Do not use soap for cleaning the face. Use besan or neem face wash for washing. Apply paste of masoor dal with raw milk once a week. Drink plenty of water and avoid oily and spicy food.

1.Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil or wash face with Acnestar soap 2.Don’t scrub your face. 3. Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamide) twice daily for 4 week 4.If no relief, consult skin specialist.

Hello. One can increase your stamina by including a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean meat. So,increase intake of healthy food (food having anti-oxidants like green vegetables, nuts, salads, fruits, fish, green tea; food rich in calcium like milk & milk products; flaxseeds, poppyseeds), avoid alcohol & smoking, drink lots of water (10-12 glasses per day), take sufficient sleep (6-9hrs per day), avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension, sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart so that more oxygen reaches all parts of your body, include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. and exercise daily for 30-45 minutes (brisk walk is the best exercise to increase the circulation of the whole body), later you can increase the duration as per your stamina. (Do the above slowly and gradually). Medication: Take Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos./ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks.

I am 26 years old. I am having red patches on my right hand and it is from last 10-11 yrs. I have gone through some medication but thats of no use. Pls suggest some medicines or cream to apply there so that it could be cured. I have no pain nor any itchiness there. They are just red in color. Patchy type. Please take the opinion of a cardiologist to rule out any major illness lurking inside. Some investigations may be needed to assess his health. He should also follow a healthy lifestyle for future health and fitness. Let him keep checking annually to maintain good healthy status. Revert back after the consultation for any clarification.

Not all dental procedures require guided tissue regeneration (gtr). It is only indicated when we need to grow bone or any other tissue if there is any defect present. Generally this is done in periodontal flap procedure. Guided bone regeneration is generally attempted when you have something called as" angular defect" or a" vertical defect" in the bone.

Mr. Lybrate-user you should avoid exposure with sunlight, perhaps you could n't avoid it. So you not recovered. Use sun screen alovera cream, umbrella, fare coloured skin more effect with sun light.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hi, I was taking Yasmin contraceptive for last 2 years. I leave it taking from last month. After that we had sex with condom. U need to keep repeating the test every week till you get menses. If already 21 days passed from the date of sex and then urine test was negative then you can not be pregnant. Still you wait for your menses to come on its own for another month.

hello...for healthy body 1st thing improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly for good metabolism.. take high protein diet... drink warm milk with honey before sleeping..... maximum intake of fruit juices... include dry fruits in your diet... always rest after sleeping... take aayurvedic chitrakadi bati tablet after meal...

Please do treadmill for at least 30-45 min daily. Take balance diet - do not starve. Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (bmi) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for bmi of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or bmi over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for bmi of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or bmi over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Health and nutrition experts advise people to consume fresh fruit or vegetable juice for obesity.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up
