Hi, If she pregnant first her periods stops. So don't worry. She is not pregnant. She is having some hormones imbalance like PCOD or THYROID ,FSH ,LH progesterone, estrogen hormones Imbalance. So first consult a doctor to diagnose then he can advise.

There are many reasons for a pregnancy not to happen. Even if your cycles are regular, many a the egg (ovum) needed to become pregnant, does not form in the body. In such a case, even if you have regular sex, the sperms are released at each act of sex, but there is no ovum for it to fertilise. Since 1 years has passed since your marriage, it would be apt to consult a doctor who will ask you to do tests and guide you accordingly when to have sex and also prescribe medicines to make you have regular egg release in the body. All this is the least you can do to become pregnant.

Hi manju to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Yes, Chandu, Anxiety causes sudden urgency of urine and motion. It also causes temperature, tension and shivering. It needs proper diagnosis and treatment. There is another condition like IBS - irritable bowel syndrome. It needs different treatment. Motion sickness means different motion like vomiting while travelling in a bus or ship. Come with details on private consultation for diagnosis and treatment.

What should be natural remedies that I should try at home to make my skin glow and healthy?
For glowing & healthy skin you can follow these methods: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily. • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Fungal infections of skin may be tinea, candidal and many more. Most common infection is tinea also called as ring worm. This needs treatment with oral and topical antifungals. Period of treatment varies from patient to patient depending on the type of response. It may be weeks or months. Expecting cure in few days and running from one doctor to another will cause you more harm than good. Be patient and stick to one doctor. Make sure you are consulting a qualified dermatologist.
