Getting vaginal infection is common in newly married people. And if infection is sever get treated first latter you try for pregnancy. Try to have inter course during your fertile periods to get pregnant.

Hello, the mode of delivery can only be decided by 38-40 weeks only and difficult to comment upon without a pelvic examination for adequacy and also on the position of the baby. Regards.

It could be delayed by a few days as you had bleeding, for twenty days or so and may be more if there is milk secretion post miscarriage.

I am prescribing you the best natural treatment: start drinking cow milk twice a day in morning and before sleeping, put 1 table spoon cow ghee in your milk and half table spoon haldi (turmeric), firstly the white discharge will stop coming, you will have a healthy baby, thirdly delivery will be normal not cesarean. Eat all green vegetables if you have stone problem avoid spinach and beetroot, in fruits eat apple, banana, grapes, you can consume frsh juices also not tetra packs, drink 3 to 4 liters water everyday and make sure you are not drinking water after meals, drink water after 90 minutes of your meals, do lots of pranayam, the best uterus exercise is atta peesne ki chakki, if you can purchase atta peesne ki chakki, it will be best for you, you can use it till 7 th month pregnancy. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your pregnancy. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at ph7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). Thanks.

Hello. 1. You can start following medicines for heavy bleeding during menses. Ashokarista 2 tablespoons twice a day with warm water before food 2. To rule out the reason please do usg pelvis. It will reveal pathology like fibroid, cyst etc of uterus. Proper treatment can b given accordingly after getting usg report. You can revert back for further treatment.

कद, एक व्यक्ति के समग्र व्यक्तित्व को निर्धारित करने वाला एक आवश्यक कारक है। कई छोटे लोग अपनी ऊंचाइयों से निराश हो जाते हैं क्योंकि कई कारणों से एक लंबा कद एक वांछनीय गुण हो सकता है। कम ऊंचाई वाले व्यक्ति, विशेष रूप से पुरुष, इसके बारे में आत्मविशेषित हो सकते हैं और आत्मविश्वास की कमी महसूस कर सकते हैं। एक व्यक्ति की ऊंचाई काफी हद तक आनुवंशिकी द्वारा निर्धारित होती है। शरीर में एक हार्मोन होता है, जिसे मानव विकास हार्मोन (एच.जी.एच) कहा जाता है और जो ऊंचाई को नियंत्रित करता है। पिट्यूटरी ग्रंथि हार्मोन (एच.जी.एच) को स्रावित करता है, जो मांसपेशियों और हड्डियों के विकास, वसा के चयापचय, और शरीर की संरचना के लिए मूलभूत है। 

ऊँचाई को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक
कई कारक हैं जो आपकी ऊँचाई को सकारात्मक या नकारात्मक तरीके से प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। सामान्यतया, इन कारकों को निम्न में वर्गीकृत किया जा सकता है:
1. जेनेटिक कारक:

लंबाई बढ़ाने के तरीके
जबकि ऊंचाई निर्धारित करने वाले कई कारक आपके नियंत्रण से बाहर हैं, लेकिन कई चीजें हैं जो आप अपनी पूर्ण ऊंचाई पाने के लिए कर सकते हैं।

1. पर्याप्त नींद लें:
जब आप आराम करते हैं, तो शरीर ऊतकों को बढ़ाता और पुनर्जीवित करता है। वास्तव में, बढ़ती ऊंचाई के लिए जिम्मेदार मानव विकास हार्मोन (एच.जी.एच) शरीर में स्वाभाविक रूप से तब उत्पादित होता है, जब आप गहरी नींद ले लेते हैं। गहरी नींद के दौरान, मस्तिष्क आराम करता है और अधिक वृद्धि हार्मोन जारी करता है। बढ़ते बच्चों और किशोरों को उनकी अधिकतम ऊंचाई तक पहुंचने के लिए प्रत्येक रात कम से कम आठ से 11 घंटे की उचित नींद लेनी चाहिए। 

2. उचित पोषण प्राप्त करें:
उनकी अधिकतम ऊंचाई तक पहुंचने में नाकाम रहने वाले लोगों के पीछे प्रमुख कारणों में से एक उचित पोषण की कमी है। उचित पोषण प्राप्त करने के लिए, संतुलित आहार का पालन करें। जस्ता, मैंगनीज, विटामिन सी, प्रोटीन, पोटेशियम, कैल्शियम और फास्फोरस जैसी आवश्यक पोषक तत्व, ऊंचाई बढ़ाने के लिए आवश्यक प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करते हैं। डेयरी उत्पाद, अंडे, सोयाबीन, हरी सब्जियां, मटर, नट्स, साबुत अनाज इत्यादि अच्छी ऊंचाई पाने के लिए बहुत अच्छे हैं। 

3. तैराकी (स्विमिंग):
सबसे अच्छे पूर्ण शरीर वर्कआउट्स में से एक, तैराकी एक महान खेल है, जो लंबी ऊँचाई में योगदान कर सकती है। स्विमिंग आपकी मांसपेशियों को बढ़ाता है और यदि आप कम उम्र में शुरू करते हैं, तो यह आपको पर्याप्त ऊंचाई तक पहुंचने में मदद करेगा। अच्छा परिणाम पाने के लिए प्रतिदिन लगभग 2 घंटे तैरना।

4. रस्सा कूदना:
आनंद लेने के अलावा रस्सी कूदना, ऊंचाई बढ़ाने में मदद कर सकता है। रस्सी कूदते समय, आपके शरीर पीठ और रीढ़ की हड्डी को खींचते हुए खड़ा रहता है। घुटनों का लगातार झुकाव, पिंडली की मांसपेशियों के विस्तार का कारण बनता है।

5. अच्छा आसन बनाए रखें:
आपकी ऊंचाई के विकास में एक अच्छा पोस्चर एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। एक अच्छी मुद्रा में सिर और गर्दन के संरेखण शामिल हैं, झुकने के किसी भी संकेत के बिना। कई स्ट्रेचिंग व्यायाम भी हैं, जो ग़लत बैठने की आदतों के कारण हुए नुकसान को ठीक कर सकती हैं। 

6. योगा:
योग स्वाभाविक रूप से ऊंचाई बढ़ाने का एक बेहतरीन तरीका है। योग आपके शरीर की समग्र फिटनेस को सुधारता है। कुछ योगा पोसेस शरीर में विकास - उत्प्रेरण हार्मोन जारी करने में भी मदद करते हैं। योग में शामिल स्ट्रेचिंग और संतुलन व्यायाम मांसपेशियों को मजबूत करते हैं और शरीर के पोस्चर को सुधारते हैं। 

7. नियमित व्यायाम और खेल:
व्यायाम और खेल विकास हार्मोन की रिहाई को प्रोत्साहित करते हैं। टेनिस, क्रिकेट, फुटबॉल, बास्केटबाल जैसे खेल में शामिल होना अच्छा विकास बनाए रखने का एक अच्छा तरीका है।

Hi, If she is having an active sexual life then of course, first get her pregnancy test done after a week’s time of missed menstrual date to rule out pregnancy as there is release of a hormone called - Human Chorionic Gonadatropin once female gets pregnant. (The test is done with early morning's first urine’ mid-stream).

hello, protein is needed for the growth of the baby..! you could take a foet rich in proteins such as consuming eggs,chicken, pulses,some dryfruits,milk..and fish..! of the protein in diet is fine and the baby is growing well then the protein powder is not necessary..!

Hello- Your weight gain is due to PCOS. According to ayurveda there is a Fat (meda dhatu) and blood (rakta dhatu) symbiosis in the body, whenever the patient indulge in practices like irregular and unhealthy diet(fast food etc.) and irregular daily schedule(late night workout ,sleeping in day time etc.) this symbiosis gets disturbed and body start making fat in excess thus minimizing the production of blood in proper quantity and quality. This is the reason why diseases like thyroid and PCOS, menopausal female etc. develops weight gain with reduced blood levels. In your case only weight loss treatment will not be beneficial for you, or you have to look out for both the aspects. Follow this ayurvedic routine and treatment to cure both weight gain and PCOS- a) Tab Kuberaksha vati 1 tab twice daily. B) Tab Hyponid 1 tab thrice daily. C) Do Basti treatment by nearby ayurvedic doctor (it is a very effective treatment in ayurveda for pcod). D) Maintain proper eating routine, avoid fast foods and spicy diet.

Trickling means to flow or fall by drops, or in a small, gentle stream means Urinary incontinence is a loss of control of the bladder. Prevention:-You cannot prevent all cases of urinary incontinence, but there are some steps you can take to reduce your risk. Try to live a healthy lifestyle—maintain a healthy weight, avoid smoking, get plenty of exercise, and eat well. Be sure to have enough fiber in your diet, in order to prevent constipation. You should also avoid foods and drinks that seem to lead to episodes of incontinence, such as coffee or alcohol. There are certain steps you can take at home to make living with incontinence easier. Your doctor can explain how you can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, if this is the cause of your incontinence. It may involve urinating on a strict schedule or doing exercises to work the muscles. You can also arrange your home to help you better manage your incontinence. You can make sure you have a clear and easy path to the bathroom, keep a night light on to make getting to the toilet easier in the dark, and use absorbent undergarments when you leave the house to prevent accidents.
