I have migraine from age of 17 and now im 27 years old I take many medicine and check up from many doctors but no effects.
Hi My name is Himanshu My age is 27, Almost from last 5 years I've smoke 3-4 cigarette daily (average), Now I'm feel to much exhausted and breathless when use steps (20-25), moving heavy objects (my own luggage), after a short walk (500M-1000M Only) and all continue efforts. I'm ready to quit smoking but I want to improve me lung capacity little fast with help of some diet chart, light medicines and another expert advice.
Sometimes when l play then after take rest sometimes my head brain has been pain as well as also my stomach pain.
I have mouth ulcer and white spot on my tongue about 6 years. And always time fatigue, fever, shortness of breathing. So I take medicine but not cure. How does it cure sir.
I had typhoid twice this year. Now I dont have fever, but my body is not supporting. I have pain in my bones, joint, belly pain, tension, also chakkar and behoshi.
