I'm frequently getting Mouth Ulcer every month at least once is that just because of heat?what to do

Causes of mouth ulcers: -stress. -brushing vigorously. -irritation by particular chemicals, spices, tobacco or even alcohol. -accidentally biting the inside of your cheek while you are eating. -hormonal changes. -stopping smoking. -constipation. -vitamin b12 deficiency, iron deficiency. -more consumption of fast foods, refined wheat flour (maida). Home remedies for mouth ulcers: -gargle with the juice of tomatoes for at least three to four times a day. This is one of the best home remedies for mouth ulcers. -boil some coriander leaves and gargle with them when the water is lukewarm. Do this for at least 3-4 times a day and see the difference. -gargle with coconut milk for at least thrice a day. -apply a mixture of home made turmeric powder and glycerin. -make a paste of indian gooseberry and apply it directly on the ulcer. Do this for at least twice a day. Diet: -high fibrous and protein diet. -daily at least one citrus fruit. -salad 1hr before lunch and 1hr before dinner. -drink 2glass buttermilk daily. -avoid tea/coffee. -avoid sugar/sweets. -avoid oily/spicy food, fast foods. *the complete treatment differs for every individual.

To increase digestion power you can follow these methods: • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat. • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily. • Do running and jogging exercise daily. Do pavanmuktasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert. • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food, spicy food, excessive consumption of tea, coffee and alcohol.

Dear Lybrate User, *Buttermilk is a wonder remedy when it comes to treating indigestion and gas. It is easier to digest than milk and contains more lactic acid. Buttermilk is already recommended to keep yourself cool in harsh summers and its digestive benefits just give you another reason to drink up a glass of buttermilk *Drink warm water. *Avoid more spicy, maida related, dry, junk foods.

Permanent solution is perhaps not possible. Our lifestyle has become so bad that we can not avoid many health related problem. At-least one may try to get rid of these problems by trying to balance life. Avoid hurry, worry and curry (spicy food). Walk regularly. Try to reduce your stress levels.

Hi lybrate-user. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal… 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits … 6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 40 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA before meals along with 30 ml of water. B) take 2-2 tablets of sanjivani vati and kanaksundar rasa after meals do all things for 3 days. Gives you good result. THANKS.

I do not know whats happening. Even if I drink one sip of water or eat little food I start getting gas prob. It happens every time. And sometimes I feel to vomit while drinking water. Why is tht happening. Is there anything serious? Imagine if m drinking a cup of water. As soon as I drink a sip. Tht irritating gas comes out from my mouth. Can you help me please.

Eat bland food .Small frequent Meels. Avoid spices and hot food. Avoid tea, coffee. Take tab Aciloc 1 tab once a day for 1 month.
