is important too, and has an additional benefit as well

Both intermittent fasting and short intense exercise have been shown to boost testosterone.Short intense exercise has a proven positive effect on increasing testosterone levels and preventing its decline. Intermittent fasting boosts testosterone by increasing the expression of satiety hormones including insulin, leptin, adiponectin, glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), colecystokinin (CKK) and melanocortins, all of which are known to potentiate healthy testosterone actions, increase libido and prevent age-related testosterone decline.Having a whey protein meal after exercise can further enhance the satiety/testosterone-boosting.

Consume Plenty of Zinc the mineral zinc is important for testosterone production, and supplementing your diet for as little as six weeks has been shown to cause a marked improvement in testosterone among men with low levels. Likewise, research has shown that restricting dietary sources of zinc leads to a significant decrease in testosterone, while zinc supplementation increases itmand even protects men from exercised-induced reductions in testosterone levels. It's estimated that up to 45 percent of adults over the age of 60 may have lower than recommended zinc intakes. Your diet is the best source of zinc; along with protein-rich foods like meats and fish, other good dietary sources of zinc include raw milk, raw cheese, beans, and yogurt or kefir made from raw milk. It can be difficult to obtain enough dietary zinc if you're a vegetarian, and also for meat-eaters as well, largely because of conventional farming methods that rely heavily on chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Taking too much zinc can interfere with your body's ability to absorb other minerals, especially copper, and may cause nausea as a side effect.

4. Strength TrainingIn addition to Peak Fitness, strength training is also known to boost testosterone levels, provided you are doing so intensely enough. When strength training to boost testosterone, you'll want to increase the weight and lower your number of reps, and then focus on exercises that work a large number of muscles, such as dead lifts or squats.

5. Optimize Your Vitamin D LevelsVitamin D, a steroid hormone, is essential for the healthy development of the nucleus of the sperm cell, and helps maintain semen quality and sperm count. Vitamin D also increases levels of testosterone, which may boost libido. In one study, overweight men who were given vitamin D supplements had a significant increase in testosterone levels after one year. 

6.D deficiency is currently at epidemic proportions in the United States and many other regions around the world, largely because people do not spend enough time in the sun to facilitate this important process of vitamin D production.So the first step to ensuring you are receiving all the benefits of vitamin D is to find out what your levels are using, more recently the optimal vitamin D level has been raised to 50-70 ng/ml.To get your levels into the healthy range, sun exposure is the BEST way to optimize your vitamin D levels; exposing a large amount of your skin until it turns the lightest shade of pink, at dusk or dawn is typically necessary to achieve adequate vitamin D. As a last resort, a vitamin D3 supplement can be taken orally, but research suggests the average adult needs to take 8,000 IU's of vitamin D per day in order to elevate their levels above 40 ng/ml, which is the absolute minimum for disease prevention.

6. Reduce StressWhen you're under a lot of stress, your body releases high levels of the stress hormone cortisol. This hormone actually blocks the effects of testosterone, presumably because, from a biological standpoint, testosterone-associated behaviors (mating, competing, aggression) may have lowered your chances of survival in an emergency (hence, the "fight or flight" response is dominant, courtesy of cortisol).In the modern world, chronic stress, and subsequently elevated levels of cortisol, could mean that testosterone's effects are blocked in the long term, which is what you want to avoid.My favorite overall tool to manage stress i It's a handy, Other common stress-reduction tools with a high success rate include prayer, meditation, laughter and yoga, for example. Remember foods that contain added sugar and fructose, as well as grains like bread and pasta, should all be limited.If you're struggling with sugar addiction and having trouble dealing with cravings, try psychotherapy. 

8. Eat Healthy FatsBy healthy, this means not only mon- and polyunsaturated fats, like that found in avocadoes and nuts, but also saturated, as these are essential for building testosterone. 

9.The ideal diet includes somewhere between 50-70 percent fat.It's important to understand that your body requires saturated fats from animal and vegetable sources (such as meat, dairy, certain oils, and tropical plants like coconut) for optimal functioning, and if you neglect this important food group in favor of sugar, grains and other starchy carbs, your health and weight are almost guaranteed to suffer.

Hi. .I had an surgical abortion on 25th of July. My bleeding hvnt been stopped. On 1st of Sept. .I had a checkup with d doctor n she said. She doesn't find any reason 4 bleeding. It may b because of breastfeeding my child which is of 1 and half yr. and she recommended DEVIRY 10 mg tablet to continue 4 20 30 days. But there is no control over d periods by dis tablet .I'm really worried. .wt shall I do.

Deviry is progesterone hormone and is passed on to baby through milk. stay away from this tablet but be prepared for bleeding on rebound for few days. take no medicine except vitamin D and Calcium & vitamin C to strengthen the blood vessels. Get an OPD procedure of MR( menstrual regulation done under local anesthesia) it is a bit more than check up,takes 2 minutes but is curative . eat high protein diet. avoid post delivery diet like dates, jeera,ajwain,heeng,til.. Do not exert. abstinence to avoid infection.

  4. Create a balance: A parent should be clear when the child can expect lenience and strictness. This is very essential, else the child will expect lenience for everything. Being sweet all the time isn't the wise thing to do. On the other hand, being strict for everything is not required either. The thing is to let the child know what acts will make you feel happy and which ones will annoy you, so he or she can act accordingly. The child should be clear of both these aspects of the parents.
  5. Punish when required: It does require a hard heart to do it, but trivial punishments when required should be enforced. It is not the punishment, but the idea that the child can be punished if required. This will encourage your kid to do what's right, and always follow that.
  6. Be his friend: Different stages of a child’s growth requires different levels of control and empathy. The values that need to be instilled also would be different. A three-year-old should be dealt with differently from a teenager from an adolescent. Grow with them and enjoy the parenting phase. And most importantly, be his or her friend. Hello, there are few causes of post-menopausal bleeding: polyps: these are growths, usually noncancerous, that can develop in the uterus, on the cervix, or inside the cervical canal. They might cause bleeding. Endometrial atrophy (thinning of the endometrium): the endometrium, the tissue that lines the uterus, can become very thin after menopause because of lower estrogen levels. This may cause unexpected bleeding. Endometrial hyperplasia: in this condition, the lining of the uterus becomes thick, and bleeding may occur as a result. Obesity may be the cause of the problem. Some people with endometrial hyperplasia may have abnormal cells that can lead to endometrial cancer (cancer of the uterine lining). Endometrial cancer (uterine cancer): bleeding after menopause can be a sign of endometrial cancer. Other causes: hormone therapy, infection of the uterus or cervix, use of certain medications such as blood thinners, and other types of cancer can cause postmenopausal bleeding. You need to get transvaginal ultrasound, endometrial biopsy, d & c, etc. Done for proper diagnosis.

Hello.... It is due to i pill which u had taken... there is no need of i pill at that time because 4 days before periods are safe ... there is no ovulation at that time... Wait for one week more... there is no chance of pregnancy.... Consult me to get detail of safe period. Stay healthy

You might be suffering with pcod./thyroid disorder. Anaemia also may cause. So go to gynaecologist. She will help you.
