Previously I suffered with Pleural Effusion (TB). Completed DOT treatment. After that in HRCT Thorax found thickness in lungs wall. So my local doctor suggest some blood test like CBC, LFT, urea. Creatinine IEG. I can share blood report also if required.

MD PULMONARY, DTCD
Pulmonologist, Faridabad
Pleural thickening occurs in most cases of pleural effusion if no tapping done. In most cases no specific treatment needed except breathing exercise.
