Hello- Hysterectomy disturbs the hormone functions in the females body which can lead to complications like osteoporosis, thyroid etc. Pain in legs is due to these complications. Increase the intake of milk and ghee in diet and start consuming Ashwagandharisths 2 tsp after both meals. Your aunt's leg pain will be permanently cured.

It is more important to control blood pressure to avoid it's long term complications f. It's okay if you have to take some medicines don't feel bad about it. You could try meditating and salt restriction to control blood pressure.

At present your age is only 18 years at this age 6 to 8 hours sleep is sufficient you are sleeping more than 10 hours is too much. You are young blood go for morning walk running do exercise Feed back to me after month.

He needs the following tests 1) barium swallow (not advised by many doctors nowadays but has its own utility) 2) endoscopy for biopsy 3) ct scan of the chest. This will help staging the disease. If it is early stage, then upfront surgery can be done. If its locally advanced then first chemoradiation is given followed by surgery. Please show it to a surgical oncologist near you or any of us surgical oncologists on the forum.

I am 27 yrs, 6 feet, 51 kgs, For the long time I have been suffering from mucus (आंव) coming on my poop. It is just like dirty gell falls from nose. In a day day I go only for 1 time for poop. Previously I didn't pay attention any more but now it comes out 2 to 3 times in a week. Simultaneously, I am also facing greasy (chiknahat) on my poop & this problem is with me for last 5 to 6 years. But mucus on poop has just recently started for last 2 years. It used to be come with poop 2 to 3 times in a month but now in a week I can see 2 to 3 times. Should I be worried about it. Recently I got ultrasound done but report is normal. Believe me, except home food I don't take any thing. Then why this problem is with me. Should I again go for ultrasound or any other test to know the exact problem. Does masturbation also create some nonsense problem like this becoz I disclose in front of you that at teen age I was addict of masturbation but for last 6 years I skipped & controlled my feeling fully when I came to know its bad effect. But mucus on poop & greasy problem is trying me & make me realise the this is just becoz of masturbation. Should I go for any other test to know the root cause of both the above problem.

Hello,Excess of masturbation is definitely harmful for you and it is necessary to know its side effects. These are as follows:-1. Masturbation makes you weak, it spends more energy and burns your calorie 2. Masturbation creates nervousness and neurological problems 3.Masturbation is a main cause for erectile dysfunction. 4. Masturbation addicts you even if you taste it for one time. Controlling it is a very big menace. 5. Masturbation creates drowsiness; you will be sleeping most of the time after ejaculation of your sperm. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. 1. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. 2. Take sprouts daily. 3. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Actually I work for a mnc bpo and my shift is 3pm to 11: 59pm I will return home bt 1a. M I go to sleep at 2am and I wakeup at 7 but I was unable to sleep in the morning after seven. Even if I try fr a long tyn suggest tips to sleep.
