I think so. You must understand that normal chance of an abnormal baby is 0.5% but if you take a medication the chances will become 0.7% unles you take so much toxic drugs in 99% cases baby is safe. Do not worry.

You are having premature ejaculation. It may be due to 1.Anxiety, depression 2.Fatigue, stress 3.Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 4.consumption of alcohol, tobacco etc 5You can take the following measures a) Avoid stress, anxiety, depression b) Avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption c) Go for regular exercise d) lead a healthy living style e) Practice relaxation Technique by deep breathing exercise (take deep full breath for 5 seconds, hold it for 3 seconds, exhale slowly for 5 seconds). Do it for 5 minutes without breaking the rhythm. It controls arousals and tension that lead to early ejaculation. measure your temperature and tell me reading Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Lot of fluids to be taken Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. Let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. And Get your following test done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Urine R/M 3. LFT 4. X ray chest PA view consult me again with reports

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

If you have a large project that needs work, clearly identify a path that you will use to get started working on it. If the sequence of actions isn’t obvious, it will be difficult to concentrate. Taking a few minutes to plan not only your end result, but the order you will complete any steps, can save hours in wasted thinking. 5) Know the Rules Get clear on what the guidelines are for the task ahead. What level of quality do you need? What standards do you need to follow? What constraints are there? If the rules aren’t clear from the outset, you will slip out of concentration as you ponder them later. 6) Set a Deadline Deadlines have both advantages and disadvantages when trying to force concentration. A deadline can make it easier to forget the non-essential and speed up your working time. If you give yourself only an hour to design a logo, you will keep it simple and avoid fiddling with extravagant designs. Time limits have disadvantages when they cause you to worry about the time you have left instead of the task itself. 7) Break down Roadblocks Roadblocks occur whenever you hit a tricky problem in your work. This can happen when you run out of ideas or your focus wavers. Break down roadblocks by brainstorming or planning on a piece of paper. Writing out your thought processes can keep you focused even if you might become frustrated. 8) Isolate Yourself Become a hermit and stay away from other people if you want to get work done. Unless your work is based on other people they will only break your focus. Create a private space and refuse to talk to anyone until your work is finished. Put a sign on your door to steer away drop-ins and don’t answer your phone. 9) Healthy Body, Sharper Mind What you put into your body affects the way you concentrate. Nobody would expect peak performance if they showed up drunk to work. But if you allow yourself to get chronic sleep deprivation, overuse stimulants like caffeine or eat dense, fatty foods your concentration will suffer. Try to cut out one of your unhealthy habits for just thirty days to see if there is a difference in your energy levels. I’ve found even small steps can create dramatic changes in my ability to focus. 10) Be Patient Before I write an article, I often sit at my desk for a fifteen or twenty minutes before I put finger on the keyboard. During this time I feel a strong urge to leave or do something else. But I know that if I am patient, I’ll stumble upon an idea to write about and enter a state of flow. Without a little patience, you can’t take advantage of flow when it rushed through you. If you need strong concentration I recommend periods of 90-120 minutes. Any less than that and you will waste too much time getting started before the flow can continue. More than this is possible to sustain focus, but you will probably benefit from a quick break. These are the general guidelines for concentration, studying well or doing your job. Regards.

If you are feeling addicted to masturbation ,Then follow these tips- 1) Try to stay busy doing activities that engage you in other ways besides masturbation by doing things like writing, painting, drawing, playing a musical instrument, or playing sports. 2) If you masturbate in the middle of the night, get out of bed and do some exercise to deflect your mind away from masturbation. 3) Sleep with an extra layer of pajamas in order to make it more difficult to masturbate. 4) If you find yourself masturbating out of loneliness, try to stay social 5) If you find you masturbate to pornography on the computer, you should stay off your computer. 6) Watch funny television shows that will keep your mind off of something like masturbation 7) Having some sort of company by getting a dog or cat can help you have a buddy to hang around with instead of thinking about masturbation 8) Whenever you get the urge to masturbate, go to the restroom and urinate. 9) Practice Yoga Regards

Your body is trying to keep your systems cool by producing sweat. When the body's metabolic rate increases there will be rise of temperature inside the body which is harmful to the internal organs. So for their optimal functioning body need to maintain the internal temperature normal. So you are sweating to cool your body means your body is protecting you from damaging the internal organs. This metabolic rate temperature is determined by the genes and it varies form person to person, so others whom you see don't sweat like you. Do not meddle with that and be thankful your body is trying to protect you.

Rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Hi, pahli baat to yah ki aap akeli nahin hain jo aisi samasya ki shikaar hain. Bahut se log aise hote hain jo is prakaar chhoti chhoti baat par pareshaan ho jaate hain. Aap davaai continue rakhe aur saath mein yah sochen ki aapka control to sirf aapke behavior par h doosare ke behavior par nahin. Ho sakta h ki saamne vala busy ho is vajah se time par aapko javaab nhi de sakaa. Hi sakta h ki vah bhool gayaa ho. Jab bhi aap tensed feel karen tab deep breathing karen aur turant ek glass paani pi len aur apne aap ko kisi kaam mein involve karen taaki aapke dhyaan us baat par se hat jaaye. Shaam ke samay joote pahan kar tej chaal se rozana kam se kam aadha ghanta ghoomen. Pet saaf rahe isliye healthy khana khaayen. Yah exercises neend waali problem ko theek karegi.
