Hello doctor, I am suffering from otomycosis, I have showed ent specialist they ll give antibiotics that temporary I feel good n reduce infection n pain again after 6 month again starts ear paining, infection, ear itching, dry wax coming out, I really fed up with it give me permanent solution for this I don't understand what happened with my years I have been suffering from this last 4 years. Give me solution please.

Dear madam greetings. From my childhood I had pus in both the ears which used to come and go. Now my age is 60. And the doctor in hyderabad prescribed me 2 different bottle of drops which controlled the leaking completely but as I have vertigo I am taking 1 stugeron 25 mg tablet in the night time past 1 month. Still sometimes I have very little dizziness. Madam, will you suggest me any other tablet or should I continue this stugeron 25 mg .if so for how many days can I take without any side effects. Is there any connection for getting dizziness if one sees mobile for a long time. Madam,awaiting your valuable advise.

I am 49 years male
I get every now n then vertigo attack
I hv shown 11 doctors n all say different things like bppv, minerals, low bp, cervical spondylosis, blood not reaching brain, n many more
I also hv tinnitus n little hearing loss in left ear
I did brain mri n nothing there except ischemic
I tk vertin, stemetil, cinnarizine, meclizine, clopivas 75 etc.
I tried all above but no result. Its been 6 months I am suffering. I tried 4 months homoeopathic as well but no results
I am really fed up n don't know whats wrong n wht to do
I hv wasted too much money but no result
doctors say nothing dangerous but due 2 vertigo I am out of job

I am 22 year old female I have an ear problem especially the left ear it has lately been producing fluid discharge sometimes with blood and is constant I visited doctors several times and was given medicines to dry the eardrum whenever the medicine is over it starts all over again went to the doctor again and was told there is a hole inside the ear drum and I was suppose to take an ENT scan for my next visit but didn't get time to do so .It has been months know and I have some pain in the left side of the head near the left ear. So my question is .does the ear fluid got to do with the headache am experiencing at the left side of my head and is it possible the ear fluid went pass the middle ear straight to the brain.

You can wait for surgery ,if it is first time, get it rechecked after three months, if perforation still present then get operated.

Hi doctor when I consulted Ent specialist Due to ear pain they said there is hole and they also said the hole is not too big and too small also and they suggested to do surgery for that is it must to get operated. I'm really scared about this operation and after taking medicine the pain relievers n it becomes normal but from yesterday it started paining and itching again I'm putting deep ear drops. So please suggest can this be cured in medicines only or is it compulsory to get operated or will the hole becomes still bigger if I won't get operated? Please please help me on this since childhood I'm suffering from ear problem and Now I'm 23.
