No its not possible to have all such diet in a day. But you can do it over a week. You can eat some super foods daily which have a lot of nutrition. 1. Eggs 2. Milk and milk products 3. Banana and Apple 4. Almonds and Cashew 5. Green leafy vegetables. 6. Kidney beans or chana. # Apart from this you can try a variety of fruits and vegetables during the week to get maximum nutrition. It is possible in a week to cover all the vitamins and minerals.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Risk of getting T1 diabetes does increase if parents have it. If father has T1 DM then child developing T1 diabetes is 1 in 17. Where as If a woman with type 1 diabetes and your child was born before you were 25, your child's risk is 1 in 25; if the child was born after the woman turns 25 years, the risk is 1 in 100. These are the statistics. It is very difficult to predict what may happen. Thanks.

Mr. Lybrate user, yes, that advise is good to fllow, you need to practce pranayama daily twice[morning night]. There are types of pranayamas, like anuloma, & viloma. Its better to take any yoga therapist/instructor/s help,& also, you better to do few asanas, atleast practicing suryanamaskaras daily minimum 4-5 times also will give good results. Take care. Try to take water atleast 3-4 litres. Irrespective of thirst, daily. Taking 1/2litres [or 1 litre}in morning itself is good cleanser for body.

I am suffering from psoriasis scalp problem since 9-10 months, is there any solution for this?
yes we can manage scalp psoriasis in a better way. U must have tried some steroidal lotions and some shampoos but disease will come back. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines .we can provide u a oil to be applied at night .U can apply same oil on scalp on sunday or holiday and sit in sun for 15 minutes. We can manage it like that the disease does not come back. Internal ayurvedic medicines will be provided for blood purification. U can contact clinic for more details.

My friend's friend passed away last month, and she has been suffering from headache by crying all day. Please help me.

General Physician, Kolkata
My friend's friend passed away last month, and she has been suffering from headache by crying all day. Please help me.
Mr. Lybrate-user, sorry for your friend's loss. 1 month grief/depression post death is very normal. The best thing you can do is to be there for your friend. If it continues post a couple of months, you can try consulting a therapist. In the meantime, she can use paracetamol (crocin) 500mg once or twice a day as necessary. Regards.
