Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.

Hello doctor, i'm 40 years since last 10 years, I have been suffering from allergic rhinitis and urticaria. I suffer from allergic rhinitis during monsoon and winter season and during summer I suffer from urticaria. I have tried allopathic, homeopathic and ayurvedic medicine. Nothing has given me permanent relief. All medicines give relief as long as I take them, the moment I stop the medicine, it occurs. Pls advise me.

Sperms per ml- should be more than 15 million percentage of motility should be more than 40% it can be improved with medicines. Meanwhile keep away from heat, chemical, smoking zones. Avoid laptop on lap. Wear loose undergarments and keep your testes cooled by pressing them with wet towel for 5-10 minutes daily. Take tomatoes and vitamins.

This could be a serious problem. Suggest take a pus swab and send it for testing -' pus culture and antibiotic sensitivity test' - based on this report appropriate treatment can be started. Keep his ear dry. If he is diabetic, keep sugar levels under control. Regards

HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

there are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - If the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - If the pain is associated with either low or high BP or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination

You may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ent problem or may be migraine headache follow advises given below: you can take (if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult for further management.

Hye, thanks for the query. You are very underweight for your height. It's possible that you are not eating the right foods at the right time and this is causing your body to stress and possibly lead to lack of stamina and energy levels. Try to work on your health first. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

There should be substantial increase in the consumption of water during the summer, i.e. at least 3 liter or 12 glass a day. The drinks that induce urination, like tea & coffee, should be avoided so that the water content of your body is maintained. When you plan to go out, your head should be covered, especially with a moist cloth and the body should be replenished with water. Do not wear deeply and darkly colored clothes (especially, black color) in the summer season. Minimize the use of fatty and high energy dietary items. Drink water mixed with table salt and a pint of powdered ginger. Maximize the consumption of beverages made of Sattu (South Asian foodstuff made of powdered pulses and cereals). Together with it, take drinks of tragacanth gum, Isphaghula husk (or psyllium) at least once a day. Frequently consume Lassi of both the traditional types: the first kind is made from yogurt & water (Pakki Lassi), while the other being prepared from milk and water (Kachi Lassi). To eliminate the drastic effects of extremely hot weather, your health care provider may suggest you to have a bath, at least, twice a day. Watermelon is considered to be an effective measure for controlling excessive body heat; however, you should eat after sprinkling a pinch of powdered black pepper. The fresh fruits, like cucumber, Grewia (Falsa) and plum are very beneficial, while food items that are fried, improperly cooked or rotten may prove to be very harmful.

Common symptoms of fits/seizures are-- Brief loss of consciousness, jerking movements.jerking movements , muscle stiffness, rigidity, vomittings,severe headaches. As per ur history,I would suggest u to Get her CTscan head and EEG done. Hope this helps u

In between your major meals have nuts or roasted canna or fruits 5. Have salad before your meals 6. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water 7. Limit the intake of processed food 8.
