Don't Take Your Vitamins - Eat Them!

Vitamins are very important and essential for the body. Vitamins are a form of nutrients, which must be consumed strictly for proper body functioning and building strong immunity. Vitamin pills are an ideal and easy source of essential vitamins. However, having food items, which are rich in vitamins is a much healthier option. Eating foods rich in vitamins helps your body obtain abundant nutrients as per the requirement of the body. In this manner, you will be able to gain all the required vitamins by eating various types of foods.

Here is a list of the primary vitamins, which are essential for the body, along with the food items where they can be found.

  1. Vitamins B6 and B12: These vitamins help in proper blood circulation and nerve functioning and can be found in bananas, whole grains, beans, nuts, eggs, pork, fish, chicken, wheat germ and other poultry products.
  2. Vitamin C: This vitamin is an antioxidant and fights free radicals which damage DNA. It also helps in strengthening the body immunity. The best source of vitamin C includes citrus fruits and citrus juices, red and green pepper, brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli, kale, strawberries and collard greens.
  3. Calcium: Calcium is very essential for maintaining bone health, bone density and prevents osteoporosis. All dairy products are very rich in calcium. Calcium is also present in legumes and dark green, leafy vegetables.
  4. Vitamin D: Vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium and lack of vitamin D may lead to osteoporosis, type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis and several cancers as well. Vitamin D is present in fatty fishes such as tuna and salmon. Major sources of vitamin D are fortified food products such as cereals and milk.
  5. Vitamin E: Vitamin E functions as an antioxidant and helps in eye health. Enough intake of vitamin E can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. Foods rich in vitamin E include avocados, vegetable oils like safflower, sunflower, cottonseed, canola and olive oil. It is also found in wheat germ, almonds, sunflower seeds and other nuts.
  6. Folic acid: The insufficient intake of this vitamin may lead to several birth defects during pregnancy like spina bifida. Deficiency of folic acid may also lead to heart diseases, stroke and cancers. The best food sources of folic acid are leafy vegetables, strawberries, wheat germ, broccoli, asparagus, beans, whole grains and folic acid fortified cereals or breads.
  7. Iron: Iron prevents iron-deficiency anemia and supports the immune system. The best sources of iron are red meat, clams, egg yolks, fish and chicken. Iron is also found in fortified grains, legumes and cereals.

Vitamins are very essential for the body as they prevent the body from several diseases, which in turn help in healthy functioning of the organs. Hi put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day....take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid spicy food...junk food...fermented food.....tea...coffee...do pranayama early in the morning....

1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc.

Hi Doctor, Six years back, In sleep I had a sharp pain in the inner anus. From then, I wasn't able to control my anus (sphincter) muscle and I was getting that pain then there. Controlling in the sense, I cannot able to close it fully how hard I try. I could feel the movement (contraction and expansion) was very minimal. So my anus, wasn't to able expand to the fullest and later I started to develop constipation because of this. So constipation led to make a small bump in the right side of the anus. I realized that there was something not right. Over the four years span, I got the anus pain then and there, and after every pain, gradually the anus ring (i don't know whether its External or internal anal sphincter) got very rigid. From then I cannot expand it, I was able only to shrink it to a minimal extend and not fully. I was really afraid to go a doctor then. Then a year back from now, I went to a doctor, he said that I have anal fissure. I visited another doctor and he said its hemorrhoids and I had a laser operation for that. After, my anus become really small, only soft stools can pass. The initial source of the problem still exits. The operation made the condition worst and it made my anus really small. I visited the doctor from who I took the operation and explained this. He said that everything is okay and told me not worry. From then, I don't know what to do. Now passing stool daily morning became a difficult task for me and since my anus is small, I cannot take shit in a single time and that added more to the constipation. My anus ring (sphincter) become really really rigid and solid. Not able to expand and able to shrink only very little amount. I cannot hold stool if its commit urgent, since I cannot shirk it to the fullest. Every time when explain all these things to a doctor, they consider that my problem is anal fissure or hemorrhoids. But the problem is really not that. From my personal experience, I say it because for of the inability to control the anus (outer sphincter) muscle. I really stuck with this and I don't know how to proceed. Can you please help me? Thanks.

You are suffering from incontinence of faeces. You should do pelvic exercises. It may help you otherwise surgery is the answer only. 1. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. 2. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. 3. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. 4. Small and frequent meals is of help 5. Chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. 6. Keep your blood sugar controlled. 7. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. 8. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. 9. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach. 10. Maintain good hygiene.

From last 15 days I have stop masturbating and this is the best I have controlled because in the past I used to regularly masturbate after 2 days or sometimes daily. Now my balls are feeling heavy as I have not masturbated for 15 days wats the reason? And also my sexual desire has increased from wat was there before!

Hello User, Kayam Churna should not be taken regularly as you might get used to it which is not good in a longer run. Resort to natural techniques and food habits that will make sure you dont have constipation, Try having lukewarm water every morning when you get up. You can even try having dried black grapes (resin) 4-5 throughout day. Avoiding bread, poha, too much food will make sure you digest food properly. Exercise daily as it helps to improve bowel movement. take care!

I am 23 year old male. I am having dust/pollen allergy from past 1.5 years. ENT doctors have diagnosed me with "allergenic Rhinitis" Earlier I had only stuffed nose and sneezing. But now it has increased to heavy breathing also. It is controlled with medications though. But I am worried that I am just 23 years old and a a young age taking so many medicines. Please advise. Limit your screen time staring at computers, TVs or phones in the evening before going to bed Do eye check-up. Also check if you are having any cervical spondylosis. Also take Belladonna 30 – for headache one dose when required.

Hello for any kind of weight loss, you must have your digestion good. Else whatever workout you do, its a believe that you might burn 400-600 calories but is it really burning. So you must follow specific diet chart for btter result advice: 1) take warm water regularly 2) take ginger jucie 1 spoon before food. 3) do running or jogging for around 30 min to 1 hr. 4) do yogassan and surya namsakar daily. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

You are having premature ejasculation and erectyle dysfunction. Start drinking pomegranate's juices which helps growth and density, concentration of sperms. And also helps erectyle dysfunction and premature ejasculation. Zhave nutritious food. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises and have plenty of fluid and water by mouth. Itvwil be alright.
