Unmanageable Foot Pain
  • Morton’s Neuroma is a swelling, thickness or enlargement of the nerve. It is also known as intermetatarsal neuroma.
  • Pain usually occurs between third and fourth toes. Pain worsens when the patient walks, run or stands. One may get feeling of bunched-up sock or a pebble or marble under the ball of the foot. Pain can also spread into the nearby toes.
  • Those people having flat feet, high arches, or an abnormal position of toes are more prone to develop Mortan’s neuroma. Sports activities that involve running, tennis, basketball and other racquet sports also predisposes to the development of Mortan’s neuroma.

I have a lot of back pain from 3 years pls tell me the solution. I am waiting fr your reply.

I have a lot of back pain from 3 years pls tell me the solution. I am waiting fr your reply.
Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same. Best wishes.

Sir my weight 85 kgs. I want to start Running where should I run. Some of them saying running on road leads to knees ...
Running is good. It needs a plain surface with much even surface. Running on roads might hurt your knees. Try to run in a park where there is a walkers lane. Make sure your shoes are well equipped for running. Or go to gym and do thread mill. These are the few options. Hope this helps you.Stay healthy stay fit.☺

It might be due to pigmentation and also might due to varicose veins. We cannot suggest you tablets but you can apply castor oil for better blood circulation.
