Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor

Please Stop masturbation totally Avoid listening erotica, avoid sexual thoughts and fantasies, avoid porns totally To increase your stamina and to strengthen penis. Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do perineal exercises daily Take Musali pak by Patanjali 2 tsf twice a day for 3 to 6 mths.

Continue regular cycling or other exercises. Keep on checking your bp and sugar levels yearly. I think we should not wait for diseases to follow healthy habits but follow healthy lifestyle to prevent diabetes and high blood pressure.

I have been applying Onabet ointment I the ringworm the infection in my skin between my thighs. But I do not get any relief from the problem. It just works fine if the cream is applied if a day is missed. Again it aggravates.

Hi! Fungal infections are common due to hot humid weather. Wear loose cotton clothes. Keep the body parts dry. Change underclothes regularly. Changing quickly out of wet, sweaty clothes can reduce the chances of fungal skin infections. Do not share clothes, towels etc. Apply clotrimazole cream twice a day on itchy areas for 6 weeks. If no satisfactory improvement, please see a nearby dermatologist for further assessment.

If you are not diabetic, can take 2 to 3 pieces of sweets daily Daily exercises, walk, yoga and pranayam will keep you healthy.
