Hello. lybrate-user. If the pain is rradiating from neck to arm for last 6 months despite taking medications. I would advise you to undergo cervical spine MRI. Although proper and through clinical examination would help me better diagnose the issue, based on your symptoms MRI is recommended. If there is compression of nerve roots or cord exercise would not help, in fact it may worsen the problem.

This seems to be due to acidity I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee, Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. Avoid smoking and Alcohol 9. Regular Physical activities 10. Meditation Consult me for further Management

Tips to prevent hair fall _
1. take a spoon full of flax seed (alsi) empty morning with glass of water, it contains omega 3 fatty acis which is essential for hair growth.

2. Have one amla every morning.

3. Consume plenty of fluids with buttermilk, coconut water, lime juice, water intake it should be 8_10 glasses per day.

4. Add eggs, chicken in your diet.

5. If you are vegetarian then have one small bowel of pulses everyday.

6. Consume less tea/coffee.

7. Consume milk daily, soya milk.

8. Eat 2_3 fruits apple, strawberries, chikoo, mango, papaya.

9. Have a methi water empty stomach, make paste of it, apply over scalp and wash after half hour.

10. Give daily massage to your hairs by mixing coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil.

11. Eat food which contains vitamin _e ground but, almond, sea food.

12. Consume iron rich food green leafy vegetables, millets jowar, bajra jaggery.

13. Avoid red meat.

14. Last but not least manage your stress which is also the main reason for it, do half hour meditation daily.

To stop hair fall change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, milk end milk products, do arobicexcersices, yoga or walking will help. Massaje mahabhringraj taila two times in a week. Wash hairs with keshraj powder. Avoid spacy, fast, junck foods. Take simple veg home made food with salad.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Use of stimulant decreases the symptoms to a much good effect and if we don't give stimulant medication there will be more of conduct disorder and progress in disease and for side effects we have to monitor the person and advice them accordingly and spine block injection is effective for six months.

here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.

Keep a food diary and  track your food habits
One thing that helped my patients a lot was to keep a food diary. They write down every thing one eats and why one was eating. Such as, hungry, not hungry, kind of mood while taking a meal, etc. One learns a lot about himself eg: some people eat when bored, some when happy. Some are emotional eaters too. This information will also help me counsel you and chart for you the perfect diet plan guaranteed to reduce or gain weight!

So dont wait start keeping a food diary and revert back with me for any help!
