I have full body pain, headache and back pain. Since last one week so please give me free advise to treat my body pain.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. You can do hot water steaming for headache and for body pain you can take bath in hot water.

Hello Doctor! . Age: 19 years,height: 168 cms,weight: 51 kgs. I look very thin and weaker and my body size is 30-26-35 inches. My hands also look very thin. The size of my hand at muscle place is 20 cms. I am also suffering from nerve weakness, when I put my body to any angles that are uncommon then the nerve at that place gets tightened and I feel so much pain there. I think this nerve weakness is also due to lack of my fitness. So will you please suggest me any supplements or workout to gain weight and become fit. Thank you sir.

Dear go to a nearby Gym and under the guidance of an instructor start doing exercise slowly and wait for a day if you do weight training for muscle to recover. Have a balanced diet and take more protein. Also do Yoga and pranayam.

Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, avoid cold drinks. Avoid Oily foods. If symptoms are from more days or again persist then do few tests for confirm causes of it.. i.e. CBC. welcome in lybrate.

My nerves are very weak from childhood. I am not as strong as others. Have not participated in any games at school neither activities. Still feeling hard to get up in morning. Even somebody shouts I feel shaking body. I am 30 years of age male. Want to find a way to be stronger. I started doing workout regularly. If yes then following physical activities will help you relieve Pain and Control Thyroid: * 20 to 60 minutes of near-daily aerobics — really any exercise that gets your heart pumping — can help speed up your metabolism and counter weight gain, a common hypothyroidism symptom and a contributor to joint pain. * But if you have joint or knee pain, choose low-impact aerobics. Go for the elliptical over the treadmill to avoid pounding knee pain. * A stationary bike at the gym is also easier on the knees. * Swimming is the ideal low-impact aerobic exercise — the water buoys your body and cushions joints.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush.
