From last one month I suffered from tooth pain. When I consult with doctor. He did RCT of teeth. But pain remain same. After that pull out this teeth. (20 days ago). But the pain is again same. doctor said now its dry socket of teeth. I have take medicine of dry socket. And rinse my mouth with salt water daily. But there is no relief. Then wht should I do please tell?

I think you need to visit oral surgeon. Afetr examining you he can tell. Oral surgeon is the specialisation after bds. They deal with these things. Do not waste time do visit them. Otherwise it may result in serious consequences.

If your eyesight is increasing then you are not fit for glass removal surgery. If you don't like to wear glasses then the only non surgical procedure is contact lenses. So get your power checked and go ahead.

Using good shampoo n conditioner is the key to prevent split hairs. For hair loss take biotin n calcium tablets.

You can repeat the test in a lab using the early morning urine sample. If two reports are negative, you are less likely to be pregnant. If you wish you may go to a gynecologist to get examined and the gynec may give you medications to get menses, after seeing your negative test. Home upt are generally not so sensitive or specific and hence a test done in lab is of more predictive value.

Hello. General weakness can also cause such kind of problems. Eat right more of green veggies, fruits, salads, milk & milk products, take sufficient sleep of 6-9hrs., rest, do light exercises daily sp. Pranayam and other breathing exercises. Get your eye sight tested. And start taking homoeopathic treatment - Five Phos. (it contains calcium & iron) and Alfaalfa Tonic - both thrice daily for 1 month. Revert back.

Facing heart burns since 10 years of age (I'm 19 now). Dear lybrateuser, -Your problem could be due your medication - have meals on time, avoid fried, spicy & junk food, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large ones, chew your food well, do not lye down for atleast one hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime -have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion -get gi endoscopy done to find out any problem in GI TRACT , consult a doctor.

Take medicine RITE-HITE (SBL) 4tabs to be chewed twice a day ,1/2 an hour before meals. Do pranayam,Suryanamaskar daily. Do swimming and stretching exercises daily .Do this regularly as you have a better chance of growth till 25yrs of age.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

How To Avoid Winter Weight Gain

Believe me, it's so easy to pile up the kilos during winter…courtesy comforting fried foods (primarily paranthas/परांठा), sugar laden tea or coffee and even the tempting gur-gachak (गुड़गचक) and mom’s pinnies (पिन्नी).


 

It’s the perfect time to think about wise food choices and portion control. Winter binging may easily cost you a weight gain of three to five kilos. The main reasons for weight gain are less physical activity during winter and of course increased consumption of heavier foods.


 

Tips to prevent winter weight gain:

 

1. Get enough sun-shine

A short pre or post lunch-time walk can provide sunlight which is good for your vitamin D status.


 

2. Limit fatty foods

Foods such as fried snacks, puddings, pinnies and chocolates can be limited to just once or twice a week.


 

3. Fill yourself up with fiber

Fill your plate or tiffin with lots of filling vegetableshave soup before your dinneradd oats, barley and dals (दाल) to help keep you fuller for longer.


 

4. Don’t skip workouts

Don’t skip the gym. Fix days for workouts and try to follow it as well.


 

5. Weigh yourself every day

Get on the scale frequently to make you conscious if you are putting on weight. Maintain record of weight and inches as well.


 

6. Indulge in healthy drinking

Have at least 2-3 cups of green tea or green coffee. Have light soups and broths.
