How to reduce dandruff from my head. I used almost all branded shampoos but still I have this dandruff menace. Please suggest me what to do. Also how to reduce my body smell. After sweating very bad odour comes from my body.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Recurrent tonsillitis is due to low immunity. Avoid spicy, fried and oily food items. Avoid cold and sour food items. Gargles with salt water is beneficial. Pranayam and yoga exercises will also help.

tab metformin is the best to start with..but before that serum creatinine values are required and what is your after meals sugar?? DIABETIC DIET ADVICE: ●Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday..Avoid skipping meals ●Include high fibre foods at each meal e.g. legumes(beans/lentils ),nuts(almonds,walnut),eggs etc ●Take fruit as a healthy snack e.g. apples,pears,papaya,mausami,jamun,guava ●Try to avoid –grapes,mango,bananas,jackfruit(cheeku) ●Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal ●Reduce the fat intake,fried foods,cakes,pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil ●Include healthy foods like daliya,oats ●Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day ●stay away from especially labelled diabetic foods(they are of no benefit),and saturated fats ●Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets ●If so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute for sweetening purposes DIABETIC DIET CHART: Morning: 4-5 Almonds soaked overnight in water or 1-2 walnuts 6:30 a.m.: Tea + 2 mariegold biscuits(only for those who can’t skip their morning tea) 8:00-9:00 a.m. : 2 Roti + subzi + daliya /upma/poha/raw cheese/sprouts + 1 glass skimmed milk 11:00-12:00 a.m.: Fruits (only those permitted), salads, guava, papaya, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot, sprouts etc 1:00-2:00 p.m.: 2 roti +dal + salads+curd/raita/buttermilk 4:00-5:00 p.m : tea + roasted chana/bhelpuri(only if hungry) 7:00 p.m : salads/coconut water/lemon water(without sugar) 8:00-9:00 p.m: 2 roti +dal/khicdi + skimmed milk Try to sleep daily on sametime till 11:00 p.m. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS: Avoid potato/sweet potato/arbi banana/cheeku/grapes/mango/litchi papads/ chatni/pickles/fried foods groundnuts/cashew/pista/raisins sweets/honey/cold drinks/jaggery Note: For preparing chapatis, use whole wheat flour mixed with chana flour or besan in 3:1 proportion alongwith small amounts of soyabean flour

Hi I am 27 years male and my problem is I sweat heavily from my scalp while I am eating i, e either breakfast ,lunch, dinner or any such kind. I am facing this problem from many years (approx 4- 6 yrs) and I am feeling very difficult to attend occasions or getogethers with this problem .so I request you to give me a permanent solution for this.

Sweating while eating is called GUSTATORY SWEATING it normally happens when we take hot and spicy food . Gustatory SWEATING may damage the nerve of parotid gland I hope that you are not diabetic. Anticholinergic drugs like GLYCOPYRROLATE but it has complications such as dry mouth ,constipation and confusion. If you apply locally these complications not take place as it does not cross blood barrier

Hi. Normally there are less chance but yes chances are there. So avoid such things. Get a HIV ELISA test done after 6 months and that will be the final confirmation. Thanks.

I have this wired or kida chest burn or chest discomfort for 15 to 20 day n goes away for 15 days depending on the food I eat if I eat spicy or outside food it comes again n I suffer a lot eno only gives relief for a day some medicine r waste for this it started past 1 or 1.5 year back when I started skipping my breakfast I feel discomfort because of this suggest me some diet or medicine plzz the pain is like mild and becomes severe for 2 days and goes.
