Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

I think so much or in other sense I dream so much infact I found my self always busy in thinking either past or future. I am unable to keep myself in present. During studies also after solving 1 question I start thinking some other topic and I waste my hours in that. I tried meditation and yoga also but I am unable to meditate also. The main problem is fear and the stress it causes. Dreaming during the day is sometimes an escape from facing the reality. If the fear is too much you will need to meet with a counselor and deal with the fear. Once you calm down you can study better and will remember what you studied also well. One way to reduce stress in an emergency is to puff up your cheek with air pressure and hold it for about ten counts. The back pressure it creates presses the back of your throat where the vagus nerve is present. Because of this pressure it will immediately slow down your heart rate and calm you down since the vagus nerve is directly connected to the heart. If the stress comes back then repeat it until it gives up. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: •Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week •Other vegetables: At least one a day •Nuts: Five servings a week •Berries: Two or more servings a week •Beans: At least three servings a week •Whole grains: Three or more servings a day •Fish: Once a week •Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week •Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. •Wine: One glass a day You avoid: •Red meat: Less than four servings a week •Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily •Cheese: Less than one serving a week •Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week •Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week.

To mujhe ye janna h ki ye blood ku arha h. Kya ye piles h ya pet ki garmi ke karan ho rha h ya ye koi serious problem hai. Blood jada ni ata lekin toailet ke time pe ata h aur din me jitne bar bhi letring jau utne bar ata h. Some time only blood come out in stool. So, mujhe kya krna chahiye sugest me. If you are having piles and bleeding, it may be due to constipation or damage of anal mucosa due to hard stools. I would suggest you sitz bath: take hot water in a tub and add betadine solution, cover your anal area and sit for 15-20 minutes twice a day if possible thrice a day. It will reduce bleeding and helpful for healing. Wash the anal area with mild soap, pat dry and apply the lignocaine jelly after bowel movement and at bedtime. Liquid cremaffin plus 2 tsp twice a day. You should prevent constipation by eating healthy food, which contains fiber. Avoid spicy, fatty, heavy meals and meat. Avoid smoking if you smoke. If your symptoms persist, I would suggest you visit a general surgeon for clinical and physical examination to know about degree of hemorrhoids. you are most likely having dyspepsia. take small frequent meals. avoid tea, coffee, tobacco and spicy food. increase fruits and vegetables in diet. consultant online for medication if not relieved.

Here are tips for preventing gas and acid reflux: -Relax and eat food slowly Avoid skipping breakfast. - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat -Limit fluids intake during meals. As it increases stomach distension. -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee,tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Do daily exercise.like walking;It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food -TREATMENT: -mucaine gel syp 2 tsp twice daily will help -tablet Rabicip-D. taken twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach.

Since how long your liver are raised. Treatment depends upon whether the inflammation of liver which cause raised liver enzymes can be due to viral infection like hepatitis a, b, c or due to fat deposition in the liver, or immunological injury or drug induced or chronic alcoholism. Why have you started taking viboliv because it is given mainly in alcoholic liver disease though some evidence has favoured its usage non alcoholic steatohepatitis (nash). If you are taking alcohol, your symptoms are suggestive of acute alcoholic hepatitis which can be exacerbating alcohol induced chronic liver disease if you are chronic alcoholic. I suggest, you consult a heptologist and act accordingly.

Hi, take complete bed rest. Avoid spicy and oily food for about 1 month. Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, etc. Take tab. Arogyavardhini 1-1-1 after food and tab. Liv. 52 ds 1-0-1 and kumari asava 2 tsf 3 times a day with equal quantity of water. Take all these medicines for about a month and repeat the blood and urine examinations to assess the bilirubin levels. Eat plenty of fruits like apple, chikoo, small bananas, musambi, dry grapes, musk melon, water melon, etc.
