Bleeding is the main symptom of unhealthy gums, you need to visit a dentist & undergo full mouth scaling & cleaning procedure, do brushing twice daily, 4-5 times gargles daily with chlorhex plus mouthwash, use gummex gum paint for massagng your gums 3-4 times daily, it will definately benefit you.

Rigt side upper wisdom teeth partially gone. No ache. I do not want to extract that. Can it be filled or put a cap on it?

Dear, If the wisdom tooth can be RCT treated and re constructed to allow you put chewing loads on the same we can save it. But, if it is not salvagable it is better to have the same extracted before it damages the adjacent teeth and shorten its life span too.

I am 19 male. I am having continuous mouth ulcers and it it more pain full I couldn't eat. I am having this problem for past 2 years. If it comes it will cure within 10 days but after 1 week I am having this again. Pls help me I should not get this disease in future.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

My mother is 80 years old, she is a diabetic and bp patient, few of her teeth had to be removed.

My mother is 80 years old, she is a diabetic and bp patient, few of her teeth had to be removed.
Hello , for diabetes: pls follow the doctor prescribed medicine. Which controls the diabetics and will not allow you increase. But along with medication, you need to concentrate on food also. Make sure you food must have high protein, fiber and omega-3 nutrition. For a diabetics, its good to have more protein rather than carbohydrates, which converts into glucose and may have a chance to increase the diabetes. What we suggest is the nutrigemoic protein, who certified, with 9 essential amino acids. This will help you cure your diabetics. But you will definitely have a result, if you can use protein with vitamins and minerals, fiber and omega-3 supplements for bp: pls go with omega-3 supplement and cholesterol balance and garlic for heart care.

Hey I have one problem that my front left teeth is little bit come out I mean tilted I want to solve this problem but...
Yes there is, nowadays few dentists are using invisalign technique to arrange the teeth without placing orthodontic brackets (clips). These are invisible occlusal trays that you have wear. Excellent esthetics, great results.

Hi lybrate-user You need to consult a nearby dentist or probably a specialist called orthodontist who would guide you for putting braces and it's options to align your teeth. Hope this helps.
