I am 21 years old and lives in rajasthan. I want to ask that what are the reasons of heat stroke and how can I save myself from this.

General Physician,
I am 21 years old and lives in rajasthan. I want to ask that what are the reasons of heat stroke and how can I save m...
Heatstroke can occur as a result of: Exposure to a hot environment. In a type of heatstroke, called nonexertional or classic heatstroke, being in a hot environment leads to a rise in body temperature. This type of heatstroke typically occurs after exposure to hot, humid weather, especially for prolonged periods, such as two or three days. It occurs most often in older adults and in people with chronic illness. Strenuous activity. Exertional heatstroke is caused by an increase in body temperature brought on by intense physical activity in hot weather. Anyone exercising or working in hot weather can get exertional heatstroke, but it's most likely to occur if you're not used to high temperatures. In either type of heatstroke, your condition can be brought on by: Wearing excess clothing that prevents sweat from evaporating easily and cooling your body Drinking alcohol, which can affect your body's ability to regulate your temperature Becoming dehydrated by not drinking enough water to replenish fluids lost through sweating

cost-phrenic angle unsharp in my right lung. My recent x-ray reports sugest but my x-ray is clean. No sign of any lesions or effusions. I earlier had pleural effusion due to koch's origin. But I became totally cured. And it my treatment for it ended in october only. But I was facing some little bit of irritation in my chest right side so I got a x ray and it suggests dat costophrenic angle is unsharp. Does it means that I have MDR TUBERCULOSIS this time? Or is it some sort of normal chest infection or cold I have got? Well I do not have any chronic cough or low grade fever or any sort of fatigue and loss of appetite or weight loss. Then what is it?

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine
General Physician, Delhi
Dear Mr. lybrate-user whenever you have a cut on the skin or anywhere else, when it heals it leaves a scar. This scar night itch sometimes but it does not mean that the cut has not healed. Similarly the pleural blunting seen is a scar of the tuberculosis that you had before. It does not mean that you have MDR TB. It might cause some irritation and pain from time to time. But relax it is quite normal. And this scar is going to remain so do not continue getting X-ray's done. Regards.

How to get rid off from premature ejeculation?

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda,
How to get rid off from premature ejeculation?
The causes of premature ejaculation are unclear. Many theories have been suggested, including that PE was the result of masturbating quickly during adolescence to avoid being caught by an adult, of performance anxiety, of an unresolved Oedipal conflict, of passive-aggressiveness, and having too little sex?but there is little evidence to support any of these theories. Several physiological mechanisms have been hypothesized to contribute to causing premature ejaculation including serotonin receptors, a genetic predisposition, elevated penile sensitivity, and nerve conduction atypicalities. The nucleus paragigantocellularis of the brain has been identified as involved in ejaculatory control. Scientists have long suspected a genetic link to certain forms of premature ejaculation. In one study, 91 percent of men who have had premature ejaculation for their entire lives also had a first-relative with lifelong premature ejaculation. Other researchers have noted that men who have premature ejaculation have a faster neurological response in the pelvic muscles. There are several helpful techniques you can try. The "stop and start" method: ? This technique involves sexually stimulating the man until he feels like he is about to reach orgasm. Stop the stimulation for about 30 seconds and then start it again. Repeat this pattern until the man wants to ejaculate. The last time, continue stimulation until the man reaches orgasm. for treatment consult privately
