Keep your legs elevated and use a pillow under tour legs. Reduce salt in your diet. Increase protein intake. Rule out anaemia. Last, speak to your gynecologist.

I am 58 years old and I am suffering with knee joint pain since 6 years. I used allopathi medicines with orthopedic professor consultant 4 years. Now I am using ayurvedic medicines. Dear follow the tips they will help u..:: 1.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 2.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 3.Increase the consumption of vitamin C in diet. 4.Take fresh Ginger into pieces, place in the cup of water and boil it for 30 minutes in low flame. Cool for 30 minutes after boiling. Consume this solution with Honey. 5.While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. 6.Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain. 7. Get an X ray spine done.

Your pain could be due to a strain in your muscles or sprain in ligaments, especially if there is a history of an injury while throwing. My advice will be to stop all physical activities till your pain subsides, start with gentle anti inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability, ice packs for local application and see for next 5-7 days, if your pain subsides, kindly let me know and I shall assist you with further course of action. I am 7 months post partum via c section. Am having severe leg pain especially in the calf ankles and toes. Pain is getting worser while standing for long time. I could feel numbness in my leg when sits for few minutes. There is a numbness in the tip of my right side big toe since today morning. I feel like pressing the big toe. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal exercises. 3. Use lumber spine belt. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 7. Do Hot fermentation twice a day 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Hi, this is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! if still the pain persists then you can consult the local physiotherapist near by.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Also check your vit d level.

Well this may be due to collitis. U need proper treatment. Do not take highly spicy food take blunt food. Avoid drinking alcohol, quit smoking. Take ginger juice, alovera juice, plenty of water. With this you need proper homeopathic treatment for this. U can also contact me through Lybrate.

Hi I am 60 year old. I have right upper & left middle back burning pain. Doctor had advised me to go got physiotherapy. During 1st session of physiotherapy, my physiotherapist had used vibrator on the pain area. After this session, I am having issue with my voice. Should this be a concern? what next should I do?

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
