I have fair complexion but now days I am loosing my complexion and glowing. please suggest me any cream. Plz.
Cream will give temporary relief, you can go for natural home remedies for fair skin- DIETARY CHANGES to get fair skin- 1. Start your day with a glass of warm water with lemon and honey. This will help clearing out toxic load from your body. If your system is clean internally, it would reflect on your skin, too! 2 Throughout the day, keep sipping on warm water or plain water. You can also add a few pieces of Amla to your water bottle. Ayurveda calls 3 Amla or Indian goose berry as Maharasayan. It improves your complexion and boosts the Vitamin C levels in your system. 4 Start eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetable salads. You should particularly eat Papaya, citrus fruits and Berries. 5 Take one Vitamin C tablet daily. It really helps in improving complexion. WAYS TO GET FAIR SKIN NATURALLY- 1. Lemon is known to be a superior bleaching agent and scrubbing about half a lemon on your face regularly will help lighten your skin tone. This is one of the simplest yet effective home remedies for fair skin. 2. Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face. 3. The juice of one potato can be squeezed and applied to your face; do it regularly and you will notice a gradual change. 4. Apply the pulp of a mashed tomato on your skin; not only will it lighten your skin tone but it will give it a pink glow too. 5. Mix equal quantities of honey and lemon juice and apply it on your skin. 6. Another great natural way to get fair skin is to mix a tiny amount of cinnamon with about half a teaspoon of honey and apply it on your face. 7. If you have oily skin and want to lighten its tone, then applying a mixture of cucumber and lemon juice on it works wonders. 8. Curd is rich in lactic and zinc acid, both of which have natural skin lightening properties. 9. If you want to lighten scars on your skin then applying fresh coconut water on them really works. 10. A tiny amount of saffron mixed with olive oil is a great natural remedy to make your skin fair. 11. This effective fairness mask requires you to mix a spoonful each of almond oil, lemon juice and milk powder. Apply the mask on your skin and let it sit for about 15 minutes before you wash it off. 12 If you have dry skin and want to lighten its tone, applying a mixture of honey and cucumber juice on it will make it fairer. 13. Another great way to get fair skin naturally is to apply the white of an egg on your face at least twice a week. 14. This skin lightening face pack requires you to make a mixture of tomato, curd and oatmeal and apply it on your face. 15. Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. I HOPE ABOVE TIPS WILL HELP YOU. FOR MORE QUERIES CONTACT US.

MD - Dermatology

What is the face darkness and your idea for face darkness my face is my life is relaxed.
Your skin must b tired of all the insults it's put through everyday. The sun, wind everything damages and turns it dull. You need to institute a couple of changes to see a lot of results. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.

Dos and Don'ts to Preserve the Look

Dermatologist
Dermatologist, Delhi
Dos and Don'ts to Preserve the Look

Well to start with, the hot topic of today that is “Do’s and Don’ts to preserve the look” has become  of a trend and a showy business.

Face-Wash, Hair Creams, Protein Powders, Mass Gainers, Keratins and many other things are available today in the market exclusively for Men.

Today the value of face value has increased – a perfect irony.

If you need some important tips and guidelines on the topic “How a Male can impress Women?”, then I would recommend you to read the whole blog, until the very end. I would like to start by saying that whatever I am writing is tested and experienced by myself as well as people around me, so it is completely safe to use.

I do know that there are tons of websites offering a lots of information, but believe me they just are like written theories which are hard to implement or if implemented they have side effects because they talk about using artificial things such as chemical and man-made cosmetics which can be harmful for the skin. I will not suggest that for sure.

So let us begin our short journey and learn to maintain looks and appearance. First thing to note is that we are talking about the dos and don’ts for achieving overall personality.

We can categorize the whole blog into various parts focusing on every category, which needs to be taken care of like the Body Posture, Face, overall Food trend one must follow, Exercises that one must practice to be in shape, etc.

Body Posture

For the Body Posture category, I can only suggest to keep your backbone erect while walking and sitting either on a chair or on any other surface.

Face

The next thing, which has to be cared about, is a man’s face. One can keep it clean and spotless by using natural face wash gels like aloe Vera made or Neem leaves extracts.

Having a clean shave makes your skin fairer. Short and trimmed hair always looks good on average heighted person. Getting facials and face cleanings done on an occasional basis with natural creams is recommended.

Food or Diet

In the diet and food category, the important things that one should keep in mind are drink at least 4 liters of water per day, include more of salads and protein filled food in your diet, other foodstuffs that contain calcium, minerals and fibers.

Fruits have to eaten on a daily basis; Vegetables of varying colors should be selected.

Exercise

Exercise regularly; it can contain simple walking, pace walking, push-ups, abs exercise and a lot of running.

Hello lybrate-user. Your hb% and ferritin are within normal limits. Still there may be so many other factors for drk hair and skin. Any under lying disease like hypothyroid, diabetes, atopic dermatitis, etc may cause excessive dry skin as well as hairs. Hairs have a protective covering called cuticle. Many factors like frequently washing with harsh shampoo, use of colours or dye, or hair dryers may cause damaging of hair cuticle. So it can make hair dry. You can use Arnica shampoo for washing your hairs. Take lots of fruits and green and colourful vegetables in your diet. Take minimum 3 lit of water per day. Don't use harsh soap for face. Along with cares proper homoeopathic treatment will always help you.

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.
